Chapter 666: Chapter 525: Happiness for Three People_2

Moreover, the Sword Maiden’s Golden Blessing, "Gleaming Star," and the Witch’s Golden Blessing, "Rebellion," are both related to career life. Using career potions on them can indirectly enhance their combat power.

But even without the Golden Blessings, Ash hoped he could hear more about the career life of the Sword Witch in the Void Realm. He wished the Sword Maiden would indeed become a "Gleaming Star" and the Witch could be coquettish with her beloved every day.

The Bonds between them seemed not just about Ash sharing their Magic Experience but also their happiness.

Just seeing their faces brimming with smiles, Ash’s heart also seemed to warm up.

There were 8 bottles of career potion. Ash used the "Alchemist’s Refinement Bottle" to extract them all, failing once and obtaining 3 bottles of "Advanced Career Potion."

"Advanced Career Potion": Operators will achieve the best results in the best condition while managing their career life and can faintly gain Fate’s favor for seven days.

Then, there were the newly released purple-light items.

"Advanced Trial Card": Allows operators to undergo a high-difficulty trial, gain a large amount of experience, slightly increase the Bonds, and make the operators follow your commands more obediently. Each operator can only use it once a week.

"Aurora’s Immoral Onboard Navigation System": A navigation system for Aurora’s self-driving cars, which plans the best route according to the owner’s exploration targets, and automatically kills all insta-kill targets on the way.

"Lightless Sanctuary Potion": Instantly complete the construction of the Holy Domain, or accelerate the progress of the Holy Domain Harmony. Be cautious, as a Mage who completes the construction of the Holy Domain will automatically resist the Harmony Prohibition of "Wind, Flower, Snow, Moon," greatly weakening the spatial insights gained from the Taboo.

Not much to say about the Advanced Trial Card, but the clause "make operators follow your commands more obediently" made Ash feel strange. Did it mean beating the operators into submission?

The navigation system was naturally excellent. Even if Ash had the Void Realm Map, it did not diminish its usefulness. After all, the position of the Flowing Gold River in the Time Continent is not fixed; there had been several occasions when Ash followed the map only to be blocked by the Flowing Gold River. Plus, this navigation was extremely immoral, automatically killing Mage projections and common Void Realm creatures like Fish-Slicing Dragons, making it a must-have for committing crimes.

But the problem was, Ash was no longer on the Time Continent.

In the Distant Realm, there obviously was no use for a sports car. It was like buying the game console that your parents wouldn’t let you have at thirteen when you were twenty-five and had a job; the thing was great, but now useless.

The only purple-light item worth noting was the "Lightless Sanctuary Potion."

Instantly completing the construction of a Holy Domain would undoubtedly transform the combat power of Ash and the others immediately. Moreover, for the next exploration of the Void Realm, there was no need to endure the trial of the "Wind, Flower, Snow, Moon" Harmony Prohibition. However, that was precisely the issue—the "Wind, Flower, Snow, Moon" Harmony Prohibition was both a trial and a reward, and all Mages enhanced their Space Faction Realm through the Prohibition.

Completing the Holy Domain construction ahead of time meant giving up this newbie gift pack.

If one were considering the future, it would seem that the potion should not be taken, but Ash and his group were different—due to their Bonds, Ash could obtain other operators’ Magic Experience. This meant that even if he took the Lightless Sanctuary Potion, it wouldn’t matter; the Sword Maiden and the Witch would naturally help him catch up in the Space Faction Realm.

Yet, Ash felt he didn’t need this potion to build the Holy Domain.

This wasn’t because he was overconfident. During his transformation into "Yayin," he had rolled in the rain with dozens of Holy Sanctuaries, destroying more Holy Barriers than the average person had broken windows. Plus, "Yayin’s" All-Knowing and All-Powerful nature was also rapidly enhancing his Space Faction Realm. Ash felt that he was just a bit shy of reaching the Holy Domain.

In that case, could these two potions be saved for the Sword Witch? If necessary, he could always feed them Space Treasure later to make up for it...

Ash momentarily set aside the matter and turned his attention to the thrilling golden-light items.

"Death Mad Sword Maiden’s Silver Coin" and "Black and White Witch’s Magic Mirror Fragment"! Ash was one step closer to a full treasure and full potential!

