Coach Zhen looked left and right to make sure someone was not lurking around.

Xin Yi looked at him with a frown, "am I the sort of person who goes around without verifying an issue?"

He questioned, and Coach Zhen shook his head negatively. This was precisely why he was shocked. He would never have imagined that Fu Ji was such a person.

This was the only way they could avenge Xin Yi’s friends.

"After the race, he would be arrested, my wife has gathered enough evidence against him, it will not be long before we have Fu Ji in our past," Xin Yi explained.

"Coach, please do not do that, yes, I have always been reckless, please do not talk to her about my reckless actions," Xin Yi pleaded immediately.

"Now, that is a good boy, let’s check the vehicle," his coach said, and they walked to where their team was stationed.

Xin Yi checked on the car, and after confirming that there was nothing wrong with it did he breathe a sigh of relief.

"Fu Ji hasn’t shown up?" Xin Yi asked as he took a seat on the chair prepared for him.

"Not yet, Brother Yi," the red-haired youth answered.

"He has always been late," Xin Yi commented with a sarcastic tone, and the surrounding boys burst into laughter.

They did not have to wait for a long time as Fu Ji drove in with his entourage about ten minutes later.

It was a very grand entry as about three to four cars drove in with Fu Ji’s car in the middle.

Xin Yi rolled his eyes at the ostentatious attitude of Fu Ji.

"He is such a b*stard," Zhi cursed as he watched Fu Ji approach them with lazy strides after he had parked his cars.

"Zhi, words," Xin Yi warned.

"Sorry brother Yi, I just cannot stand his attitude, after breaking your wrists, he still had the guts to challenge you, it doesn’t take minutes to understand what he is planning to do,

Speaking about your wrists, how are they? Do they still hurt? Can you drive? We are worried about you Brother Yi," Zhi was anxious about his idol, and so were the other youths behind him.

They echoed after one another, and Xin Yi felt a sweet feeling in his heart. This was the first time the boys had effectively and publicly shown how much they cared about him, he had no idea how he was to react to it.

Xin Yi chuckled. He was not the only one who had the same reaction, the boys were pleased with the news.

"Here comes Fu Ji," one of the boys announced as soon as he sighted Fu Ji approach them.

Soon enough, Fu Ji showed up with a smile.

"Xin Yi, aiyah, I did not know that you would accept the challenge, considering your broken wrists, are you sure you will be able to drive? It is not too late to back off, I would rather not be tagged a bully now you see," Fu Ji had an insincere look on his face.

The boys behind Fu Ji all snickered mockingly as they watched Xin Yi who was silent, alongside the people behind him.

"It is better to remain calm, the race hasn’t even started, we do not know what the results could bring out," Xin Yi muttered calmly.

And with these words, there was a spark as the atmosphere between both sides turned tense.
