As she was getting out of bed to go to the bathroom, Fu Shinian came in pushing the door open, dressed casually, not looking like he was going out. Su Mu checked the time; it was already past ten o’clock.

"Aren’t you going to the company?"

"Mhm," he replied softly, "I won’t be going for these few days. Song Yi will bring the work here."

Su Mu didn’t ask why, but she knew it was for her sake. She wanted to say something but ultimately didn’t speak up. When he makes a decision, she probably couldn’t change it.

"Going to the bathroom?"

After yesterday’s awkwardness, Su Mu didn’t feel like putting on airs when Fu Shinian asked her this. She nodded and went into the bathroom. Fu Shinian followed and repeated the same motions as yesterday. Noticing that Su Mu’s face wasn’t as red as before, he smiled slightly:
