Wang Hong arranged for Wang Qingyue and the bodyguards to sit and rest at the clinic, while he went into the inner room with Chen Yang to discuss what to do next.

Wang Hong’s idea was to have Chen Yang go with him to the provincial capital, where it would be more convenient to discuss the value of the treasure ginseng.

He felt too embarrassed to take Chen Yang’s stuff for free, as this favor was enormous.

But Chen Yang had no intention of seeking any return or discussing how much money was needed for anything.

"I’m not going to the provincial capital. You can contact the old man in a bit and ask how much he needs. I’ll pick it for you directly, and you can take it back," Chen Yang said calmly.

Chen Yang picked it up, inspected it, and felt satisfied. Without making any changes, he directly placed it in one corner of the cow shed.

"Wangcai, come here."

Chen Yang turned and beckoned to Wangcai, who was still frolicking in the yard.

When Wangcai heard Chen Yang calling, he immediately ran over with cheerful strides.

"That’s your shelter from now on, got it? Go in and see if you’re happy with it. If there’s anything you don’t like, let me know so I can fix it now," Chen Yang said, pointing at the dog house.

Wangcai, who was pretty smart, instantly understood what Chen Yang was saying.

Without hesitation, he dashed inside and started running around in the dog house.

After pacing back and forth a few times, he darted out again and ran to Chen Yang’s leg, barking excitedly as if to express his satisfaction with the dog house.

Then he tidied up the tools like the hammer and nails, putting them back in the storage room.

When he came out of the storage room, it happened to be the moment Wang Hong finished his phone call.

"So? What did the old man say?" Chen Yang asked.

"Grandpa said the treasure ginseng is something rich in spiritual energy, and if it’s cut into pieces, the spiritual energy would quickly dissipate, so he decided to come over personally instead of having me bring it back," Wang Hong said.

"Come here personally?"

Chen Yang raised his eyebrows slightly in surprise but didn’t dwell on it. "That works too, it’ll save the trouble."

When Wang Qingyue saw the two coming out, she immediately stood up.

"Chen Yang, how many rooms do you have in your house? We’re not going to have to sleep in the same room, are we?" After Wang Hong left, Wang Qingyue immediately asked awkwardly about the sleeping arrangements.

"Congratulations, you guessed right. I only have one room in my house," Chen Yang said with a grin, teasing her.

Looking at Chen Yang’s serious expression, Qingyue believed him.

After struggling with her expression for a moment, she finally nodded. "Alright... fine, I’ll take the bed, and you sleep on the floor."

"Okay, it’s settled then." Chen Yang smiled and turned to walk into the inner room.
