I couldn’t take my eyes off the tan-skinned beauty before me, she was so gorgeous, I heard from Nicklaus that she was the Sorceress who would be looking after me and my condition, she was the only one who could sense my baby and the magic together, she was also the one who confirmed I’m with child according to Nicklaus.

"Do you understand me?"

"What?" I blinked, gods! I must have stared too long. "Forgive me, you’re just too beautiful"

A smile graced her lips and it only seemed to highlight her features more.

"I would still welcome if any other of your clan watch over my Empress, given the fact you’re here, you’re still their queen and have other duties," Nicklaus said.

Her smile broadens. "I’m the only one capable of monitoring the Empress’ condition" she faces me and her blue orbs seem to glitter. "You have made a difficult choice, Empress, for we have never experienced such before, but I will support you as best as I can.

"Thank you, Mathilda," I said, placing my hand on my flat stomach. I couldn’t believe it, a child was actually growing within me. I was happy as a smile graced my lips, if only Nicklaus would smile more, but he had that stock still expression on like the world was ending, or like he was about to face an army with it, I’m sure he was scaring everyone with that look he had on, but not me, I just rolled my eyes, why was he still acting like this?

"In times of your condition, you might experience several episodes"

"Episodes?"

"Yes as you know the Emperor’s dangerous aura is within you, we don’t know what might happen but the first we know is... you flick between your temperature and his?"

"Yes and dizzy, and I have this big craving," I said, rubbing my stomach.

"Are you hungry?" Nicklaus asked his entire focus on me, yes that could be it. I stroke a nod.

Nicklaus’ eyes snapped at Olivia who quickly bowed before rushing out. Poor Olivia she was probably scared of his looks now.

"Anything else Empress... we need to know everything so that we can monitor your condition better"

I paused thinking it over. "I feel..." I blinked. "I can’t explain it but it’s like something is missing"

"Missing?"

"Yes, like a..."

The doors opened and Alaric and Celeste walked in. I don’t know why but that empty feeling was gone.

"We heard your decision Yelena" Celeste began with worried eyes.

I forced a smile stroking a nod. "I’m keeping it," I said as my eyes traveled to Alaric who gave me a soft smile, my heartbeat quickened. What was that?

"Are you alright?" Nicklaus asked, he must have sensed my body tensed.

"I’m fine," I said, holding my head.

"She’s hot now," Nicklaus said, feeling my forehead.

"We have to get some food in her, her body must be craving it," Mathilda said.

Maybe I was eating like a pig? I don’t know, but all I knew was the moment the food arrived I was chugging it all, from the fruits to the meat, everything! I hummed in delight as every flavor entered my mouth. Luckily in all this, it was just Nicklaus and me, even at that, I was flushed in embarrassment because he was watching me the entire time like a hawk not even looking away for a split second.

"Will you keep staring?" I asked with a mouth full of meat.

"Swallow before you talk," he said, closing my mouth with his big hand, I shot him a glare but I did as I was told and gave a hard swallow. I pulled his hand away.

"Why are you like this?"

"Why what?"

I rolled my eyes. "Aren’t you happy?"

He paused, with his looks I’m sure he knew what I meant, I placed his hand on my stomach.

"We’re going to have a baby, fathers should be happy," I said, giving a pouting face, I want him with me on this, I knew he didn’t agree with me endangering myself. But I didn’t see it that way, I saw this as a blessing, I don’t know what would happen in months to come but I wanted him to be with me when it happens.

"I don’t know how..." he paused as his eyes leveled to my stomach, I bit my lip hoping he would say something. I felt his hand stroke my belly and I shivered.

I took the initiative as I drawled close to him and straddled myself on his lap, I brushed my nose against him and he closed his eyes leaning in my touch.

"I will try," He said in a ragged whisper. "But I don’t know how-" I locked my lips with him before he could say more.

"We will do it together" I whispered against his lips.

I felt his body tense beneath me, he was nervous, I could tell but he was overly tensed that it got me worried so I wanted to make him feel better, I kissed him again, again and again, and before we knew it, it turned into a mouth-watering kiss that got us both moaning in our mouths, it got heated at the matter of seconds.

"You’re not well," he said in between our passionate kiss, but I could feel his restrain, being with child wasn’t gonna stop me, I craved for me just as much as my fox did.

"Does not matter", I locked my lips with his, wrapping my arms around his neck and pulling him closer to my body as a desire flushed through me. "T-Touch me"

He did, his hand snaking my waist up to my breast and grabbing them, he groaned.

"You have gotten fuller," he said, pulling away and meeting my eyes.

What? I have already? I remembered the teaching my mother gave me back in the Mortal Realm. It wasn’t until weeks that would happen, and then I realized that time runs faster in this Realm, does it mean I might not get to 9 months?

Nicklaus took my nipples in my mouth and I was snapped out of trance, I groaned as his tongue skillfully pleasured me, I no longer thought of anything else but him, I trailed kisses on his neck and nibbled slightly, He groaned against me as I worked my way to his chest trailing kisses all the way down, feeling my hands on every inch of his body.

I heard a wonderful moan escape his lips and I couldn’t be more pleased that I was the one who made him sound that way, I felt satisfaction flushed and threw me in a wave. I kissed all the way back to his neck, and he allowed me to do my bidding as he leaned in my touch more, making wonderful sounds. They were like music to my ears, I loved how I loved my touch and welcomed it with ease.

My hand snaked down to the lower region sliding into his pants and pulling his already hardened length. I heard him groan at my action and his grip on my waist tightened, I locked my heated gaze with him as I stroked him.

"Yelena!" He groaned deeply and I felt a shiver run through my spine, I was more than happy to keep going but it seems like he had other plans as my attire was ripped beneath, and the loud sounds of shredding could be heard. I hoisted my waist up and pulled his length just directly at my entrance and slid through it with ease.

His chest vibrated in a growl, I placed my hands on his shoulder and guided myself slowly, it wasn’t fast or rough, it was slow and passionate between us, our rapid breaths feeling the room as well as our grunts and moans.

Nicklaus stared deep into my eyes, our gaze locked and it only seemed to build the feeling within us but still, I maintained my slow pace. His love, his care, his desire, and his resolve for me all played in those swirling orbs of his.

"I will always be here for you," He said in a ragged whisper, he didn’t need to say it because I knew it. He allowed me to take such a critical decision even though it might endanger my life, but he trusted me with it even though the situation was a difficult one.

"I know" I whispered against his lips as I neared my release, I noticed his lips went apart, same as mine, he was close too and his grip on my waist tightened and he took control, slamming me up and his length, he enveloped his mouth on mine, swallowing both our moans as we both exploded in pleasure.

"Why do I feel that there’s still something on your mind?" I asked, circling his hardened bare chest with my fingers.

He placed his hand beneath my chin, so that I may look at his gaze.

"Do you remember?" He asked as his eyes narrowed.

I blinked puzzled. "Remember what?"
