"Sister Niannian, what should I do?" Xu Sisi looked at the pile of clothes on the floor, sitting on the bed with a troubled expression.

"What can you do? I’ll help you choose," Xu Niannian laughed.

"But none of my clothes seem suitable," Xu Sisi said helplessly. Even if she chose, there had to be something suitable among her clothes.

"What about the clothes I made for you before?" Xu Niannian glanced over, and indeed all the clothes on the ground had a student vibe, not suitable for today’s occasion.

Although it was only an engagement, it still couldn’t be too simple.

"Pair it with this."

"Ah, wear this?" Xu Sisi shivered. "Sister Niannian, isn’t this too plain?" The key point was, it’s cold!

"No, you’ll wear a red coat over it."

"But I don’t have a coat!" Xu Sisi said in distress. "I only have a cotton-padded jacket, which Nan bought for me, and it’s really ugly."

Xu Niannian didn’t purposely dress her up to look more mature.

Apart from wearing slightly more formal attire, the makeup Xu Niannian applied for her was rather light.

A faint pink shadow at the corner of the eyes was drawn lightly, not too deliberately.

The red coat on the outside made her skin look even whiter, and the gentle makeup, contrasted with the bright red outerwear, actually added a splash of color to her.

Her hair was tied into a large bun at the back, and Xu Niannian deliberately curled the two long strands of hair in front of her forehead to hang down naturally on both sides.
