Chapter 154: 152 | I Adore You

Blue’s prayer must not have reached heaven. Adonis’ eyes were fixed on him as he said, "I miss you."

Blue didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. Was this Adonis guy insane? Not only was Blue engaged to be married to Winter, he was also heavily pregnant. Yet this guy was saying that he missed him.

Missed what exactly??

Being insulted or ignored, because those were the only things that Blue ever did to him.

"You’re fucking insane," Winter spat, cutting Adonis off without caring for his image.

Most people who hadn’t been watching the scene had to face them now that they heard Winter cuss—a once in a lifetime, never before seen event.

"Just because you found him first doesn’t mean you get the right to keep him," Adonis glared at Winter.

What was even happening here? Blue thought. This kind of behavior wasn’t normal, was it? Could Adonis be blind or perhaps, mentally unstable? It couldn’t be considered play at this point because he was willing to drag his reputation in front of so many people here tonight.

Beforehand, most people had thought that probably Blue was the one seducing and chasing after Adonis. But now seeing Adonis cause a scene in this joyous atmosphere, everyone could tell that it was the other way around.

"Keep him? What are- are you–"

"Winter, just ignore him," Blue touched Winter, not wanting the situation to escalate any further as Winter was already breathing heavily, and his fists were clenched. He looked like he was about to hit Adonis.

"Why? Can’t you see that he’s trying to–"

"It’s fine. Let’s just leave," Blue tried to coax Winter. Winter eased on his breathing and put his arm around Blue’s waist.

His eyes were fixed on Adonis as he said, "Beat it."

Adonis opened his mouth to say something but the back of his neck was grabbed.

"Why are you bothering my sister-in-law?" Bryce said, tightening his grip on Adonis’ neck and causing the latter to groan out in pain.

"Mind your business, you fucker! I love him!" Adonis ripped his neck free from Bryce’s grip as he cussed at him.

"You fool. Can’t you read the room? Love who? You better behave yourself before you get what’s coming to you." Bryce threatened with a no-nonsense tone, ready to pull out the big guns.

His amber eyes glinted with hateful intent, and it was clear that he wasn’t speaking empty words.

Though Adonis still looked like he had more to say, he didn’t dare to. Bryce wasn’t someone people played with in the industry. The people whom he disliked disappeared without a trace just like that.

Adonis had to lock in and grit his teeth.

"I’ll always be waiting for you. Whenever you’re ready, you can come find me." Adonis said his parting words to Blue before walking away.

Blue pinched the bridge of his nose, shaking his head. Why’d he have to be the one to get such an insane person like him?

"Sister-in-law is really popular," Bryce said to Blue in amusement after Adonis’ self-dismissal.

"Shut up," Winter said to Bryce, then began to lead Blue away.

"You two are gonna go? Just like that?" Bryce chased after the two of them.

"Is there something else we’re supposed to do?" Blue indulged Bryce, stopping to listen to whatever he had to say.

"The after-party. Today’s your big day, isn’t it? It’s not even ten yet and you’re already going back home. Why’re you guys so boring?" Bryce said with his lips tugged up in annoyance.

Blue wondered why this kid was acting spoiled in front of him like they were very familiar with each other.

"If you can’t see, I’m pregnant. I can’t be running around at an after-party. Do you expect me to play drinking games or T or D?" Blue asked, deadpan.

"I mean, only if you want to." Bryce shrugged.

"You’re as insane as that guy. Get out of here," Winter shooed Bryce away and carried his baby away.

Once they got into their car, Blue realized that Winter’s mood wasn’t very good. It was obviously because of Adonis who ruined their good night.

"Winter, are you okay?" Blue asked softly, resting his head against Winter’s shoulder.

"Hm," Winter hummed without saying anything else.

"You’re upset, aren’t you?" Blue sat up to look at Winter’s face. "You don’t have to be. Adonis might be annoying but that’s the end. His ’love’ for me isn’t real and that’s obvious as hell, isn’t it?"

"That’s not even why I’m upset," Winter admitted. Blue raised a brow. "It’s just so annoying that his eyes are clear enough to appreciate your beauty and perfection. I want to be the only one in the world who loves and cares about you."

"Really, Winter?" Blue chuckled.

Winter cupped Blue’s cheek and said, "Of course. You don’t know how much it irritates me when someone looks at you like they want you. I should be the only one with the desire and satisfaction of getting you."

There was a dangerous darkness to Winter’s eyes as he spoke. Blue found it funny.

"It shouldn’t matter because I only want you. Don’t think too much nonsense." Blue said to Winter, placing his hand on top of Winter’s which was on his face.

It took more than words for Blue to convince Winter not to worry. He had to take action, which led to a part of his outfit being torn while they were still in the car.

And by the time they reached their house, Winter’s lips were already red with lipstick and Blue’s mouth was kissed swollen.

"Winter, hah, it’s too late. We can’t, uuhnn!" Blue was trying to get Winter not to get inside him because he was tired and needed sleep.

And they literally had sex before the stylists came to get them ready for the event.

"It’s never too late," Winter said. The skin on Blue’s neck vibrated as Winter spoke against it.

Winter pinched Blue’s nipple through his innerwear, evoking a moan from Blue as he threw his head back.

"Winter..." Blue moaned.

Winter laid him down on the couch and took his own jacket off.

"It took all my self-restraint not to fuck you throughout night. Do you know how hot you look?" Winter spoke with a hoarse tone.

Blue was left in his lacy inner and boxer briefs, his hair disheveled and his entire face flushed.
