When the boy’s mother returned from the restroom and saw what was happening, she was almost scared out of her wits.

"Haohao!" She exclaimed, quickly rushing towards Mu Lin’s direction. When she saw that her son was safe, she finally let out a sigh of relief, reaching out and trying to pull him away, "Didn’t I tell you it was very dangerous and you need to be careful?" She chided him while carefully watching Qiaozi.

However, the boy broke away from his mother’s hand, "Mom, it’s not dangerous at all. Qiaozi is really gentle and handsome. I like it a lot." He paused and once again touched Qiaozi in front of his scared mother, "Look, it’s not fierce at all." In the child’s eyes, adults always seemed overly worried.

His eyes held nothing but love.

Looking at the woman in front of him, Mu Lin slightly furrowed her brows. Still, seeing her gradually calm down, she decided not to say anything.

The woman, with a complex look in her eyes, glanced at her son, subconsciously looked up, finally noticing Mu Lin, who was Qiaozi’s owner.

Uncle Qiaozi asserts: It’s not picky at all, it’s easy to feed; however, it no longer wants to eat cucumbers.

Upon hearing Mu Lin’s words, not only did the boy’s mother, but the other passengers also consciously heaved a sigh of relief; it’s safer this way.

Regarding the rumor that Qiaozi would eat humans, truthfully, no one had confirmed if it was real or not, but it had always been a lingering fear, one of the main reasons for their terror.

After securing her son with a seat belt, the woman returned to her own seat. But she kept turning her head to look back and it was only after a while that she finally felt at ease.

However, Mu Lin simply replied, "It’s not bought." When Qiaozi was young, it had voluntarily followed her home, simply because Mu Lin could understand it and talk to it. Hence, it had been following her ever since.

"Not bought!" Upon hearing this, everyone was surprised, "So, did you catch it?" The incredulity was evident in their voices.

"Not that either." Mu Lin’s expression still remained indifferent.

There was a scoff.

"Not that either? Did it just voluntarily come to you then?" Someone joked, the group started laughing; they thought she was too embarrassed to admit she bought it.

However, Mu Lin slowly nodded, "Yes."

Everyone was shocked, even the woman beside Mu Lin looked at her with disbelief.

"Impossible! Stop lying." Skeptical voices sounded, filled with scorn, convinced that Mu Lin was playing them for a fool.

"Who are you people?" She had no reason to waste her efforts on lying to strangers. The sarcastic curve of Mu Lin’s lips remained, her eyes indifferent as she gave them no regard.

"You..." Some people understood the implicit meaning in her words, stood up ready to cause trouble but were held back by their friends.

"We’re on a plane, you can’t start a fight. What if it causes the plane to destabilize, don’t you care about your life? I still want to live." He definitely didn’t want a crash.
