Chapter 1006: 991, Two Little Treasures Side Story (1) Chapter 1006: 991, Two Little Treasures Side Story (1) When the two treasures turned three, they were sent to kindergarten by Quan Jingwu.

Principle had her entourage snatch the task of picking up the children from school, and Quan Jingwu was pleased to see it happen, as he’d head out with his wife to have fun as soon as he got off work.

That day, just as usual, Principle and Rhee came to pick up the children on time, but there was a little incident.

“Rhee, how did it go?” Principle waited in the hallway and quickly approached Rhee when she saw her coming out of the Principle’s office.

There was a helpless smile on Rhee’s face, “Seventeen and Nineteen are fine, just got their clothes dirty, and Nineteen has a scraped knee.”

Hearing that the two treasures were alright, Principle breathed a sigh of relief and became concerned about the other children involved in the fight, “What about the other kids?”

“Ah…” Rhee touched her nose, seeming hesitant to speak.

Her two little golden children sure had strong fighting capabilities.

“What happened, did they get hurt badly?” Principle’s heart skipped a beat.

Rhee said, “Mom, you might as well go in and see for yourself.”

Describing their state as angry would be an understatement, it was simply too dreadful to witness.

Hearing her say that made Principle even more unsettled.

“Then, call Jingwu and Qingqing first, and I’ll go have a look.”

Rhee replied, “There’s no need for me to call, the teacher already called them just now, and I think the parents of those kids will be arriving soon too.”

Quan Jingwu and Jian Qing, who were originally in a meeting at the company, received a call from the kindergarten teacher and immediately left the ongoing meeting, rushing over in a frenzy.

The silver sports car stopped at the entrance of the kindergarten, instantly drawing a lot of curious glances. All the children attending this aristocratic kindergarten belonged to influential families in Beijing, and it was not uncommon to see luxury cars here on a normal day. However, this particular sports car was a limited edition, not something you could obtain simply by having money. Especially noteworthy were the individuals exiting the car, which attracted even more attention.

In Beijing, everyone knew that the two little princes of the Quan family attended this kindergarten. Many children from aristocratic families were repeatedly warned by their parents not to provoke these two young ancestors so as not to bring trouble upon their own families.

Jian Qing glanced at the man next to her, a faint smile on her lips, showing no concern about whether her two sons were hurt or not.

“Xiaojing, did you get into fights at kindergarten too?”

Quan Jingwu chuckled, “Are you saying Seventeen and Nineteen inherited it from me?”

Jian Qing shrugged, “Wasn’t my implication clear enough?”

“I think Seventeen and Nineteen are more like you.” Quan Jingwu curved his finger and flicked her forehead playfully, teasing back.

Chatting casually, they reached the office door without realizing it.

They had not yet entered when they heard the sound of a child crying inside.

Jian Qing looked at Quan Jingwu, and with a brief exchange of glances, they shared a moment of helplessness.

“Jingwu!” Principle waved at them as she saw Quan Jingwu and Jian Qing approaching.

“Grandma, Mom!”

Jian Qing greeted them, and the calm demeanor of the couple gradually settled Principle’s anxious heart.

“Mom, you and Grandma can go back first, we’ll take care of everything here,” she said.

Principle was still somewhat worried. Rhee exchanged a glance with Jian Qing, offered a knowing smile, then took Principle’s arm, “Mom, let’s go home first. We don’t want people to think our Quan Family is bullying others with our power. With Jingwu and Little Qingqing here, everything will be fine.”

After thinking it over for a while, Principle said, “Alright then.”

“You as teachers must give us parents an explanation for this. A well-behaved child has been beaten to such a state. If we don’t get a satisfactory resolution to this matter, we won’t let this go with your school,” the woman’s shrill voice sounded rather piercing.

In the office, the principal sat at the large desk, his head aching from the noise.

Not far across the large desk, two genuine leather sofas faced each other, and on one of them sat Seventeen and Nineteen together. Seventeen sat up straight, engrossed in a comic book he was holding.

As for Nineteen, he sprawled lazily on the sofa with his legs crossed, a lollipop in hand, occasionally taking a lick.

Apart from a few rips in their clothes and a bit of grime on their faces, the two little treasures still looked as exquisite and adorable as ever.

In contrast, a few children sitting opposite them had puffy faces, bruised and swollen, with tears and snot smeared together, presenting a truly pitiful sight.

Seeing their own children beaten like this, the parents were relentless. Everyone present belonged to influential families in Beijing and, despite the teachers’ earnest explanations, none had any effect.

“Seventeen, Nineteen!”

The deep voice resonated through the room, like the sound of a cello being played.

Against the light, a young couple walked in, their flawless features immediately recognizable without any need for introductions to those present in the room.

Quan Jingwu from JK International, Jian Qing from the Jian Group, two titans of Beijing.

The principal, who had been feeling distressed and overwhelmed, secretly heaved a sigh of relief at the arrival of Quan Jingwu and Jian Qing and hurriedly got up to greet them.

“Daddy, Mommy!”

Upon seeing Quan Jingwu and Jian Qing, Seventeen dropped his comic book and scurried over to them, his chubby little hands grasping Quan Jingwu’s thigh.

Daddy had said that if anything happened outside, they should seek Daddy for solutions and not make Mommy worry.

Quan Jingwu bent down and effortlessly picked him up.

Jian Qing looked him over carefully and, seeing that he wasn’t hurt, she finally relaxed. She reached out and gently flicked his forehead.

“You little rascal!”

Jian Qing didn’t use any force, but Seventeen leaned in, wrapped his arms around her neck, and planted a wet kiss on her face with his pouting lips.

“You!”

Facing the little guy’s bright smile, any anger Jian Qing had dissipated.

Right, there was also Nineteen!

Jian Qing turned her head in puzzlement and saw the little one gnawing on a lollipop on the sofa, a hint of helplessness crossing her eyes.

She walked over to him. Nineteen’s clothes were more torn than Seventeen’s, with a couple of small holes at the knee.

Faint traces of blood were visible.

“Mommy, it hurts!” Nineteen whined with the lollipop in his mouth, his fair little hand reaching out, his bright violet eyes shimmering with a touch of grievance.

Jian Qing knew her own son very well and could tell that the little guy was just acting coy. A quick smile flitted across the depths of her eyes, but on the surface, she kept a straight face.

She sat down on the sofa, picked him up onto her lap, and pulled up his pant leg. His tender little leg bore a couple of faint bruises, and the skin on his knee was scraped.

Quan Jingwu, holding Seventeen, walked over. Seeing the injuries on Nineteen, his violet eyes darkened, and the chill emanating from his body made it difficult for others to breathe.

“Mommy, my hand really hurts.” Among them, a boy who was swollen and bruised cried out loud, his chubby body a good head taller than the two little treasures.
