Leng Xuan responded with an "Okay" and then followed Bei Yin into his room.

After Bei Yin closed the door, she glanced around casually, then said to Leng Xuan, "Alright, just lie down on the bed."

Leng Xuan found it amusing internally, as she seemed to really take him for a sleepwalker. However, on the surface, he maintained a serious demeanor, nodded, and as instructed, laid down on the bed.
