Chapter 819: Chapter 815: Playing the Pig to Eat the Tiger

At the same time, he sensibly stopped talking altogether.

But the short man called "Brother Jun" started staring intently at the three women, his smile sleazy and unsettling.

Using what he clearly thought was a polite tone, he said, "Heh heh, three lovely ladies, how about giving me some face and joining us in the next room? Our private booth is way bigger than this one."

After saying that, he glanced at the table.

Seeing there were only twenty or thirty bottles of beer on it, his face showed a hint of disdain. "We’ve got way more drinks in our booth—and plenty to go around, guaranteed."

Brother Jun kept grinning, his expression dripping with lechery.

The three women naturally found him repulsive, their faces filled with obvious disgust.

"No need, we’re just fine here. Plus, we don’t even know you, so please leave!" Yang Ruoxi immediately refused loudly.

However, her words remained relatively polite, clearly aiming to avoid escalating the situation.

Brother Jun’s grin froze as soon as he heard the rejection.

"I’ll give you three seconds to get out of here, or face the consequences." At that moment, Chen Yang couldn’t stand watching anymore. He issued his ultimatum directly to Brother Jun and his gang.

They’d barged into the private booth already, pretending he didn’t exist while trying to harass the three women. How could Chen Yang just let that slide?

Brother Jun, unsure how to deal with Yang Ruoxi’s refusal earlier, now felt like Chen Yang had walked straight into his line of fire with those bold words.

"Oh? Kid, do you even know who you’re talking to?" Brother Jun turned, sneering coldly as he stared Chen Yang down.

"I don’t care who you are. I’ll count to three—get the hell out, or deal with the consequences!" Chen Yang didn’t hold back and started counting down on the spot.

"Three."

"Well, well! Aren’t you bold, kid! You dare threaten us? Have you even figured out your situation yet?" Brother Jun chuckled instead of getting angry, as if Chen Yang’s defiance was pure suicide in his eyes.

"Two!"

Chen Yang ignored him and continued the countdown.

"Say one more word, kid, and see if I don’t kill you right now!" Brother Jun’s expression turned frosty as Chen Yang kept counting down.

"One!"

Completely unfazed, Chen Yang said it outright.

"You bastard! Didn’t you hear what Brother Jun said? Are you really itching to die?" As soon as Chen Yang finished yelling, Heizi, one of Brother Jun’s men, stormed forward angrily.

Letting out a furious roar, he raised his fist and launched it straight at Chen Yang’s head, determined to teach him a lesson.

But just as his fist was about to connect with Chen Yang’s face, it hit an immense force, as if slamming into a wall, and couldn’t move even an inch further.

Startled, Heizi looked down and realized his fist was effortlessly caught in Chen Yang’s hand.

"What the—? Let go, kid!"

Heizi was instantly shocked. Feeling the strength in Chen Yang’s grip, he frantically tried to retract his fist.

But Chen Yang’s palm was like a magnet, locking firmly onto Heizi’s hand. No matter how much force he used, he couldn’t pull it free.

"Kid! You better let me go, or Brother Jun will really lose his temper and kill you!" Heizi bluffed as he struggled, knowing he couldn’t escape and resorting to threats.

"Oh, shut up."

Chen Yang sneered at the threat, then twisted his arm violently, turning Heizi’s limb into a twisted mess...

"Ahhhh!!!"

The excruciating pain from his mangled arm made Heizi scream hysterically in agony.

Brother Jun was initially stunned by the sight, but anger quickly replaced his shock.

He’d planned to step on Chen Yang a few times to assert dominance and take the three women along as trophies.

But not only did Chen Yang avoid humiliation, he even crippled one of his men. Wasn’t this a direct slap to Brother Jun’s face?

"You’re fucking dead! What are you all standing there for? Get him! All of you, beat that kid to death! If he dies, it’s on me!"

At Brother Jun’s command, his gang, fueled by alcohol, immediately swarmed toward Chen Yang.

The private booth wasn’t all that big to begin with, so they closed the gap to Chen Yang within mere steps.

Over ten people attacking at once—visually, it looked like Chen Yang was about to be swallowed whole.

"Heh, messing with me? You’ve got a death wish."

Seeing his men about to overwhelm Chen Yang, Brother Jun smirked coldly, his expression full of satisfaction.

But his smirk vanished as quickly as it came. To his utter bewilderment, his men suddenly staggered backward, retreating in quick succession.

After a few steps, they lost their balance and collapsed to the ground in pain, crying out miserably.

"Ahhh... my stomach hurts!"

"Ugh... my arm!"

...

In mere moments, over ten men were sprawled out on the floor, wailing in pain, while Chen Yang stood in place, unfazed.

Witnessing this, Brother Jun was completely dumbfounded.

What just happened?

Why were all his men suddenly out of commission?

Brother Jun’s face was a mix of shock and confusion.

He stood there in a daze for several seconds before finally piecing things together.

He’d hit an unmovable wall tonight!

"You... You’ve been hiding your strength! Playing the fool to catch us off guard!"

Brother Jun suddenly realized Chen Yang wasn’t as simple as he’d thought.

Chen Yang, expressionless, began walking toward Brother Jun, clearly intending to teach him a lesson as well.

Seeing Chen Yang closing in, fear immediately crossed Brother Jun’s face.

His men were already incapacitated. How could he stand a chance against Chen Yang? He was bound to end up on the losing side.

"Kid, come on! If you’ve got guts, let me head next door to call for backup! Then we’ll see how tough you really are!" Brother Jun stammered, his voice trembling.

Chen Yang originally planned to deal with him directly and be done with it.

But when he heard those words, he paused.

Earlier, during Brother Jun and Heizi’s conversation, Chen Yang caught mention of some ’Young Master.’

It seemed Brother Jun was pestering the three women to bring them to this so-called Young Master.

If Brother Jun was planning to call for backup, it was probably that Young Master he’d be summoning.

At the thought, Chen Yang smirked. "Sure, I’ll give you a chance. Go ahead, I’ll wait."

"Alright! You’ve got guts! Wait right there!"

Brother Jun, thrilled that Chen Yang had agreed, ran out of the room to summon his people.

Meanwhile, Chen Yang stayed in the booth with the three women, waiting silently.

After about half a minute, a commotion erupted outside the room.

From the noisy voices, it was obvious a large group of people was approaching the booth, yelling loudly.

Amidst the ruckus, Chen Yang picked out a voice that sounded oddly familiar.

When the group finally poured through the door, Chen Yang couldn’t help but laugh upon seeing their leader.

No wonder the voice was familiar—it turned out that Brother Jun’s so-called Young Master was none other than Zhou Qianzheng!

"Young Master, that’s the kid! He took down all my men—he’s slapping you in the face! We can’t let him off easy!"

Zhou Qianzheng stormed into the booth with a large posse, and Brother Jun immediately pointed fingers at Chen Yang, yelling accusations.

When Zhou Qianzheng entered, he hadn’t spotted Chen Yang yet.

His arrogance was on full display as he shouted, "Who? Who dared touch my people? Get on your knees and apologize right now, and I might just let you live!"

Seeing that Zhou Qianzheng hadn’t noticed him, Chen Yang took a deliberate step forward.

"It was me."
