"Alright, Mr. Hawkins." The designer standing in front of them said with utmost respect.

Those who could afford to shop on this level were either rich or powerful, let alone Bryan Hawkins, who was the city’s most famous and top-ranked rich man.

If Bryan Hawkins appreciated his designs, the rest of the Hawkins Family staff would follow suit, and his reputation in the design world would continue to rise, as everyone was looking forward to the day they became famous.

In the end, Bryan Hawkins picked three pairs of shoes and five outfits, including two summer outfits and three fall outfits.

After leaving the items behind, the designer and his two assistants left. Their store was located downstairs, so it was both close and convenient.

After trying on the clothes, Axel went off to play in the amusement area while Bryan Hawkins and Carolline Ruiz sat face to face. Carolline knew that the clothes were expensive, but didn’t bother asking how much they cost.

In her wallet, she actually had several thousand in cash. Normally, she bought clothes for Axel with a budget of around 1000 to 1500. She thought there was no need to buy more expensive clothes even though she could afford it.

"In fact, it’s not that expensive. The designer who just left graduated this year and returned from abroad. He hasn’t gained much fame yet, but I came across his designs and thought they were quite good, so I let him design some outfits in advance," Bryan Hawkins explained.

"Really?" Carolline took another sip of coffee. It tasted much better than the coffee she had at other coffee shops outside. Within a few sips, she had finished her cup.

Bryan Hawkins asked the waiter to come over and ordered another cup of coffee with a different flavor for Carolline. Before that, the waiter brought over a cup of light lemon water.

"Bring us a few more of your signature snacks as well," Bryan Hawkins told the waiter, and then said to Carolline, "Avery Graham owns a cake shop, right? If she wants her business to do well, she can come here to find a master and learn more."

"Let me try it first. It might not taste as good as hers," Carolline said, as she often found that many shops with unique decorations sold unimpressive products.

Of course, the coffee was an exception.

Turns out, the snacks were an exception too.

Carolline finished several plates of signature snacks, and as more were continuously brought over by the waiter, she lost track of how many she had eaten. When her stomach was about to burst, she finally regretted it, muttering, "It’s over, over, over."

The three "over"s made Bryan Hawkins somewhat confused. "What’s over?"

In front of him were two plates of snacks, one empty and the other half-eaten.

"How many plates did I eat? Are the calories of these snacks high? If I gain too much weight from this, what will I do later?" Carolline was thinking about the wedding at the end of the year. She didn’t want to think about it, but people around her kept reminding her that the wedding day was approaching and she needed to watch her figure.

"Don’t worry, Mrs. Hawkins. The calories in our shop’s snacks are not too high. Feel free to enjoy them," the waiter approached and reassured Carolline.

"Alright, pack up one of each snack I just ate and bring the bill," Bryan Hawkins nodded and handed over his card.

Carolline was once again amazed. This was the first time she had seen someone use a card to pay for coffee and snacks. The spending habits of wealthy people were indeed different from hers.

"If you want to treat, I don’t mind. When we have lunch later, you can pay the bill," Bryan Hawkins said with a smile, noticing Carolline’s expression.
