"Miss Wade will be relieved to know that we’ve come for Jordy Wade. He has a blood clot in his brain that requires immediate surgery. You’re aware of this, Miss Celia Wade, aren’t you?" Ellie Wilton didn’t beat around the bush and went straight to the point.

"Jordy? You know him?" Celia Wade had not expected that these two people would be seeking her out because of Jordy Wade.

But what exactly was their relationship with Jordy Wade, and how did they know about the blood clot in his brain? Celia Wade had too many questions she wanted to ask.

"Miss Wade, please don’t panic, let us explain slowly," Ellie Wilton said, calming Celia Wade’s anxious emotions.

"Alright, go ahead, I’m listening," Celia Wade said, nodding at Ellie Wilton.

"Let me explain." Ellie Wilton was about to speak when Marcus Parker suddenly cut her off. He looked at Celia Wade with composure, and she, unflinchingly, met his gaze.

Even though Marcus Parker was of high status, to her, Celia Wade, it didn’t matter because she was not dependent on his approval for anything, and she would not seek his help for anything in this lifetime. Therefore, she had no need to fear him.

Observing Celia Wade, Marcus Parker smiled subtly. He had not interacted with the young lady of the Wade Family before and didn’t know much about Miss Wade.
