Chapter 733: 719, Do you want to see Pig Head (3)_1 Chapter 733: 719, Do you want to see Pig Head (3)_1 Whoosh.
Without her coat, Zhan Mingyan’s slender arms were exposed to the air, her skin as white as snow, intensifying the lust in the eyes of Mond and his men.
The man with a scar threw down his coat, his eyes gleaming like a wolf’s as he assessed Zhan Mingyan, “Mond, this bitch is so feisty, I can’t wait to see her pinned beneath us.”
Hearing their disgusting words, Zhan Mingyan was furious, regretting that she hadn’t trained harder in the troops. Then she wouldn’t be so powerless now.
“What are we waiting for?” Mond gestured with his dagger, stabbing towards Zhan Mingyan.
Zhan Mingyan’s eyes narrowed, she bent over, picked up the half bottle of wine on the ground and without any time for thought, reflexively stabbed it towards the man’s abdomen.
A “puch” sound reverberated, the noise of the bottle piercing flesh faintly audible.
Mond’s raised dagger froze in the air, he looked down at the bloodied hand grasping the bottle, his eyes seeing red.
He shifted his gaze to Zhan Mingyan, the pain from the stab wound making his face contort, sweat pouring down his face.
The scarred man and the bearded man were startled by this sight, staring wide-eyed at Mond’s bleeding abdomen.
This…
Zhan Mingyan hastily retracted her hand, the shard of bottle dropping to the ground, shattering into pieces.
Crash!
She glanced at Mond’s bleeding abdomen, faltering slightly.
She, herself, was a doctor, she knew the human anatomy well, and the place she had hit was a critical point. Severe bleeding could be very dangerous.
However, since she had already hurt someone, she had no regrets. After all, at this moment, if she didn’t harm anyone, she would be the one to suffer.
“Mond, are you alright?” The bearded man hastily approached, supporting him.
Mond scowled, pressing his hand to his abdomen, and shoved the dagger into the other man’s hand, “Capture her for me, dead or alive, I’ll take responsibility.”
Daring to hurt him time and again, he wouldn’t be satisfied until he killed her.
The bearded man nodded, a cruel glint in his eyes as he brandished the dagger and charged towards Zhan Mingyan.
“Bitch, you’re courting death.”
Zhan Mingyan no longer had any means of defense, seeing the sharp blade, she turned to flee.
Mond and the scarred man blocked her paths, pushing Zhan Mingyan back against the railing, she had nowhere to go.
At that moment, the glass door of the restaurant was pushed open and a tall figure appeared at the entrance.
“Sir, you can’t come in.”
“Sir, we’re not serving customers at the moment.”
A commotion sounded at the entrance, catching the attention of Mond and his men.
“Scram!”
A cold shout, bone-chillingly icy.
Recognizing the familiar voice, joy surged in Zhan Mingyan’s eyes. She quickly turned to see the door below.
Under the lights, a man in white casual clothes strode into the restaurant kicking over a man blocking his way, swiftly and cleanly.
Bang!
The staff that tried to stop him fell in a heap. The manager wisely moved aside, not daring to intervene.
A job could be replaced, preserving one’s life was paramount.
“Bai Jue, I’m here!” Zhan Mingyan shouted loudly, oblivious to the danger behind her.
Bai Jue looked up, the sight that greeted him made his gaze turn icy.
“Zhan Mingyan, you’re in danger, move away.”
He chided her sternly and rushed over.
An icy dread prickled her spine, Zhan Mingyan turned around, met with the man’s cruel smile and the glint of his blade.
Zhan Mingyan’s breath hitched, she dodged, stepping on some spilled wine, her feet slipped, and her body fell backwards.
With a slight gasp she hit the railing, falling from the second floor.
“Ah!”
The vertical drop drained the blood from her face, she closed her eyes, unable to accept the fact, she was going to die.
Bai Jue, spotting this, leapt forward.
The anticipated impact never came. Instead, Zhan Mingyan felt herself enveloped in a pair of strong, steady arms.
“Hey, you’re pretty heavy, how long do you intend to be held by this young master?”
The voice, as magnetic as ever, called from above, Zhan Mingyan opened her eyes quickly the sight of the man’s smiling face met her eyes.
Thinking of the danger she had just faced, and the helplessness of being surrounded by thugs, tears uncontrollably welled up in her eyes.
Bai Jue saw her eyes glaze, his smile fading, thinking she was hurt, he put her down to inspect her.
“Zhan Mingyan, are you hurt? Where are you injured, quickly tell me.”
Zhan Mingyan looked at the concern in the man’s eyes, her vision clouded with tears, and she threw herself into his arms, grabbing onto his clothes.
“You bastard Bai Jue, why did you come so late? Did you know I was really scared?” She complained, her voice thick with emotion.
She was afraid she might never see him again, afraid she would be ruined by those thugs, especially in this foreign country, the helplessness seemed even more pronounced.
Bai Jue looked at her, noticing the tears in her eyes, his gaze deepening, he lifted his hand, hesitated, then began to pat her back lightly.
“I’m sorry.”
He was straight to the point and apologized without argument.
Hearing him say this, Zhan Mingyan’s tears flowed even faster, her unease had disappeared the moment he had arrived.
It felt as if just being by his side, there was nothing to fear.
“Heh, bitch, so you called for help. But with just him alone, you think you can escape?” The scarred man stood by the staircase, eying Bai Jue, his words disrespectful.
Bai Jue lifted his eyes to look at the scarred man, a cold smile tugged at his lips, “Zhan Mingyan, were you bullied by these three?”
A bunch of foul-mouthed punks, needing some discipline.
Zhan Mingyan pulled away from his embrace, wiping away her tears. With someone at her back now, she stood straight and tall, accusing them, “These three chased me down an entire street, trying to lay their hands on me, their words were disgusting and they had foul breath.”
“Want to see a pighead?” Bai Jue’s brows rose slightly, he turned to look at her, asking the question.
Zhan Mingyan managed to break into a smile, “Yes.”
“Stay right here, I’ll let you see three shortly.” With that, he reached out to pat her head, the corner of his lips curving up.
Zhan Mingyan was taken aback, before she could react, the man beside her had already disappeared.
Mond and his men stared as the white figure turned into a blur, in the blink of an eye, that blur had rushed towards them.
The scarred man saw the handsome face before him magnify, his pupils dilated, before he could recover, he saw the man’s lips part and heard the icy words spill out.
“Your mouth is so foul, let’s make it so you can’t speak anymore.”
Bai Jue’s right hand formed a claw, he gripped the man’s arm firmly, twisting it around. The sound of dislocating joints was painfully clear, chilling to the bone.
