Chapter 898: Chapter 335 Tilling in the Light, Serving the Darkness_2
Mona made a serious evaluation and then said, "Don’t call me Archangel, my name is Mona Hosorn, and my Angel master, Wayne, is the Archangel."
Archangel, have you noticed yourself falling a bit into disgrace?
Umr secretly lamented, not daring to comment further, as the Archangel seemed to be on a significant mission in the Mortal World related to the devils of Hell.
Her rank was not high enough to know the details of the mission, so she did not inquire.
To reconstruct the glorious image of the Archangel in her mind, she constantly reminded herself that the Archangel was not afraid of sacrifice, and it was to conceal her identity that she had made a series of absurd actions.
Right, that’s it!
She was fine.
Then she saw Wayne patting his buttocks.
She was not fine.
Umr bowed her head timidly, not resembling a lofty, indifferent angel. Wayne, observing this scene, thought to himself that the altar of pride was indeed not simple; it had deceived not only the Golden Rule Bible but also the real angels.
"Mona, is everything handled?"
"Not a single one."
Mona shook her head gently, her expression grave as she said, "Several religious sects are deserted, the statues of the Evil God, and the Star Beast have all disappeared. Only the corrupted zealots are left, and they are all insignificant minor characters."
Mona reported the results of the pursuit and killing. It was very unsatisfactory; the Evil God was not only cautious but also had a very powerful intelligence network. He had returned to The Void at the first chance, and she and Umr had only destroyed a few headquarters of the sects, encountering no Evil God.
The good news was that since the Star Beast had withdrawn, all the unhatched eggs had decayed.
"This angel, from what you know of the devils, will they let this go?" Wayne asked Umr.
He did not inquire about her name; an angel’s and devil’s true name held great significance in Heaven and Hell, as believers could use it to cast Faith Magic, and it was not easily disclosed.
Wayne knew he was not any Archangel and used the term angel to address her to avoid further trouble.
Umr said expressionlessly, "The devils will not rest until they achieve their goals, especially the seven Demon Kings. The Envy Demon King, having prepared to open the Hell Gate, will not stop until he utterly fails."
Mona then added, "Boss, perhaps the devil has other plans."
"I was thinking the same thing..."
Wayne sought the expert’s opinion, which coincided with his own, firmly believing that the devil still had other plans—bold and possibly CDEFG, as well.
He picked up the map again and looked at it, frowning and saying, "I’ll have them inform the Papal State. The location of the Hell Gate’s opening should not be limited to the Republic of Ireland; any country could be possible."
"Boss, can we get more information out of Hodgson? Could it be that he conveyed secrets to the Evil Gods?" Mona asked.
"He doesn’t know much; the devils don’t trust him..."
Wayne thought for a moment, raising an eyebrow and saying, "Maybe we can try to draw out those Evil Gods along with the Envy’s Familiars through him."
Mona nodded repeatedly upon hearing this, and through Telepathic Transmission, she fervently praised Wayne.
Wayne grinned, returning the favor with a pat on his buttocks.
Umr: (눈_눈)
Archangel, maybe I should leave first. My chest hurts.
Wayne hauled Hodgson out halfway cooked, slapped him on the back of his head, and through Telepathic Transmission ordered him to connect with the Envy’s Familiars, trying to deceive them into showing themselves.
Hodgson, having been corrupted, had his faith change from the Heavenly Father to Envy and then to Wayne, obeying him unquestionably. Upon receiving the command, he contacted a corner of The Void, finding the Envy’s Familiars hiding in the Mysterious Space.
Mona and Umr’s eyes shone with a golden light; their thoughts traveled along the spatial fluctuations, attempting to locate that specific spot.
The results were average. One was severely weakened due to being sealed, and the other had limited abilities. They felt their way along the telephonic threads, never finding the exact coordinates.
"Boss, this Lord Angel can locate the devils’ hiding place, but it will take a long time. Let Hodgson chat for a while longer," Mona whispered softly.
Such an impressive angel!
Wayne couldn’t help but hold Umr in higher regard, perfectly plain and fitting the physiological features of an angel without gender.
He had Hodgson chat as much as possible with the Envy’s Familiars, trying to deceive them if not ensuring a long call duration. Meanwhile, he learned from Umr’s thinking, using his own thoughts to capture the spatial fluctuations and attempt to locate the position of the Evil Gods and devils.
An ordinary Golden Mage couldn’t achieve this, not even a Golden Mage like Slyphy who could challenge those above her level. Wayne relied on his exaggerated mental attributes, capturing the space fluctuations and following them up the telephonic thread.
Then, he detected three kinds of thought fluctuations.
Hodgson, Umr, and Mona.
Wayne was surprised by the rapid evolution of Mona since acquiring Divine Blood from Saint George; her abilities were improving steadily each day, particularly the intensity of her thoughts. If he didn’t keep a check, she might soon catch up to him.
Suddenly, Wayne recalled the strange balance inside Mona, not seeing the Golden Triangle; life, emptiness, and self were one, reaching another realm of balance.
This could well be what is referred to as a Demigod!
Wayne noted this down as a practical case, planning to research it thoroughly when he returned.
Mona’s evolution had occurred right beside him; the thoughts were documented in full detail as data, and once confirming it’s a Demigod’s realm, his path forward would be much easier.
Maybe he could leverage his powerful three-dimensional attributes to overtake others on the curves!
"Brilliant!"

Mysterious Space.
Dark clouds rolled in a whirlpool of frenzy; the sky-like expanse enveloped all directions. The vast land was endless, with mountains undulating and glowing rhythmically.
