Monopolize My Mysterious Wife
Chapter 887 - 887 873 Throwing into the Wild Mountain (2)

Chapter 887: 873, Throwing into the Wild Mountain (2) Chapter 887: 873, Throwing into the Wild Mountain (2) Before the onlookers could react, a knife flashed, and a ghostly scream echoed throughout the ward.

Thankfully, the soundproofing of the hospital was effective, and since there were no other occupants on this floor, it didn’t draw everyone from the hospital over.

Jian Qing was half-crouched, the blade in her hand still dripping with blood, while Zhao Xuan lay on the floor, gasping for air, her vision blurred by sweat, but still able to faintly discern those five severed fingers.

She wept silently, her other unharmed hand clenched into a fist, pounding the ground, her pathetic state nothing like her usual arrogant demeanor.

“Heh, Zhao Xuan, can you not bear even this?” Jian Qing grabbed her other hand, the sharp blade moving to her five fingers.

“Jian Qing, that’s enough, please spare my mom, I beg you,” An Yun pleaded as he looked at Zhao Xuan’s blood-drenched hand.

Jian Qing raised her eyes toward him, her voice suddenly turning cold, “If I spare her, who will give me back my mother’s life? Can you?”

If her mother hadn’t died, her grandmother wouldn’t have fallen ill from missing her mother excessively, she and Luoluo wouldn’t be motherless at such a young age, and her father wouldn’t be so heartbroken that he vomited blood, leaving him to spend the rest of his life alone with his grief.

And all of this because of Zhao Xuan—how could she possibly forgive her?

An Yun choked up, his eyes darkening.

“Zhao Xuan, I don’t think you need your other hand either,” Jian Qing said coldly, a fierce glint flashing through her dark eyes.

With a graceful wave of her hand, blood splattered.

“Splash—”

Looking around, ten fingers scattered on the floor, a sight horribly shocking to behold.

This time, Zhao Xuan couldn’t even scream out loud. Overwhelmed by intense pain, she curled up trembling violently, wishing she could just faint.

Quan Jingwu stepped forward, reaching out to pull her up, taking the knife from her hand and throwing it on the ground, then pulled her into his arms with a slight force.

“My treasure, don’t be angry, whatever you want to do, let me do it for you.” He didn’t want the demons she had barely managed to quell to trap her again. It would hurt him too much.

The man’s cold, subtle fragrance wafted to her nose. The darkness in Jian Qing’s eyes gradually dispersed as she stepped out of his embrace, raising her eyes to Bai Jue.

“Leave her clinging to life.”

Bai Jue nodded understandingly and took a pill from the medicine box, stuffing it directly into Zhao Xuan’s mouth.

“Luoluo, prepare the plane. Throw her onto the barren mountain behind our headquarters,” Jian Qing ordered coldly as she looked down at Zhao Xuan sprawled on the ground.

Jian Luo responded with a grunt and sent out a message on his phone.

The barren mountain behind the Jian Family headquarters was home to a pack of wild wolves—throwing Zhao Xuan there could not be more fitting.

“Jian Qing, you have chopped off both her hands; that should be enough, why not—” Having been silent for a long time, and upon hearing Jian Qing’s intention to take Zhao Xuan away, An Zhonghui couldn’t help but speak up, attempting to intercede on her behalf.

“Master An, may I remind you that due to poisoning, the elder cannot live for more than a couple of weeks, so, bearing that in mind, do you still want to plead for this venomous woman?” Jian Luo had just put away his phone when he heard An Zhonghui’s attempt to plead for Zhao Xuan and spoke coldly.

“What, no more than a couple of weeks?” An Zhonghui asked, his face tense, “Are you serious?”

Jian Luo said sarcastically, “Would I joke about such a thing?”

An Yun sensed trouble and looked toward An Zhonghui, only to see his gaze darken as he looked at Zhao Xuan, void of any intention to plead for her.

“Aqi, let’s go in and see Dad,” An Zhonghui said, pulling the newly awakened Zhou Qi, without a backwards glance, no longer concerned about Zhao Xuan’s fate.

