Chapter 1683: Chapter 1683 Weak Woman

Li Yao and a few others stopped their banter and looked over at the approaching centaurs, whose eyes were filled with hatred.

"What, aren’t you centaurs the ones who worship strength the most? My friend here defeated Mameti one-on-one."

The leading centaur’s face was cold: "And how do you account for the bombing of our tribe just now?"

Li Yao sneered, "So, no matter what, you all want to attack us together?"

"In any case, if you want to leave here, leave your bodies behind," the chief centaur said grimly.

"You’re asking for it. Do you really think I’m afraid of you ganging up on me?"

As Li Yao spoke, massive Mechanical Dragons emerged from the illusory portal of Frame Space. Soon, two hundred gigantic Mechanical Dragons were hovering in the sky above them.

The centaurs’ expressions drastically changed. The aura of these dragons was too strong; each one was a dragon warrior of at least camp level. With their appearance, the dragon’s might was evident,

and this was without the Blue Dragon Queen leading them. If she joined, the dragon’s might would be far more imposing.

"I came to the Bent Horn Tribe because I heard your tribe has countless warriors, so I brought friends to challenge your elite. If you’re intent on starting a war, I’m ready to oblige. I have a million-strong army waiting for my call. I’m not afraid of you."

If Li Yao had said this earlier, the centaur chieftain would have dismissed it, but combined with the two hundred Mechanical Dragon warriors, it was very overwhelming.

Forget a million troops; just these two hundred dragons could overturn their tribe, and they had no air force. Even if they got tired of killing, the dragons could fly away at will, and they had no countermeasures.

Not only were the centaurs stunned, but even the players were dumbfounded.

Especially the teams that had been thinking about looting the spoils; they were now immensely grateful they didn’t act. Their small armies, their small numbers couldn’t even fill the dragons’ teeth.

The centaur chief’s expression flickered with uncertainty. Recently, too many new recruits had been harassing them, making them incredibly frustrated. These people seemed endless, and their mood was extremely irritable.

They originally planned to vent their frustrations on Li Yao and his group, but instead, they ran into a tough nut.

Haikuotian’s eyes were about to pop out as he looked at the two hundred giant Mechanical Dragons in the sky, drooling. "Even though they look like mechanical dragons, their bodies are enveloped in frost. From the forum news, you attacked Daisom and fought with icy bone dragons, could it be..."

He was, after all, the head of a major Chinese guild and a top-notch game player. The things he had were of high caliber, making countless players envious.

But now he realized that even adding all his equipment up, it might not be worth as much as one of those mechanical dragons.

Li Yao smiled and did not answer Haikuotian’s question: "Chief, do we fight or not? Just give the word, don’t waste our time."

The centaur chieftain gritted his teeth and said, "Since it’s a fair challenge, our tribe accepts defeat. When are you leaving? We don’t have extra resources to find you."

Li Yao waved his hand, "No rush, your tribe is full of talent and warriors. We’ve only had one match, and one win or loss doesn’t mean anything. Three matches, as long as there are three, whether we win or lose, I will leave."

"Damn it, don’t push us too far." A centaur behind the chief got angry when he heard Li Yao wanted more matches. Although Mameti wasn’t the strongest in the tribe, he was among the top five, and losing someone of his caliber was a significant blow.

The chief waved his hand, "If you’re sending this strongman again, then we concede. There’s no need for another match."

The strength of the Mechanical Avatar shocked them completely, and that was only brute force. Who knew what other weird abilities the opponent had? Even Mameti, in the tribe’s top five, didn’t know his opponent, and others would probably be no match.

"Now that’s reasonable, the chief indeed has composure. How about this, for the remaining two matches, you first choose your contenders, then choose the opponent from between me and this lady. I’ll even provide some stakes. How does that sound?"

Li Yao held out a fist-sized chunk of dark green Crystal, exuding a thick natural aura.

"Are you really willing to use Natural Crystal as stakes?" The centaur chieftain’s expression changed, and the other centaurs showed greedy expressions.

Natural Crystal, whether for their growth and bloodline purification or to transform a barren land into an oasis, was extremely important to the centaurs.

Especially for the tribe, the desolate land was too impoverished. Adding an oasis would be immensely beneficial to the tribe.

For the insular centaurs, Natural Crystal was as precious as a Little artifact.

"Alright, now it’s interesting." The chieftain suppressed his delight, flipping his wrist to reveal a massive door-panel-sized sword: "This is a Huge Sword produced by the minotaurs and in our tribe’s collection, endowed with great totem power, it’s a top-notch Legendary Weapon. If you win, this sword is yours."

"Okay, then you send someone and choose an opponent." Li Yao nodded.

"Chieftain, let me." A centaur covered in runes stepped forward.

"Priest, you should know the importance of Natural Crystal," the centaur chieftain said solemnly. "Don’t recklessly choose your opponent."

"Rest assured, chieftain, I will fight for it with my life." The centaur priest nodded and stepped into the field, pointing the Nanmu Wand at the expressionless Blue Dragon Queen: "Woman, don’t blame me for choosing you, blame your bad luck for being assigned to fight."

The Blue Dragon Queen finally showed a hint of expression, the corner of her mouth curling up, astonished at being underestimated.

With a flash, the Blue Dragon Queen appeared in the field: "Three moves."

The centaur priest was stunned, "What?"

The Blue Dragon Queen smirked, "Foolish insect, you can’t even sense my aura, you truly are an idiot. I said, three moves to deal with you."

As the Blue Dragon Queen spoke, the air seemed to freeze. The hot air of the desolate land plummeted in temperature, and the sky, without anyone realizing, began to Rain with flakes of snow.

"Snow? How is this possible? It’s been millennia since we’ve seen snow here." A centaur looked skyward in confusion. The sky was clear, yet the snowflakes seemed to form from the Void.

Only the centaur chieftain, looking at the woman shrouded in icy blue Crystal Armor, felt a sense of foreboding.

Haikuotian, having realized the Blue Dragon Queen’s true identity, was even gloating. In his eyes, the idea that she was the weaker opponent was ludicrous and laughable.

He also knew that Li Yao’s so-called challenge was really a trap, a hole for others to fall into. No matter which of the three they sent, winning was impossible...
