Chapter 133: Chapter - 133 The Meeting of The Kings Continues (Part 1)

Tristan’s Point Of View

"C’mon Tristan, we need to go now..." Sylvester sighed.

"Ugh... I really don’t wanna... It’s going to be awkward looking at Gaibe, Lady Dyahlettah, and Zachariah..." I groaned.

"They’ll behave themselves for sure. So don’t worry about it. They probably won’t even bring it up." Ferdinand said, picking me up.

"Yes they will, because Naithynn will surely be in attendance as well." I grumbled.

At that, everyone paused and grimaced. I could feel their displeasure growing by the minute, the closer we got to the helicopter. It was clear they only had the facility contract and things on their mind, because they had already forgotten about Naithynn, and the punishment that still needed to be dished out.

After we got situated in the helicopter we didn’t take off immediately, and I was beginning to get worried.

"What’s going on? Who’s flying?" I asked confused.

"Ah, sorry about that. Santiago and Lahnsen are going to be flying. If I had to guess, Santiago doesn’t want to leave his newly found Omega." Sylvester chuckled.

"Will he bring them back to the house?!" I asked, immediately getting excited.

"I’m not sure, but it’s a high probability. Why are you getting so excited?" Sylvester asked, looking me over in confusion.

"I don’t get to leave the house often, so I don’t get to meet new people. And while I support Meyhymn and Ezekihel’s mating, that guy was a jerk... it will be a while before he starts growing on me... No offense Meyhymn..." I said.

"None taken. He was definitely an asshole to you. However, if I can explain a bit about that I will. He assumed that you had been living a pampered lifestyle in Delgaide. The proper course of action when someone of your genetic code is created, is to essentially treat them like kings or queens, especially the Omega who birth said being. Ezekihel was under the impression that you fled from such a "glamorous" life, while his life was rife with misery. He knows better now, and will apologize the next time he gets a chance."

"Haaah... well even if that were the case, I’m sure he’d still hate me. Because when I attempted my final escape, it wasn’t just for me. They had planned to sell Del, Ari, Sable, and Kaleb to make me more obedient. To top it all off, the man who was going to buy them, was a disgusting piece of shit. So no matter how well they treated me, I would have run to save my siblings either way." I shrugged.

"Well, try not to hate him too much, alright? For me, please?" Meyhymn asked.

"Yea I’ll try. It seems like Arrisa already loves him, so I probably won’t have a choice in the end." I chuckled.

"Sorry I’m late Master!" Santiago said, as he leapt into the helicopter.

"It’s fine. We still got time, and Tristan is in no hurry to go." Sylvester laughed.

"Santiago, what’s your mate’s name?" I asked excitedly.

He tripped on his way to the cockpit and looked back at me confused.

"My what now?" He asked.

"The Omega you rescued, what’s their name? You’re going to mate with them right?" I asked.

"Well, one step at a time. He’s a pretty skittish guy. His name is Synnahmen. Please be kind to him. The things they did to those kids there... haah... I’m definitely going to blow it up when I get the chance..." Santiago sighed.

"You got it!" I beamed.

"Will you be bringing him back to the house with us, Santiago?" Sylvester asked.

"If that’s okay with you, sir..." Santiago replied.

"Hmm... I don’t know. You seem to like this Omeg–"

"Don’t let him tease you. Just make sure you bring him, and introduce us please. I would love to meet him." I said, interrupting Sylvester.

Santiago nodded with a faint smile before taking off. The ride back to Zachariah’s place was hilariously awkward. Sylvester couldn’t help but tease Meyhymn and Santiago, until I became a target. Then it wasn’t funny to anyone but me.

’Don’t talk shit if you can’t take it, boys...’

After a bit of flying and laughing, we landed on a familiar helipad. Once we exited the Helicopter, Ferdinand paused. He looked back at all of us for a moment, then shrugged. I didn’t understand what he had been thinking, but judging from the emotions coming from him, he was all smug reassurance.

Ferdinand knocked on the door, and we were soon greeted by a smiling Jaymehsyn.

"It’s good to see you again, Tristan!" He exclaimed, as he pulled me into a hug.