“Grandpa!” An Yun called out urgently, only to be met with the sound of a slamming door.

“Bang—”

Hearing Jian Luo’s words, the last shred of pity An Chong had for Zhao Xuan evaporated, solidifying a decision he had been hesitant about.

“Zhao Xuan, from now on our marriage is void, our favors ended, our obligations extinguished,” he declared.

Before Zhao Xuan could catch her breath, his cruel words hit her like a blast from the arctic ice, chilling to the bone.

“Don’t worry, he can’t divorce you because he’ll soon be a widower,” Bai Jue said with a smile.

The implication was clear—Zhao Xuan wouldn’t live much longer.

“Sister, our people have arrived,” Jian Luo said. “They’re now on the rooftop helipad.”

Jian Qing replied, “Take her away.”

The Bodyguard managed to find a sack from somewhere and quickly approached Zhao Xuan. Bai Jue lifted Zhao Xuan effortlessly with his gloved hand and delivered a karate chop directly to the back of her neck.

“You…”

Zhao Xuan’s eyes widened in horror as she looked toward Bai Jue. Having barely uttered a sound, her eyes closed, and she fainted.

“You can’t take my mom away, stop, stop!” An Yun stood up, driven by his emotions, wanting to rush over, but he was blocked by Black Jack.

“Move aside.”

With a contemptuous glance, Black Jack swept his eyes over An Yun, who, seeing Zhao Xuan being stuffed into a sack, didn’t care about Black Jack’s status and threw a punch at him.

“Ha!”

Black Jack’s thin lips curled into a mocking smile, and his deep blue eyes showed a sneer as he easily dodged the punch by tilting his head. His long leg lunged towards An Yun’s abdomen with a kick.

Fast, fierce, and precise, leaving An Yun no chance to dodge.

An Yun’s brow furrowed as he staggered back several steps, his back hitting the cold wall. Clutching his abdomen, he spat out a mouthful of blood.

“Puh––”

“Brother!” An Yu woke up, raised her eyes to see An Yun vomiting blood, and ran over to him, visibly shaken.

“Bro, are you okay?”

An Yun wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth and shook his head. Seeing the Bodyguard about to leave with the sack, he quickly tried to follow.

“Stop right there!”

“If you keep obstructing me, I’ll send you to join your mother,” Jian Luo warned, blocking the doorway and glancing at him indifferently.

“What do you want in order to spare my mom’s life?” An Yun’s gaze moved past him, watching the Bodyguard’s retreating figure, as he asked urgently.

Jian Luo sneered, “Spare her? Impossible unless you return my mother to us.”

“You…”

An Yun’s face turned ashen with anger, yet he felt helpless.

“Bai Jue, find a couple of people to clean up this place,” Jian Qing ordered.

Bai Jue nodded and turned to leave and find people.

Jian Luo, noticing the bloodstains on Jian Qing’s body, said, “Sister, I had someone bring clothes for you. Wait here, I’ll go down and get them.”

Jian Qing nodded, leaning on Quan Jingwu with a tired expression.

“Tired?”

A deep voice sounded from above her, carrying a hint of concern.

Jian Qing nodded and buried herself in his chest.

Quan Jingwu picked her up horizontally and carried her to the sofa, where she sat on his lap, resting her head against his shoulder.

“If you’re tired, sleep for a while; we’ll go home later,” Quan Jingwu said softly as he stroked her hair.

Jian Qing pursed her lips and hummed in response.

“Dad, please save Mom. After all, she has been your wife for over twenty years. Please beg Jian Qing to let her go,” An Yu pleaded desperately, clutching An Chong’s hand and crying.

An Chong glanced at her, his gaze dark and unreadable, “She has hurt people, and now she’s almost killed your great-grandfather. Such a person doesn’t deserve to be your mother.”

An Yu was stunned, tears still streaking her face as she growled, “Dad, you’re truly heartless!”

After speaking, she turned and ran out.
