"You’ve just had surgery not long ago. You should rest for a while," Wyatt Sterling said, taking the things from her hands and placing them on the sofa.

Before she finished her sentence, there was a sudden ’click’ sound; the door was abruptly opened. Sophie Smith and Wyatt Sterling both turned to look at the door. She froze and covered her mouth.

Asher Land glared at the two inside with a dark look, the veins on his forehead bulging, his fists clenched unconsciously.

"Sophie Smith, are you telling me you brought another man home overnight?" Asher Land sneered, "How was it, did you have fun?"

"Don’t misunderstand, I just escorted Sophie home," Wyatt Sterling explained.

Asher Land’s angry appearance was somewhat frightening, Wyatt Sterling was worried that Asher Land might do something harmful to Sophie, he naturally pulled her hand and dragged her behind him.

"Enough!" Sophie protected Wyatt Sterling with her small body, her eyes red as if tears could fall at any moment.

"Asher Land, you’re a demon!" Her voice was small, but every word was clear.

Demon?

To her, Asher Land was nothing but a wicked demon. Then what was Wyatt Sterling?

The more he thought about it, the angrier he got. His big hand strengthened slightly, pulling her who was shielding Wyatt Sterling to his side. Looking down at her delicate face, he couldn’t help but feel frustrated.

His large hand squeezed even tighter, Sophie felt as if her bones were about to be crushed.

"Let go of me,..." Sophie’s face showed a painful expression, struggling desperately, but unable to escape his grip.

Wyatt Sterling took a swift step forward and pushed Asher Land away.

"Are you even a man?" Seeing Asher Land’s attitude towards Sophie today, he couldn’t help but feel angry. Sophie, such a good girl, was stuck with a cold and merciless man, suffering and enduring so much.

"What right do you have to reprimand me?"

"Ha, look at her!" Wyatt Sterling pulled Sophie in front of him, "Do you know what she did for you today?"

"She went for an abortion today for you!"
