The next day, Anton was feeling more positive. For the first time in a while, he wasn’t feeling too melancholy, but it was inevitable. He was young. He was twenty-three when he left Earth, and after more than a year in this world, his mental age had advanced to just around twenty-four or twenty-five. That meant that he was young enough that the quote “The resilient young possess a strength born not just of circumstance, but of the unwavering spirit to rise again,” still applied to him. His sister was probably the same.

Anton’s immediate goal was to delve into the dungeon continuously, so he could gather enough wealth that once his father and the new family members arrived, they could purchase a property that would make their lives in this kingdom comfortable.

That goal would also allow him to complete the one hundred gold-level quest needed for him to climb up the ranks in the Adventurer Guild, making him able to delve into the lower floors of the most difficult dungeons in Ormunda. With the lower dungeon floors, he would be able to use the experience points in killing the monsters to level up his character in his Diablo II system tandem with gathering enough wealth that would allow him and his family to equip themselves or make themselves more powerful.

He was never going to let go of the idea that someday, it would be them against the undead in some sort of last battle.

Regarding his Diablo II system, Anton had no idea what was next in store, but he firmly believed that his system would still grow, allowing him to reach the pinnacle of power in this world.

The fact that his system could incorporate itself into the magic or dungeon system of this world made Anton believe that his Diablo II system was truly overpowered. One good example was allowing his characters to earn experience points through the killing of the monsters inside the most powerful levels of the dungeon.

That day, Anton planned to go back to the twentieth floor since it was the deepest dungeon he could delve based on his rank. This time, though, he would only sell the medium mana stones and below. He would keep the high-level mana stones. He wanted to research it to check if he could use it with his system or with his enchanting. If not, his sister could probably use it in her magery.

After a quick breakfast, Anton attended to his hygiene and then went to where the Dungeon of Balathar was located. He decided to walk since it would only take him about an hour. The walk would also make him familiar with the places between his new house and the Dungeon of Balathar. He wondered why it was called the Dungeon of Balathar. Was the boss monster named Balathar? Or was the dungeon discovered by an adventurer named Balathar? Those questions made him realize that he knew very little about the kingdom of Ormunda, so after this next delve, he decided that he would purchase books or go into a library to learn more about this kingdom.

On the way to the dungeon, Anton admired the residential houses near his house. They were beautiful, and the people living in them looked orderly. The races were too varied, so racism probably didn’t exist, or if it did, it was probably not noticeable or located somewhere else.

After the residential area, he saw the street that would lead him to a center where the government buildings were located. He also saw several shops and markets. When he passed by a furniture shop, he remembered his thought of buying a bathtub that he could bring into the dungeon, so Anton entered the shop.

The clerk asked what item he needed, and Anton told the man that he needed a bathtub. The clerk led him into the back, where the bathtubs were placed. When he selected one of them, Anton immediately paid the man. The clerk offered a free delivery service, but he declined and immediately stored it in his inventory. The clerk was startled but accepted it, which meant that, as expected, something like what he did was not that rare in this magical kingdom.

After that, Anton remembered that he wanted a tiny house that he could store in his inventory or private stash inside his system to be used as a tent, so he asked the clerk for the nearest carpenter shop that offered custom orders.

Following the instruction provided by the clerk, Anton reached a nearby carpenter shop.

“How can I help you, son?” The middle-aged carpenter asked when Anton entered the shop.

“Good morning, sir. I’m a wizard who delves into the dungeon regularly. I want to order a tiny movable house that could work as my tent since my spatial item is large enough to store it.”

During the next hour, Anton and the carpenter who was holding a drawing notebook talked about the tiny house that Anton wanted. Based on Anton’s description, the carpenter finally drew a tiny house. They finally settled into a rectangular design that was small enough to fit into Anton’s inventory but large enough to contain a bed, a tiny kitchen, and a separate room for the bathroom and toilet. The toilet would contain a small tank that would hold the waste until Anton cleans it using a Cleaning spell.

The carpenter was excited to do the custom order since it was going to be the first of its kind that he would make. The carpenter then asked Anton if it was okay for him to copy the idea, and Anton gave his permission. The custom order would take the carpenter a surprisingly short three days before it was complete, and the middle-aged man kept promising him that he would be satisfied with the product.

Anton paid the deposit and then continued his travel to the Dungeon of Balathar. When he arrived there, he signed up for the twentieth floor again, and once the guild staff gave him the dungeon portal key, he headed directly to the gate and, without further ado, entered it.

He was a little surprised when Anton saw that it was the same as the floor that he had completed before. He thought that the floor environment or the biodome would be randomly generated, but to be honest, at least he knew what to expect.

Anton summoned all of the summons that he wanted to use to kill the floor monsters and started riding the Dire Bear. He activated all of his buffs and activated the aura that would empower his summons, then they started moving.

He left the summons to kill all the monsters and trigger the traps in the dungeon with his Avatar from his Amazon skill tree, leading all of the summons. He commanded his Avatar to tag the monsters with the dungeon portal key that had the body parts that would allow him to complete his quests, and since they had combed the floor before, Anton was sure that his Avatar would be able to handle it.

Based on what Anton had observed, the Avatar was like a program that worked two ways: his verbal command or his thought command. The avatar would follow his verbal command if his attention wasn’t on it, but mistakes would happen if it only did that, so to make the Avatar summon work efficiently, it needed even just a little of Anton’s attention.

But if something was completed before, the Avatar would just follow the verbal command to the letter, just like what it was doing based on what it did during the first dungeon run.

After observing and correcting the Avatar’s actions for a couple of hours, Anton was finally satisfied and knew that the Avatar could work alone with the summons, so Anton turned his attention back to leveling up his ladder barbarian character while his summons killed all the monsters on the floor.
