"Why did you come back, you useless thing?" As Qin Su’e followed her parents into the house, a childish voice sounded from inside.

If they loved her the way Qin Xue’s parents loved her, how could she have married such a man? It’s all their fault; they’re the ones who ruined her. If they say she’s a worthless piece, fine, then she will fully embrace being worthless for them to see.

"Why are you looking at me like that? Dad, this useless thing is glaring at me, her gaze is scary." The childish voice immediately complained.

"How dare you glare at your brother? If you don’t want to be home, then get out." Su’e’s mom spoke out before her husband could scold her daughter. She didn’t like this daughter either; she wasn’t as pretty as Qin Xue, and her husband wasn’t as capable, nor did she bring anything of value back to her family. Qin Su’e just lifted her bewildered face, looking at her father with confusion; after all, if she was going to play the madwoman, she needed to look like one.
