Chapter 395: That night Chapter 395: That night Arnold Johnson’s movements were extremely fast. He shot Roger Bennett’s left leg, and the others had only just realized what had happened.

“Roger, I told you I have no patience for waiting. Whether I’m asleep or awake, you better hand over the hostage within three minutes, or I’ll just shoot you one bullet at a time!” Arnold’s pair of eyes gleamed coldly, filled with murderous intent.

Roger Bennett’s other henchman tried to make a move, but was quickly dealt with by Kinsley Perez.

Alexander, who had just left the room, immediately turned back when he heard the gunfire. Seeing his boss shot, he wanted to run back to help but was kicked away by Arnold. “Go and bring out the hostage, or watch your boss die.”

“Arnold Johnson, don’t be so arrogant! Do you think you can get out of here unscathed after killing me?” Roger threatened, “My men are everywhere outside!”

“If all those outside are your men, why is it that only one person has come back after the gunfire?” Arnold retorted coldly.

Roger had always known about Arnold’s tactics, but he still underestimated him.

With that said, Arnold shot Roger’s right leg.

“From now on, every two minutes, I’ll shoot another part of your body until the hostage is handed over.” Arnold pointed the gun at Roger and spoke.

Seeing this, Alexander could only plead, “It’s useless if you shoot. We’ve lost the hostage, and we don’t know where they went. Our boss just found out about it.”

But Arnold said, “I don’t care. All I want is the hostage! However you lost them, find them for me as quickly as possible. Otherwise, I can’t guarantee your boss will stay alive.”

Arnold’s words were never empty threats.

Glancing at his wristwatch, Arnold showed no hesitation and shot Roger in the left arm.

“Crazy… You’re crazy…” Alexander yelled sharply.

“Instead of wasting your energy yelling here, why don’t you go find the hostage?” Kinsley Perez said calmly.

As for Roger being shot, she didn’t even blink.

“I don’t know where she went!”

As soon as his words fell, Arnold shot Roger in the right arm.

When the gunshot rang out again, someone burst in from outside, loudly demanding, “Arnold, have you gone mad? Let go of my dad!”

Arnold turned his head to look at Sydney Bennett and spoke coldly, “I can let go of your dad, but you have to hand over Victoria Garcia.”

Sydney looked at Roger lying on the ground, and the blood gushing out of his body, panic setting in. She never expected things to turn out this way.

“My dad doesn’t even know where Victoria Garcia went. I’m the one who took her away. If you’re going to shoot, aim at me!” Sydney yelled loudly.

Seeing his daughter like this, Roger couldn’t help but scream, “Sydney, shut up! This has nothing to do with you.”

At this point, Arnold would not spare anyone.

But Sydney still held some hope for Arnold.

“Playing the loving father-daughter act is pointless.” Arnold pointed the gun at Sydney, “Tell me, where did you take the hostage?”

Sydney looked at Arnold, unafraid, “I handed her over to someone else to be sold. I don’t know where they took her.”

Bang!

Sydney felt a sharp pain in her hand as the bullet entered her right arm.

“Arnold, how could you do this to me?” Sydney’s eyes instantly turned red, trying to hold back her tears as she looked at Arnold.

But Arnold showed no compassion whatsoever.
