“…What’s wrong? Do you have something to say?” Bryan stared at the troubled look on Carolline’s face. He had already guessed some of what had happened. Even after taking a cold shower, he felt a tad better, but he was still uncomfortable.

He thought that perhaps he truly needed Carolline’s help now, even though he never imagined that his first time with her would happen under such circumstances. However, it was clear that there were no other options.

His willpower was strong enough that maybe, with some perseverance, he could resist the drug’s effects, but he and Carolline were legally married. Even if they were intimate, it was natural for them.

That was also why, despite his preexisting suspicions, he felt more assured and at ease with Carolline by his side.

“Are… are you feeling better?” Carolline blushed as she looked at Bryan, clad only in a towel, but she was more concerned about his physical condition.
