As soon as she entered the door, Mu Suyu dashed to Su Wanxin’s side with grievance and clung tightly to her arm.

"Scared?" Su Wanxin looked down at her and smiled gently.

"I thought it was a kidnapping." Mu Suyu pouted and whispered her complaint. "They were so fierce."

"Did they hit you?"

"Yes, they did, but it didn’t work out." Mu Suyu sneaked a glance at Fu Shihan and lowered her voice even more. "They had too many people, it was unfair."

"Don’t be afraid, we’ll stay here for a while." Su Wanxin held her hand and led her upstairs to her room. After closing the door, she asked softly, "Did you bring the medicine?"

"Good girl."

Mu Suyu said nothing, silently took out the medicine and handed it to her. Su Wanxin looked at it but did not take it, saying, "Leave it here, I’ll come to get it when it’s time to take it."
