Chapter 565: Chapter 242 Clap Your Hands and Get Whatever You Want

"Stop fighting, all of you..."

Wayne shouted into the ruins, barely understanding Veronica’s nightmare; he only saw that after the men of the Randao Family died, the women went collectively insane.

To put it nicely, they were passionately emotional, unrestrained, and boldly affectionate.

To put it unpleasantly, they were prone to extreme emotional reactions, irascible, likely to act on impulse, with a seriously violent tendency.

Many past examples had proven this point. Without mentioning Veronica, Hefei talked about marriage and did it, about running away from home and she did, seeing the intimate photo of Wayne and her arch-enemy, she lost her mind on the spot and demanded an explanation.

The men of the Randao Family might have been a bit vicious, one a giant trash can, the other a smaller one, but without them, it truly wouldn’t work; losing them was like deleting the limiter on Dragon Blood.

Wayne howled twice, to moderate effect. The three dragons were each fighting their own battles, not paying him any attention.

He tried to contact Veronica’s thoughts, but couldn’t distinguish the dragons due to the chaos of thought projections.

Reasoning was useless; he had to get them to sit down and talk sense.

Physical cooling!

"It’s my turn now."

Gazing at the three White Dragons, Wayne couldn’t help wanting to play a card; he raised his hand and a Field Card appeared—Nature Domain.

His eyes slightly narrowed, the three Magic Power gems on his chest converged, drawing the purest of Magic Power and shaping it into the Divine Spell Formula to transform into a Perfect Elf.

He grew to a towering two meters, radiantly beautiful.

His battle suit morphed into a black suit that fitted his taller frame, highlighting his lean figure. Apart from two rings that were a bit tight, nothing seemed amiss.

His thoughts spread out, and the consciousness of the entire Lando Manor achieved unity, balance, and harmony, every blade of grass resonating with Wayne.

An indescribable aura enveloped Lando Manor, awakening from its slumber, calm yet full of life’s vitality, and with an awe-inspiring majesty.

This aura pervaded every corner, from each blade of grass to every massive tree, uniform with no absolute prominence, together forming a balanced ecosystem.

In their midst, Wayne played the role of communicator, awakening a collective consciousness in nature through his presence.

High above, the three Giant Dragons ceased their tangled fight and, faced with a common enemy, stood united.

This space was a projection of Veronica’s dream through the Nightmare Corridor, distorting reality. Veronica wasn’t the master of the dream, trapped and unable to extricate herself; she too was part of the dream.

There was no master of the dream, no one holding the ultimate interpretative authority. Wayne’s thoughts and abilities could manifest in this space. Though they wouldn’t be greatly enhanced due to a rich imagination, they also wouldn’t be suppressed; his full strength could only exert a fraction of its power.

"Roar roar roar———" x3

The three Giant Dragons dove, converging from three sides to seal off all escape routes.

Amidst the howling winds, three massive figures eclipsed the sky.

The Giant Dragons opened their gaping maws, spewing scorching dragon breath downward, blindingly red and suffocatingly hot.

The moisture in the air evaporated in an instant, and as the destructive power spread, all life in its path turned to ash.

The sounds of flames roaring, trees cracking as they burned, joined by deafening roars, composed a symphony of complete annihilation.

Wayne’s Field Card was burnt to a crisp; nature could not withstand fire as Lando Manor was engulfed in flames, no plant life spared.

But that indescribable aura did not dissipate; instead, it seemed to retract like a sheathed blade, ready to strike, hanging over the heads of the Giant Dragons, making them even more restless and agitated.

Boom boom boom!

In the heart of the firestorm, a gentle wind began to swirl, growing from small to unstoppable.

A fiery tornado rose from the ground, dancing violently in the sky, distorting as it twisted the air and as the searing heat rapidly condensed, cool rain clouds formed above the cooling Lando Manor and began to drizzle down.

On the scorched land, burnt husks of forests were everywhere. Wayne stood amidst the blackened ruins, raising one hand to compress the fiery vortex into his palm.

The terrifying Fire Elemental Affinity directly turned the dragon breath defiant, willingly serving him.

Pop!

The sound like a soap bubble bursting echoed as the fire in Wayne’s palm turned into a spark and dissipated, returning to the elements, back to nature.

He looked up at the sky, a faint green light flickering in his eyes, scrutinizing the three White Dragons. He picked the smallest one, raised his hand suddenly into a fist, and aimed at the target...

Raised a single middle finger.

"Roar roar roar———" x3

Wayne’s intention was to provoke Veronica, to use the close encounter as an opportunity to awaken her.

Stop dreaming, Verily is in your fiancé’s bed.

The plan was sound; Veronica certainly wouldn’t be able to stand it, but mother dragons are unreasonable. The three White Dragons took the middle finger into view, and Wayne inadvertently completed a spectacular taunt.

The three massive shadows dove down, mouths unleashing dragon breath that intersected in flaming columns, burning the landscape in patches of vivid reds and murky shadows.

Wayne stood untouched in the heart of the inferno; any flames that approached him automatically retreated, returning to the Fire Element and back to nature. Facing the gaping maws of the oncoming White Dragons, he swung his fist upward with one hand.

With a thunderous boom,

The diving Giant Dragon roared in pain after being punched by Wayne...

Lip scales cracked, the wound was ghastly, and its gums bled.

The punch’s effect was outstanding, powerfully inflicting taunt; the White Dragon’s rage intensified, its wings folded as it switched to all fours, resembling a small white mountain, bearing down on Wayne as it charged forward.

Wayne turned his fist to palm, pushing against the Giant Dragon, his back sliding under the unspeakably powerful force.
