Chapter 641: Chapter 416: Leave the Matter of Revenge to Us_2

After cruising for more than an hour, Sean and his crew had finished tidying up their stuff before discussing their next move on the deck.

"Boss, should we take care of that Chris guy?" Elijah asked, "We can’t just let ourselves take a beating, can we?"

"Of course." Sean nodded, "That’s what I was thinking too."

"Boss, how about this plan?" Elijah asked excitedly, rubbing his hands together when he heard Sean’s approval:

"The three of us will go, and you’ll stay on the yacht. That way, you can check if the sunken ship has any salvage value, and it’s also a little safer."

"What, you don’t think I can handle it?" Sean gave Elijah a glance.

"Boss, we all have our specialties," Elijah replied confidently, "This is different from other situations. People on the Southeast Peninsula are used to killing. You’ve seen how many people carry guns there, and the law might not be able to reach the places we’re going.

Murder in broad daylight is all too common. We’re used to executing missions and dealing with such situations there. But it’s different for you, boss. What if you got hit by a stray bullet or something? How unfair would that be?"

Sean pondered for a moment and realized that Elijah had a point.

The place they were going to was indeed chaotic, although not as bad as the powder keg of the Middle East.

Although Sean was physically stronger, more agile, and had quicker reflexes than Elijah and his team, his lack of experience and training couldn’t be fully compensated for by his physical abilities.

So, Sean decided to heed Elijah’s advice.

"Alright, I’m in. But you guys must ensure your safety," Sean said. "Gather intel before you take action. And if it’s too complicated, don’t engage. The number one rule is to ensure your safety!"

Elijah, of course, wouldn’t argue with Sean’s advice. After all, they were going for revenge and maybe find some wealth-building opportunities along the way, not to get themselves killed.

"Are the other two on board with this?" Sean asked.

"Absolutely. I only approached you after discussing it with them," Elijah nodded.

"Okay, we’ll head over as soon as you guys are ready..."

"Alright, you just need to drop us off here," Elijah said, pointing at a spot on a nautical chart. "This place has fewer people and it’s easier to cross the border, so we plan to go ashore here and make our way through."

Sean stayed out of the planning. After all, Elijah and his team were the professionals.

To save energy for the mission, they anchored the yacht at sea during the day. Occasionally, Sean would take a walk on the deck, while Elijah and his team, having prepared their gear, rested in the crew’s cabin.

From time to time, yachts would sail by in the distance, with handsome men and beautiful women enjoying themselves on board. They would look at Sean’s yacht curiously.

However, since Sean showed no intention of interacting, they gave up on approaching.

What surprised Sean was that these people were generally quite friendly and some even called out on the public channel, hoping to join in on the fun.

Sean declined their invitations.

At night, Lincoln steered the yacht towards the coastline.

The yacht stopped several tens of meters from the shore, and Elijah and his team quietly got off the boat and swam towards the shore.

Sean quickly steered the yacht away from the area.

He planned to return to their own sea territory in the South Sea before the maritime patrol arrived.

At daybreak, Sean anchored the yacht in the same spot where David Hawking’s motorboat had sunk the previous day.

Sean had previously speculated that David had anchored the boat there to salvage something from underwater.

So, he decided to dive down to see what exactly lay beneath the surface.

However, Sean didn’t dive in the morning. After having something to eat, he pulled up a chair and lay down on the deck, basking in the sun.

He ignored the occasional passing boats.

When it was noon, Sean had some more food and then decided to jump into the water.

This time, he didn’t bring any diving equipment; he just wanted to scout out the situation underwater.

The seawater was crystal clear, and he could see fish swimming not far away.

At a depth of about 30 or 40 meters, some seaweed-like plants were floating five or six meters above the seafloor.

There were large and small reef rocks on the seafloor, covered with corals and other marine life.

The mixed underwater flora and fauna attracted a variety of fish, octopuses, and others to take refuge, while larger fish lurked nearby, ready to snatch a meal.

The complete food chain here was not significantly affected by Sean’s arrival.

Most marine creatures kept their distance, watching the bipedal creature with curiosity.

Occasionally, some mischievous little fish would swim over and try to take a bite out of Sean Knight, pecking gently at his skin with their small mouths, attempting to get a taste of something.

Sean ignored these harmless little fish and activated his Sky Eye to look around.

Occasionally, he could see some metal fragments, but they all appeared to be modern leftovers, probably from David Hawking’s ship explosion.

After turning around, besides the two lobsters, Sean didn’t find any other gains.

However, he was quite satisfied.

It’s unreasonable to expect every dive to be fruitful because then Sean would suspect that he was either a lucky goddess or a goddess of wealth.

Upon resurfacing, Sean was surprised to discover another yacht parked nearby.

A man and two women on that yacht were curiously looking at Sean and gesturing while talking.

When they saw Sean emerge from the water holding two lobsters, they cried out in amazement.

Obviously, Sean’s ability had impressed them.

"Hey, brother, want to come over and join us?" the young man embracing a Beautiful Girl shouted to Sean.

The man and woman looked at Sean expectantly, waiting for him to give an affirmative answer.

The single, more bold girl stared at Sean even more intently, hoping he would agree.

Sean waved his hand to signal his refusal and swam toward his yacht.

"How about we go to your place?" The undeterred man continued to shout, "Are you alone? I didn’t see anyone else on your yacht..."

Sean climbed onto his yacht, put the lobsters in a bucket on the deck, and said to the man and the two women:

"No thanks, I’m busy."

Having said that, he went inside to get the barbecue grill, planning to grill the lobsters.

If it weren’t for the yacht nearby, he would have taken some oysters and other things out of his spatial realm to barbecue as well.

After being clearly rejected, the man and the two women still didn’t give up and drove their yacht over. The man parked the yacht and shouted from the deck:

"Come on, buddy, we’re just here to have fun. Don’t be so standoffish!"

However, most of his attention was on Sean’s new yacht.

After all, it was much more luxurious than his own and brand new.

He had been coveting this yacht for a long time but couldn’t afford it due to insufficient funds.

However, that didn’t stop him from being very familiar with the specifications of this yacht, even being able to recite them from memory.

But Sean’s dismissive attitude made it impossible for him to personally experience the speed and comfort of the yacht.

Sean waved his hand again, this time without even bothering to speak.

With no other choice, the man and the two women had to leave in their yacht.

Sean happily grilled and ate the lobster meat. The freshest ingredients, cooked in the simplest way and eaten immediately after cooking, gave the fullest experience of their deliciousness.

Sean had learned this from grilling mutton back in his hometown.

The tastiest moment for grilled mutton was right after it came off the barbecue rack. Even if your table was right next to the grill, by the time you put the mutton on the plate and onto the table, the freshest taste would be gone.

As for the Red Willow Barbecue, it was just a gimmick all over the streets.

After all, Red Willow Barbecue required the fresh fragrance of young Red Willow branches, but only freshly cut Red Willow could give off that fragrance.

Those worn-out Red Willows on the streets had long lost their taste.

Thinking of this, Sean was eager for more.

Forget it, he decided to focus on the matter at hand.

Who knows what treasures might still be in the sea?

Once this was finished, he would definitely have a proper barbecue back home—

Without rolling up pancakes or onions.
