Chapter 81: Chapter 81
Madeline felt better listening to Jasmin. Though she hadn’t yet solved her problem, at least she knew she had someone watching her back.
"I can’t accept Zane’s love when my complicated relationship with Lance is still on the fence, so it’s better to just keep going with this reality show first before I make my decision," Madeline said.
"Yep! Let’s wrap up this reality show first, so you’ll be more clear-headed about your decision," Jasmin supported. "So, are you going to eliminate Bertha and Ethan tomorrow?"
Madeline had a mysterious smile as she nodded. "But first, we have to make a show out of it."

As usual, everyone gathered at the bar near the poolside as they were about to face elimination. Madeline and Zane were sitting side by side, holding hands intimately, but if someone paid attention to their expression, they would realize that the supposed lovebirds looked a little awkward.
Tia twirled in front of the cast members, showcasing the stylish purple sarong she had bought yesterday while visiting Lempuyang Temple, and announced loudly, "Today is elimination day! One man and one woman will be eliminated by Madeline and Zane again. Oh my, who will be that unlucky pair of the day?"
Bertha and Ethan side-eyed Madeline and Zane. They had no intention of begging for their lives because they knew Russel and Jasmin would be saved from elimination.
"Okay, let’s go to the throne room for elimination!"
Madeline sat alone in the room with a throne in the middle after being separated from Zane. The staff explained everything just like before, and the first one to come was Russel.
Russel walked in without that much fear. He stood in front of Madeline and asked, "Uh... do I need to beg in front of you?"
"You should," Madeline said as part of the drama. "You and Jasmin are my biggest competitors. Ethan is useless and weak, so I should’ve eliminated you, and Zane should’ve eliminated Jasmin. I will win in the final if I face Ethan and Bertha."
"That’s... true," Russel sighed.
He actually didn’t mind getting eliminated early. He didn’t have that much ambition, anyway. But it changed the moment he partnered with Jasmin.
He wanted to spend more time with her. He wanted to prove to Jasmin that he was a man worthy of getting her attention since Jasmin was still acting quite cold with him.
"I’ll do anything as long as you don’t eliminate me," Russel said as he kneeled in front of Madeline.
Madeline glanced at all the cameras facing her. She knew this was a perfect opportunity for Russel’s zero-to-hero story. He would experience being humiliated by an evil bitch like her and then defeat her in the final game.
Thus, she stretched her leg until the tip of her heel almost touched Russel’s head. Being so harsh with Russell actually made her nervous in her heart.
But this was the only way to justify her loss to Zane. If Jasmin and Russel won without her doing this, the viewers would probably bash them for being losers who got saved twice during the elimination.
But with this, everyone who watched this reality show would blame her for being so arrogant and evil, and they would rejoice for Jasmin and Russel’s victory
"Kiss my feet," Madeline said coldly. "I will save you after you do it."
Russel looked up and stared at Madeline in disbelief, as did the rest of the staff in the room. They didn’t expect Madeline to be so bold and villainous to do that, but they also didn’t miss filming this because it would be great content for the reality show.
Russel gulped.
Never in his life had he ever thought about kissing a woman’s feet, and even if he had to, he’d rather kiss Jasmin’s.
But this was his only ticket to get into the final since his performance in the past two games was very lacking.
"Promise that you will save me after I kiss your feet," Russel said.
"Mhm, sure," Madeline chuckled. "Now kiss it. We don’t have that much time.’
Russel swallowed his saliva. He grabbed Madeline’s heel and closed his eyes, ready to kiss it.
But before his lips touched the heel, Madeline quickly pulled her leg and kicked him on the shoulder until he fell back. "Ouch!"
"I changed my mind," Madeline said coldly. "I don’t think you’re worthy enough to kiss my feet."
Russel didn’t understand what Madeline wanted. He was ready to put down his dignity as long as he could stay in the game, but this woman was so fickle and evil that even he didn’t understand why Jasmin spoke so highly of Madeline.
"B—But I want to stay in the game..." Russel said. "I—I will do anything. I need to stay with Jasmin!"
"Ugh, whatever." Madeline rolled her eyes and told the security guards, "Kick him out! I want to meet with Ethan."
Thus, Russel was forcefully kicked out of the room, and Ethan stood in front of Madeline. "Are you not going to beg to be saved, Ethan?"
Ethan crossed his arms in front of Madeline, not even trying to hide his contempt. "I know I’m going to get eliminated either way. So I don’t want to clown myself in front of the cameras."
"Oh? You’re starting to get smarter, huh?" Madeline chuckled. "Well, I should’ve known since you willingly betrayed your own husband and proceeded to lose the next game. Pfft—hahaha! It’s so ridiculous!"
Ethan gritted his teeth. He wanted to punch this bitch in the face for tormenting him. But he knew that would only ruin his career as an influencer, so all he could do was endure the humiliation and mockery.
"Oh well, since you don’t even try to beg to be saved, then I guess there’s no helping you." Madeline leaned on her seat, staring at Ethan, who probably dreaded going home to see his husband. "I eliminate you from the competition, Ethan."
Ethan knew that his time was up. He glared at Madeline and said, "You will regret this, you skank."
He turned around and left of his own accord.