Using these two items, new changes emerged in the Sword Maiden and Witch’s information—

"Death Mad Sword Maiden"

"Human Race · Female · 18 Years Old"

"Bonds Level: 4 (75% Experience Sharing)"

"Resonance Insatiable Greed: When accompanying you, there is a chance to obtain better spoils."

"Resonance Unswerving: When accompanying you, the Sword Maiden is more likely to obtain Experience Treasure Orbs."

"Black and White Witch"

"Human Race · Female · 19 Years Old"

"Bonds Level: 4 (75% Experience Sharing)"

"Resonance Play with People’s Hearts: Even without the related mind Technique Spirit, you and the Witch have the supernatural ability to influence people’s hearts."

"Resonance Promised Future: Even without the related Fate Technique Spirit, you and the Witch have the supernatural ability to influence fate through promises."

Incredible, the initial Resonances were ’Insatiable Greed’ and ’Play with People’s Hearts,’ descriptors exclusive to antagonist characters, but now the second Resonances have all become positive phrases like ’Unswerving’ and ’Promised Future.’ Is this the moral decay, or the distortion of human nature?

However, ’Unswerving’ has a great effect, able to stimulate a multitude of Experience Treasure Orbs, which is like sending coal in snowy weather for them, lagging seriously behind in faction realm progression. And Ash also knew the origin of this Resonance, which presumably refers to Sword Maiden’s pursuit of glory, status, and career in every aspect.

’Promised Future’, on the other hand, was baffling. Although it sounded quite intimidating, how could it influence fate? Could it mean that any promise he made would lead to the whole world finding ways to help him fulfill it?

Compared to this, Ash had just realized that the Witch’s Bonds Level had also reached Level 4 unknowingly, which left him somewhat puzzled – hey, wasn’t the Sword Maiden always speaking ill of me to the Witch? Why has the Witch’s affinity towards me risen so fast? It’s even on the same level as the Sword Maiden now.

Could it be that I have misjudged the Sword Maiden? Or is it that the Witch’s judgement is crystal clear?

Then there was a new item that Ash found rather odd—

"Aurora’s Dream Treasury": When you enter the Dream Bubble Shadow, you can choose three collections from the treasury. When the number of Dream Bubble Shadows you break meets the requirement, you can choose another collection from the treasury. The collections are only effective within the Dream Bubble Shadow and do not carry over to the next exploration, nor do they have any impact on reality.

The following are some of the collections:

"Colorful Collection—Million Brilliant Hands: Each effective attack restores 1% Magic Power."

"Golden Collection—All-Knowing Veil: Within your field of vision, you can enhance or weaken any Magic you understand (regardless of friend or foe), up to 50% enhancement/100% weakening (the limit is proportional to your level of understanding); only one Magic can be affected at a time."

"Silver Collection—Blood Saint’s Oath of Death: Each time a unit is killed (including but not limited to Mage projections, Void Realm creatures, residents within the Dream Bubble Shadow), you gain one stack of Damage Amplification Blessing, lasting 30 seconds, up to 10 stacks."

The Dream Bubble Shadow was a unique scene mechanism exclusive to the Distant Realm, which meant this was an item intended specifically to assist in exploring the Distant Realm.

Back when climbing the Distant Realm, Ash realized how different it was from the first two layers of the Void Realm—in the Sea of Knowledge and Time Continent, Mages were still in a state of ignorance. Thus ’Endless Sea’ and ’Endless Road’ were excellent trials for them, and nearly every Mage could transform into an independent Seeker. Ash, who freeloaded, was practically the shame of Mages.

Once in the Distant Realm, ’the journey’ no longer brought any pressure to the Mages, so the Void Realm generously opened up space channels for them, breaking the norm of ’two hours of travel for five minutes of combat’. And based on the law of conservation of pressure, Holy Sanctuary Mages who no longer needed to worry about movements naturally faced more intense battles.

Still, Ash had never seen such an outright combat power-enhancing item before, rare even for the Void Realm, truly living up to its gold-colored status. But these collection names seemed familiar, with Million Brilliance, All-Knowing, and Blood Saint... It felt as if the Mage’s Handbook, noticing how weak Ash was, stole these overnight from the Divine Lords’ trove.

Then there was the third New Operative, "Yooran Weiser"!