"Thanks Jaymehsyn. It’s good to see you too." I chuckled, as I accepted his hug.

"Well, I won’t keep you. Everyone is here waiting already. Well, except one. They should be here soon. C’mon, let’s get going." Jaymehsyn said, placing his arm around my shoulders, as he ushered us inside.

"Jaymehsyn, no offense... but if you don’t remove your arm from my mate, you won’t have one anymore." Sylvester whispered, looking in Bellamy’s direction.

Bellamy wasn’t feeling any kind of hostile emotions, but the look in his eyes was not welcoming at all. Jaymehsyn chuckled and gave Bellamy a wink.

I couldn’t help but chuckle when I felt Bellamy’s irritation grow. Luckily we arrived at the door to the meeting room in no time. Jaymehsyn let go of my shoulders and opened the door.

For a moment, I was momentarily stunned. Not just because of the angry looks we were currently receiving, or the empty seat next to Zachariah as he angrily tapped a finger against the table top. But because Rahzden and Naithynn were both in attendance, and both bound and gagged in their seats.

"Wha–? Well looks like they found a way to make this less painful..." Sylvester mumbled.

"Wait... We beat Lyukhe here?" Ferdinand asked, confused.

"Yeah... He’s in a lot of damn trouble. However, I have no doubt I’ll kill him if he tells me why he’s late." Zachariah replied with a smirk.

The smirk was not a friendly or welcoming one. In fact, it made me take a step back in fear. It made an unsettling feeling well up in my gut, and a chill run down my spine.

"Well... it’s fine. We can wait. Truth be told, Tristan didn’t want to come back. So maybe a bit of small talk might do him some good. Though it’ll probably be a little awkward given the circumstances..." Ferdinand said, picking me up and taking a seat.

"Uhm... Ferdinand? Don’t you have a few too many men with you?" Gaibe asked.

"And I dare any of you to say something against it. I will fuck you up, personally." Bellamy glared.

"Ferdinand...?" I murmured.

"Yeah, okay..." Ferdinand agreed, before pulling over a chair just a few feet behind him.

"Bellamy, have a seat and try not to kill anyone will you?" Ferdinand said, standing up and handing me over.

Bellamy seemed to calm down immediately, and took the seat offered to him. I squished his cheeks together and gave him a questioning look.

"You keep throwing tantrums Bel. You’re being oddly emotional today." I said.

"It’s not my fault. I don’t want to be here, I don’t want you to be here either, and seeing that assholes face without a single scratch or blemish, makes me want to beat all three of them." Bellamy said darkly, as he pulled me closer to him.

"No one can be more upset than me. So if I can put up with this much, then you have to, too." I chuckled.

"No. It’s definitely not the same. You are way too forgiving for your own good. We are not the same. I hold grudges, and I’m petty as hell. If I don’t get to slap that asshole before I leave here, I promise you I’m shooting him." Bellamy replied.

"Don’t worry Bellamy, all punishments and other things will be discussed today. Since you no longer want to end his life, I’m sure it won’t be so bad." Zachariah replied.

"I never said I didn’t want to kill him, though." Bellamy grumbled.

"I’m here now. Sorry I’m late." Lyukhe said as he walked in.

"Dear Gods, why do you smell like a tropical fruit basket!?" Xander exclaimed.

"Eh? Do you really wanna know?" Lyukhe asked with a smirk.

"Only if you want to die!" Zachariah said.

"Hey, he asked. I was just going to give my honest answer." Lyukhe shrugged.

The meeting was starting off light and friendly, even with Bellamy being prickly as hell. The laughter and light-hearted discussion did wonders in taking the edge off in the room.

I hadn’t wanted to be here, and I didn’t know how to face Zachariah or anyone else for that matter. I really wanted to talk about the new facilities that they wanted to build, but I wished I could take a few days off from having to think at all.

Bellamy was a ball of emotions still, and I worried that someone might say the wrong thing and set him off. Perhaps the others had been worried about that too since Rahzden and Naithynn were already gagged.

’Haaah... I just want to go home...’
