Early the next morning, Lily Turner was rudely awakened by hunger. The moment she opened her eyes, she was so shocked she almost screamed.

When exactly did Easton Holmes come back to the room last night? How come she didn’t hear a thing?

Just how deeply did she sleep last night? She was pulled into his arms and didn’t even notice.

Lily Turner wanted to remove the arm draped over her waist, but before she could do so, she noticed the owner of the arm reacted.

Feeling the movement in his embrace, Easton Holmes woke from his sleep and, seeing Lily Turner staring at him with wide eyes, he chuckled, "Why are you looking at me like that? Don’t recognize me?"

While speaking, he tousled her somewhat tidy hair on purpose, making it messy.

"I’m going to the bathroom!"

Even though it wasn’t the first time sharing a bed with Easton Holmes, it still made Lily Turner feel uneasy. She removed his arm from her waist, got up, lifted the quilt, and went to the bathroom.

Watching the woman dash off to the bathroom out of embarrassment, Easton Holmes’ smile grew even brighter.

Reaching for the phone on the bedside table to check the time, he didn’t continue to lie down. Instead, he propped himself up against the headboard, staring unblinkingly at the bathroom door.

"Lily! Hurry up a bit, I need to use the toilet too." A few minutes later, seeing that Lily Turner still hadn’t come out of the bathroom, Easton Holmes called out in the direction of the bathroom.

Inside the bathroom, Lily Turner had just finished using the toilet. Hearing Easton Holmes’ call, she quickly flushed, washed her hands hastily, and immediately opened the door and walked out of the bathroom.

"I’m done, you go ahead."

Lily Turner didn’t return to bed but headed towards the room door. She was so hungry her stomach was touching her back. She had to go downstairs to the kitchen to find something to fill her belly.

"Where are you going?"

Seeing Lily Turner heading towards the door, Easton Holmes quickly sat up, asking.

Lily Turner didn’t even look back, replying with her back turned, "I’m hungry, going downstairs to find something to eat."

She hadn’t eaten anything last night, and if she didn’t get something soon, she was really afraid she’d faint from hunger.

As she said this, she had already walked out of the room, remembering to close the door as she went.

After leaving the room, Lily Turner headed straight for the kitchen downstairs. In the kitchen’s fridge, she found the bread and milk she and Easton Holmes had purchased from the supermarket yesterday.

As she was about to enjoy the bread and milk in the dining room, she suddenly realized a serious issue. Given her special time, how could she consume such cold items?

Thinking of the consequences of eating these, Lily Turner immediately put the bread and milk she’d just taken out of the fridge back on the counter and turned to grab two eggs from the fridge.

If she couldn’t eat cold, she’d boil eggs; she could endure the ten or so minutes it would take.

While the eggs were boiling in the pot, Lily Turner went upstairs to change clothes. As she reached the room door, she didn’t immediately push it open but stood at the door to listen before entering the room.

"Ah! Why don’t you close the door when you change clothes?" Easton Holmes was inside the room, standing by the bed changing clothes. He had just taken off his robe and hadn’t put on any clothes yet.

At that moment, Lily Turner pushed open the door and walked in, and upon seeing the situation, she screamed aloud in surprise.
