Chapter 1097: 003 Stella Carrington and Liam Carrington’s Origins_6

"!" Stella Carrington hadn’t expected Daisy Willow to lose her temper so fiercely. Auntie Lian was formidable and always listened to Daisy Willow; she knew if she really didn’t stand against the wall and reflect as Daisy Willow instructed, she would be the one to suffer.

But what on earth had gotten into Daisy Willow today? To dare to be so strict with her.

Thus, during this hour in the afternoon, as Elena practiced piano with the Piano Teacher, Stella just stood in the corner of the room facing the wall, her heart bitterly fixated on the pair, vowing to make them pay back today’s humiliation someday.

Elena hadn’t expected her mother to be so fierce either, and she was quite impressed, practicing the piano with extra diligence.

She felt that her mother absolutely ought to have this kind of assertiveness, otherwise Stella truly would think too highly of herself.

The hour of piano practice quickly passed, and Daisy Willow handed both of their tuition fees to the teacher and earnestly invited the Piano Teacher to stay for dinner.

"I better not, Miss Willow, something came up at home, and I need to head back now, I’ll come again tomorrow," the Piano Teacher declined since there was a child still being punished at home.

Although she did think Stella was spoiled way too much by the adults in her household, which resulted in her uncontrollable behavior.

She taught them piano for an hour each day, and sometimes she couldn’t stand Stella’s overpowering demeanor.

"Alright then, I won’t insist, take care on your way," Daisy Willow said as she saw off the Piano Teacher. Elena followed her like a little tail. Turning around, she spoke gently to Elena, "Hmm, if you’re not too tired, why don’t you go to the study room and practice calligraphy with Liam, okay?"

"Hmm, okay. I’ll go then." Elena nodded, very obedient. She didn’t want to upset her mother over Stella, who she felt just needed a lesson.

"Go ahead." Daisy Willow nodded, then approached Stella, who turned her head away, refusing to look at her, "Do you realize what you did wrong?"

"..." Stella stubbornly snorted and ignored her.

"Very well, then continue, Auntie Lian, keep a good watch. If the lady moves while standing, extend it by ten minutes." Daisy Willow was indeed determined this time to make Stella realize her mistake.

Afterward, Daisy Willow went to help in the Kitchen.

Stella found it unbelievable, was this woman really going to ignore her like this?

Simon Carrington came home very early, which Daisy Willow hadn’t expected, thankfully she had the servant prepare the meal portion for the Piano Teacher, so there was enough food for Simon when he arrived.

Seeing her father, Stella’s eyes reddened, and she looked utterly wronged.

As Simon approached, Stella began to cry loudly as though everyone was mistreating her, "Dad, when you were not around, Auntie Daisy bullied me. I have a Classmate Meeting tomorrow, and I asked Auntie Daisy for five hundred dollars, but she wouldn’t give it to me."

"It’s not that I wouldn’t give it to you, my meaning was to discuss it with your father first, and you became upset, even locked yourself in your room to watch cartoons and wouldn’t come out to practice the piano," Daisy Willow didn’t endure the accusation Stella was trying to pin on her this time.

"Is that so?" Simon looked at Stella, asking.

Stella should have known Daisy Willow had really had it today, daring to punish her; her usual tactic of framing and false accusations wouldn’t work now, playing the victim wouldn’t gain her father’s sympathy at this moment.

"I know I was wrong, but Auntie Daisy wouldn’t let me eat and made me stand as punishment without moving," Stella shifted her tone, admitting her fault first.

"I think this punishment is very appropriate. You indeed shouldn’t eat tonight. I met your Piano Teacher when I arrived; Stella, do you think only the Piano Teacher has complained about you? Reflect properly tonight, and whenever you’re ready, come and talk to me," Simon showed no favoritism.

Having said that, he walked upstairs.

Stella was utterly stunned. Was this really her father’s attitude?

Daisy Willow glanced at her but didn’t try to console her, and she went back to the Kitchen.

When it was time to eat dinner, Daisy Willow and Simon sat at the dining table with Elena and Liam, the four of them eating cheerfully, paying no attention to Stella.

Stella just watched them and then tears started rolling down her cheeks.

Daisy Willow saw this and actually felt somewhat heartbroken. She almost spoke up on her behalf, but Simon stopped her, "Don’t speak for her, remember, we’re not harming her, we’re doing this for her good. If she continues this way, who knows what she’ll turn into later."

"..." Daisy Willow knew it, but watching the child’s state was really painful.

Standing there, letting tears fall without crying out loud, it was truly heartbreaking to watch.

"Let’s eat, don’t look that way," Simon said as he put a rib into her bowl.

Daisy Willow’s face suddenly turned red.

Elena and Liam saw this and exchanged a glance, smiling secretly. The secret between their mom and Uncle Simon, she had confidentially told Liam about it. Liam was very happy, saying that if Auntie could be called Mom, he would be thrilled, and he even asked Elena if she would call his dad as Dad, to which Elena assuredly agreed.

Liam was very happy, saying Elena would then truly be his sister, and Elena was also delighted, immediately hugging Liam.

Now, watching the two adults interact this way, the two youngsters felt very happy as well.

Similarly, although Stella, who kept shedding tears, also saw the adults’ interaction, her hatred for them deepened even more.
