Chapter 851: Chapter 323 Little Devil, From Where Do You Hail?_2
The Julian Family and the Lando Family had a lot in common—they were both thin on relatives and both engaged in business. However, the difference was that Austin had a son, whereas Felster, with his broad chest and long legs, went through secretary after secretary without a single one bearing his child.
In terms of business, the main industries of the Julian Family were tobacco and lotteries.
There was nothing much to say about tobacco—it helped save on national pension funds and had the strong backing of the Windsor authorities.
The lottery business involved many well-known Lundan sports teams, including football and cricket, giving them a heaven-high hand in the sports world, and their business was booming.
To say that such a person would go to Hell wouldn’t be an exaggeration!
Yet, oddly enough, Felster had a very good reputation among the lower classes, at least better than the financier Austin.
The reason was simple: Felster personally funded the construction of many welfare institutes throughout Windsor to take in homeless orphans.
Like Chris, who had stayed in Felster’s welfare institute for two years before being adopted by her foster mother Doreen from the Moonlight Church.
Without those two years of free potatoes, Veronica’s White Moonlight would have long died of hunger on the streets.
Just for this, Felster would have been worthy of going to Heaven!
He was a contradictory person, and it was difficult to say whether he was good or bad. He was good, yet tobacco and lotteries had caused many to lose their homes and families; he was bad but...
Wayne would be the first to disagree, even if just for the sake of his child’s mother, he would have to thank Felster.
Veronica: "That makes sense!"
There was a lot of fun to be had in Lundan lately, and having had his fill in one go, Felster had hired two new secretaries and had been banging away at home for half a month. Today, bored out of his mind, he brought two secretaries to the theater to listen to some tunes.
Also, to see if there was any young female student, just entering society, holding onto her dreams of becoming an artist yet facing continuous setbacks, who might need a little support.
He wouldn’t mind, considering he had some spare cash lying around.
Passing by Titus, Felster’s eyes briefly flashed with a golden light—he could smell the scent of the Angel’s Golden Rule coming off Titus.
"Interesting!"
"The Holy See’s Envoy has arrived..."
Felster gave Titus a glance from the corner of his eye, patted his behind, telling his two secretaries to go into the theater first. No questions asked—it just meant he was thinking of changing the game tonight.
It was quite fitting for Windsor.
The two secretaries, like a cup of green tea swaying gracefully, entered the theater. Felster went over to stand next to Titus, watching with him as three young women fought, pulling at each other’s clothes and hair.
With Felster’s ability, it was not hard to tell that Titus was a nun, and her male appearance was just a facade.
He chuckled softly, curious, "Little nun, where is your master, and what has he come to Lundan for?"
Titus paused for a moment, and as he turned, a blaze of golden light met his eyes, and he said in a dazed tone, "My master is called... called..."
Noticing the prohibition the angels had set up, Felster didn’t make things difficult but rephrased the question: "What are you doing in Lundan, and who came with you?"
"The Pope’s Envoy, by command of His Holiness, has come to Lundan to negotiate with Prince Wayne, seeking the second Reincarnated Angel," Titus murmured.
"Lundan has another Reincarnated Angel?"
Felster was taken aback; he had always thought Lundan only had one Reincarnated Angel, hence why he had manipulated a scenario to create the illusion that Wayne was the Reincarnated Angel.
"Little nun, is this information reliable?"
"The Pope’s secret command cannot be wrong."
"That old man who likes daydreaming just doesn’t seem reliable..."
Their conversation took place in broad daylight, yet no one around them noticed; the crowd was too busy watching the three young women fight, completely ignoring them.
"Tell me, how does the Pope plan to find the second Reincarnated Angel?"
"His Holiness prepared a Golden Rule Bible for Mister Wayne, hoping to use one angel to find another. That Golden Rule Bible is no ordinary book—Mister Wayne will surely find his kind," Titus revealed without reserve.
"I see, it appears we must ensure the Pope is satisfied then."
Felster nodded and continued, "So what are you doing here then, little nun? Where is your superior?"
"At St. George’s Church, Divine Blood and the Dragon Kingdom... these are precious," Titus revealed everything.
"Ts-ts-ts, you know a great deal; your master must really cherish you!"
Felster smiled faintly, "Because a Reincarnated Angel doesn’t have the bloodline of an original angel, their strength is significantly reduced, and they cannot face the tasks that are soon to awaken. Hence, they seek the Blood of Saint George to complete their transformation and regain the power left in Heaven..."
"Maybe even recover their memories!"
"The idea isn’t bad, but you’re too late. I’ve already taken that Divine Blood."
"However, the Dragon Kingdom does indeed hold some little surprises. Depending on your luck, you might just stumble upon something."
After glancing at Titus again and asking several more questions, garnering a wealth of information, Felster walked towards the theater with a satisfied smile.
"There are two Reincarnated Angels in Lundan, but I only knew of one. Who could the other be..."
"This world is becoming ever more interesting."
"Heh-heh-heh-heh———"
Titus shivered, waking from his confusion, unaware that anything was amiss. Once the three young women had settled their score, with the two losers who failed to get back with their ex-boyfriends left behind, he proudly entered the theater, arm in arm with the victor.
The Devil likes to toy with people’s hearts, and what are angels if not the same? In terms of non-human behavior, both sides are bizarrely strange and far from anthropomorphic.

The core area of St. George’s Church connects to the Grey Space.
In all of Lundan, there are three locations connected to the Grey Space: the Magical Department Headquarters, Buckingham Palace, and St. George’s Church.
Among them, St. George’s Church is the original passageway.
