It was now six thirty.

Celia Wade nodded her head. Her previous life had never been this regulated. Generally, she would only think of eating when she was hungry, and wouldn’t eat if she was not.

Later, her life became this regulated exactly because of him.

The three of them ate together quietly. There was no excessive communication, but the caretaker could feel that today Celia was very joyful and happy.

Previously, she’d assumed that they had the best sibling relationship, but now it seemed that this might not be the case. Nevertheless, no matter what it was, it wasn’t her concern, as she thought that Celia was someone who deserved to be happy.

After dinner, the caretaker conscientiously did the dishes, while Jordy Wade and Celia sat in the living room watching television.

The caretaker washed the dishes and served some sliced fruit. It was only then that Celia noticed the caretaker’s unusual behaviour today. She asked her to sit and watch television with them and asked about her situation.

When the caretaker saw she could not hide it, she reluctantly explained that her lease was terminating and the landlord refused to renew it.

Actually, she could return home, but her home was very far from her current workplace, and the commute back and forth was quite inconvenient.

"If they won’t rent to you then come live here. I had asked you to move in before. We have an extra room here but you didn’t agree." Celia was quite straightforward.

Avery had lived here for some time before. After Jordy had a car accident, Avery voluntarily left to avail the room. She knew that when Jordy was discharged from the hospital, he’d definitely need to stay here.

Moreover, Celia had to hire a nurse, so three rooms were just enough.

Celia was grateful for Avery’s thoughtfulness and didn’t ask for rent. But Avery was a stubborn person and insisted on paying.

"Then I’ll move in tomorrow." The caretaker nodded her head, "Thank you, Miss Celia."

"Stop talking nonsense. I’ll drive over tomorrow to help you." Celia decided, settling the matter.

Having glanced at Jordy who was beside her, Celia turned to him, "You’ll help out tomorrow too."

"Sure." Jordy nodded.

The caretaker found this situation quite embarrassing. She was just an employee, yet her employer was helping her move house.

Celia noticed her unease, patted her hand, and assured her not to worry.

At this point, Jordy suddenly became engrossed in a piece of entertainment news on television because he saw a familiar face, one that was etched deep in his memory.

Celia also followed his gaze and was surprised to find that Jordy was paying attention to entertainment news. Usually, other than financial and social news, Jordy showed no interest in entertainment news.

Moreover, the news being broadcasted right now was more of a scandal involving a wealthy family rather than entertainment news.

Marcus Parker, the current head of the Parker Family, had brought back his former mistress, now his wife, Ellie Wilton, from abroad. The scene was magnificent, even grander than the return of a top star.

As for Ellie Wilton, the Entertainment Circle often reported about her. Celia, however, did not like this woman at all, even though she was indeed very attractive, a true beauty.

No wonder Marcus Parker had been cherishing her in secret for many years, never giving up. Now, with the three-year mourning period for his former wife over, he was in a rush to bring Ellie back from abroad. Upon returning, they registered their marriage.
