In the next round, the country which won would be canceled out to give way to other countries. With the country chosen, the fans from that particular country, you shall all drop the names of the places where you live and another round of voting shall take place.

Whichever name wins will be the place to which we shall be donating our funds. And the people who live in that certain place shall be in charge of the project.

So having a committee which would deal with such issues would be helpful. And to make it more meaningful, she thought of picking the members from the fans.

However, that was a topic that needed serious discussion. Money would be involved, so making a few things clear before the whole thing starts would be helpful for everyone.
