Chapter 161: Pushing Her Hips

When Li ZiChen had closed his eyes, his long lashes brushed to her thumb, his lips pursed like a child who was too hesitant to speak out loud of the one thing they truly desire. Seeing how much he had been enduring the urge to speak out loud of his love for her hurt AiLin to some extent. Without her knowing, Li ZiChen had became someone so deeply rooted inside her heart whereas his pain had also became her own.

He snuggled to her hands that were wrapped around his cheeks, his lips then opened as he spoke to her, "Do you love him?"

"Love? Who? Bai HaiZe?" She asked and saw his eyebrows that tightened hearing her mentioning Bai HaiZe’s name out loud as if it was a curse that he didn’t want to hear into his ears. She shook her head and gently spoke to him, "He once saved me in the past but he and I, we weren’t in love."

Li ZiChen eyed her, finding the truth and he knew that she was saying the truth because AiLin never lies about her own feelings, she didn’t see a reason where she should have to. So it seemed that she really didn’t like Bai HaiZe even in the past? That was something odd because Li ZiChen was sure that Bai HaiZe feels the opposite. Earlier when he was caught staring at her, his eyes were filled with that sense of desire to possess her. As a man, no one knows that emotion better than Li ZiChen himself.

He tapped his hand under the seat but remain his saddened expression as it seemed to work wonders to AiLin who seems to fret his saddened expression more than anything else. Though she isn’t emotionally available yet, he was glad to see that she couldn’t help herself who keep on worrying about his feelings, meaning that deep down in her heart there’s him who had taken his own space there.

"Are you sure?" He asked as he pulled her waist, his hands supported her body with a powerful grip but AiLin knew just a light push of her hands and he would willingly back away without a single word.

She found herself flustered by how they had stopped at the side of the road, the glittering town behind him seemed to glimmer brighter like the night sky, as if cheering her to take a step forward, to take on what she had feared on taking.

It was as if the entire cosmos were begging her to take this chance, as this won’t come again.

"What do you mean?" She whispered and he pushed his head down from her stomach to her waist.

"He looked at you like how a man would look at the woman they love," Li ZiChen’s fingers traversed on her back, moving downward, drawing a line that caused for a small gasp to slip from her mouth.

She couldn’t help herself that had been staring at his red lips that looked so delicious like a ripe cherry. Remembering their shared kiss, she couldn’t help her fingers that tightened on his shoulders instead of pushing him away, her throat dries as she felt the need to satisfy the thirst by stealing a kiss from those lips.

"He did?" She had to pull herself together to focus on his words and not to be drawn by his beauty. "I don’t know about that. We had... a past and I do feel grateful to him but I wouldn’t repeat the same mistake and I don’t think those feelings were love."

"You sure?" He whispered, Li ZiChen wasn’t convinced. After all, he knew from all those informations he read what kind of existence that Bai HaiZe has on AiLin’s life during her roughest moments. He wasn’t there to help her and it frustrates him so much that it was going to drive him to insanity. "Even though you once..."

"I did," she sighed, "I slept with him but it wasn’t consensual." She ruffled her hair as she bite down her lips, "Truth is back then we were drugged. You know, Jiang NianNian and her ugly plans, despite that I didn’t want the child to suffer, it is still my child after all."

Li ZiChen was quiet as he stared at her and his expression twisted into malice, "That fuc— your family.." he didn’t know what to say and could only hugged her close, pulling her body entirely to saddle on top of him as he pushed her head into his shoulders. "I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to cause you into remembering what had happened."

"Hey, it’s alright," she said and feeling the trembling on his hands, she realized that Li ZiChen was trying so hard to control himself from his anger. She could feel his clenched jaw, his furrowed eyebrows and his raspy breaths. His anger that had caused his heart to beat faster and his fingers that were strongly wrapped around her as if to ease her.

She found herself the most secure in his arms. For the first time in her life, she felt as if she could fall into sleep easily, without having to worry about everything else and those nightmares that would haut her or those mornings where she would feel something incredibly empty from her stomach that would cause her eyes to go blurry and her head a mess of anxiety.

His heartbeat that was drumming against his chest was like a jazz music that calm her down, his breathings, and his warmth, everything told her that she was safe and sound with him.

"I was the one who decided to tell you about it," she whispered as she looked up to him, smiling softly as she traced that beautiful face in front of him that was a mess from anger. "You know ZiChen, I never really want to tell people about my past. Yet to you, I always have a soft spot," she chuckled faintly as she snuggled to his neck, "I don’t know why, I know that I shouldn’t pull you around and give you a false hope about our relationship. I’m not a good woman for you."

She was momentarily taken aback when she felt his hand that had pulled her wrist, "No. You’re wrong. You’re a good woman AiLin, no— even better than that— no one could ever wish for something lesser than you, you’re... everything. I don’t care if you would give me false hope or that you’re simply leading me on. I don’t care AiLin. All I want is for you to look at me even for once. I don’t care what would happen after. To me, you’re everything I could wish for. Lead me on, create more false hope for me, even if I’ll be the one to take the burn for it, I don’t care. I can’t care less."

"That won’t be good for you. Loving someone broken would only cause you to break."

"You won’t break me." He sighed softly into her ears, "You were the one who fixed me."

When she pulled away again, their eyes collide, it’s as if the world had melted around them from the warmth they shared from their words. The only thing she could do was stare into his face and his lips breathed a plea so sweet that she was about to overdose from it.

"Kiss me," he begged, his eyes pleading so gently as if it was going to break into tears if she was to refuse him. "You don’t have to worry about me AiLin. I’ll die happy if I can kiss you once. I won’t force you into doing more than that."

AiLin was caught in a bind but seeing his eyes, her heart moved before her head. She had caught her arms around his shoulders, wrapping it gently, she brought over her lips to his gingerly and soon it touched.

She had pecked his lips once and then twice, when her eyes opened she saw his brown eyes that had darkened with desire as he moved forward, supporting her body as he leaned forward, pushing her backward until her back hit the dashboard as he kissed her lips again. He took each of her lips, peppering kisses on her lips and the sides of her jaws and then down to her neck.

As she felt her entire body weak and her toes that curled, his lips came over her mouth again, this time his coarse tongue entering her lips, intertwining with her tongue.

She felt her mouth full, his thick tongue venturing inside her mouth, searching for a sweet spot to dwell on. Seeing how her fingers curled as it was pressed by his chest, she could only feel weak as she felt her mouth attacked by Li ZiChen’s persistent movement in dawning on every last drop of her sweetness. When the tip of his tongue reached the roof of her mouth, AiLin couldn’t control her body that was only begging for more, the desire balling deep at the depth of her stomach.

She didn’t know how long they had kissed but at one point she could only hit him weakly on his chest, to tell him that she couldn’t catch her breaths. Li ZiChen seemed to notice this and pulled away just slightly and waited for her breaths to calm down. Once it was done, she saw his face that leaned forward to kiss her again, his tongue pulling her tongue and that nibbling on it slightly causing her back to shiver down. She was grateful that they had kissed while sitting down because if they weren’t, her knees would have buckled and she would fall down into a mess from the hot kiss they shared.
