"That is enough, Mom, they will not understand, criminals like them will not be able to understand what you are doing, do not let them get to you?" Tang Mo suddenly spoke up, annoyed with the way they were trying to guilt-trip Shi Liran.

Shi Liran smiled gently. After all the trials and obstacles, she was glad she raised Tang Mo, and he turned out to be what she wanted him to be.

After the judge had come out, the entire court settled down as they anticipated her judgement.

"With substantial evidence against both Tang Jun and Tang Jingsheng, the court hereby sentences Tang Jun to thirty years imprisonment, whereas, Tang Jingsheng is sentenced to twenty-five years imprisonment, this is the court’s judgement."

The judge announced, her words causing a stir in the crowd.

Tang Mo smiled in relief, whereas, Zhou Mian breathed a sigh of relief. Society was finally free from the menace.

Meanwhile, the ones who were victimized, both Shi Liran and Feng Shui had tears streaming down their faces. It was tears of joy, not sorrow. They finally got justice.

Tang Jun and Tang Jingsheng, on the other hand, looked lifeless.

Tang Jun was the one severely hit. He was already a middle-aged man, he was practically going to die in jail. Everything which he had worked for was destroyed.

Tang Mei had conflicting emotions. She was clueless on how she was supposed to feel.

Her brother and father were going to jail, but they deserved it. She hated rapists, and sadly, they turned out to be ones.

"Let’s leave, we have nothing to do here anymore," Li Qiang said to Xin Yan, and they both left after bidding Tang Mo and Zhou Mian farewell.

Zhou Mian and Tang Mo were approached by Feng Shui, who was in a wheelchair. Her face was tear-stained, having just cried.

"Mr. Tang, thank you for your assistance, I will forever be grateful for the help you have rendered to me," Feng Shui thanked him with a genuine smile, after so many days of forcing a smile on her face, she could finally smile freely.

"Don’t thank me, I did what I had to do, it is partly my fault, I did not notice in time, if I had, the story would probably be different now, but I am happy you finally got justice," Tang Mo replied to her.

Zhou Mian gave her a reassuring smile as she said, "you do not need to worry, just keep visiting the doctor, and the psychologist, and your trauma would be cured."

Feng Shui nodded as she stared at the couple who helped her. She gave a gentle smile as she said, "I guess I would return to the hospital now."

"The hospital? Why would you stay at the hospital when you have a house?" Tang Mo immediately remarked.

"But I don’t have a home to call mine," Feng Shui tilted her head, wondering what he meant.

"You can stay in the apartment, it is best you occupy it as we cannot leave it empty," Tang Mo suggested, and she nodded listlessly.

She did not know if she could Go back to the house without getting nightmares, but she knew Tang Mo was doing it out of sympathy, and thus, she could not reject it.

"You can also bring your mother to stay with you, I know you will be happy to have her with you," Tang Mo gave her another bait, hoping she would accept it.

Feng Shui seriously considered it. She had to admit, Tang Mo truly had his way with words.

"Fine sir, I will live in the house, I greatly appreciate your help, I am genuinely grateful," she thanked him, but he shook his head, indicating that there was no need to thank him.
