We’ve made an appointment with the doctor, and we’ll go see your Uncle later." Celia nodded, knowing that Emily Hill and Axel hadn’t eaten breakfast yet, and urged them to eat first.

"Alright, we’ll go back first. After you finish the examination, come to our house for lunch. I’ll cook for you, it’s a deal, don’t sneak away." Emily Hill reminded them.

"Alright, it’s a deal." Celia nodded.

Emily Hill looked at them again, sighed silently, and wondered what kind of twists and turns these two would have to go through before it was all over.

"That woman just now was Carolline Ruiz’s mother. Carolline is my best friend and your other sister." Celia explained to Jordy Wade.

"..." Jordy Wade just nodded, not saying anything. In fact, before meeting Emily Hill, he had doubts about whether the information Celia had given him was real. Now it seemed that it was all true, and he felt more guilt in his heart.

He knew it wasn’t his fault, after all, anyone who had slept for such a long time, had forgotten everything when they woke up, would be doubtful about others’ words.

Celia didn’t know what he was thinking about, she led the way and went straight to Dr. Wang’s office room. Henry Ruiz was there as well, clearly waiting for them. He had already been informed of Jordy Wade’s situation by Dr. Wang.

"Dr. Wang, Uncle Henry is here too?" Celia was surprised to see Henry Ruiz since she hadn’t expected to involve him.

"You child, this is such a big deal, but you didn’t tell us first." Henry Ruiz shook his head. Before leaving, Carolline had told them to pay more attention to Celia’s affairs.

They knew as well that it was the annual family reunion time during the Spring Festival. It was the toughest time for Celia, and Carolline wanted them to spend it together this year.

However, no one had thought that Jordy would wake up.

"He just woke up yesterday, and I thought everyone was so busy, so I didn’t say anything." Celia laughed and explained.

"Fine, you wait here, we’ll take Jordy for the examination." Henry Ruiz didn’t say anything more, as everything was already prepared on their side, and they were just waiting for them to arrive.

"Let’s go; this is Carolline’s father. We all call him Uncle Henry." Celia went over to Jordy, afraid he would be scared, so she explained before leaving.

"Okay." Jordy nodded and called out to Henry Ruiz as Uncle Henry.

"Hey, you two kids have suffered too much. Now that you are awake, Celia won’t be so sad anymore." Henry Ruiz nodded his head, then called a nurse to push Jordy towards the examination room.

After hearing what Henry Ruiz said, Jordy couldn’t help but look at Celia again. The girl’s eyes were red, from failing to control her emotions. His heart ached once more.
