Chapter 359: Chapter 349: Skin Bag Monster

On the west shore of Green Dragon Ridge Lake, a narrow mountain path echoed with heavy gasps drawing closer and closer, accompanied by the sound of clothes brushing against leaves and disordered footsteps.

Soon, three figures appeared at one end of the path, looking to be three female hikers, all in their late twenties, seemingly drenched in sweat and morning dew from not taking the wider path but passing through the woods and meadows, their figures pronounced.

But at this moment, the three of them clearly had no time to concern themselves with these matters, as their faces were unmistakably gripped by terror, all three pretty faces twisted by fear.

They ran while looking back over their shoulders.

Two vague shadows, one on the left and one behind, loomed faintly into view.

“Run faster, whoever gets caught will be the first we eat up.”

“Before we eat you, we’re going to make you experience the ultimate pleasure.”

“That’s going to be so much fun!”

“Come on!”

Each sentence intensified the fear in the hearts of the three women.

In their minds, they all recalled what they originally thought were just “urban legends,” some old news, or rumors.

“In the mountains on the west side of Secret Phoenix City, there dwell Radiation Monsters that like to torture and eat humans. They inbreed among close relatives, worship an unknown Evil God, hence every generation is deformed, yet they possess extraordinary power…”

“Ha, got you now.”

The women’s recollection was abruptly interrupted with no warning.

Before them, the two figures became real. These two naked Monsters had humanoid limbs, but their heads were hideous beyond measure, covered with scars and bulges, revealing mouths full of sharp, yellow teeth when they opened.

Within those tiny, mung-bean eyes emitted a light that made onlookers want to scream, to run away.

It was a light filled with pure bloodthirst, coldness, and the malice that views humans as Prey.

As they appeared, the grass beneath their feet and the trees around began showing signs of withering, a warm, odd-smelling breeze accompanied by the mountain wind blew over.

The three women felt nauseous, but their eyelids were incredibly heavy, and they were about to completely faint.

But in the next moment, a Human Figure that didn’t fit the environment at all truly appeared.

It was a young man like a high school student, carrying a briefcase, stepping out from the void, and appearing before the three women. As the two Monsters suddenly burst forth with ghostly speed charging towards him, Tang Qi suddenly spoke.

“How smelly!”

“Boom~”

The two Monsters combusted simultaneously.

Tang Qi glanced at the created scene, tossed the two Fuel into the Melter, and then casually waved to disperse the disgusting smell. Without waiting for the three women to fully regain consciousness and thank him, Tang Qi’s figure had already headed deeper into the path.

“Information Fragment: Deformed humans who worship a certain Exotic Realm Creatures, transformed into Monsters that hunt humans through radiation mutation. They have proliferated into a tribe within the mountain…”

“Sigh”

As a ghostly light flashed by, Tang Qi’s figure had already entered a damp, foul-smelling cave.

On the south bank of Green Dragon Ridge Lake, in an abandoned industrial area, a dozen gaudily dressed youths, resembling hippies, made their way furtively along a seemingly clear stream toward a factory at the end of the lane.

“Ken, you’re not lying to us, right? There really are… those things inside?”

As they walked, someone questioned a short youth leading the way.

The short youth turned around, first showing displeasure, then intoxicatedly said, “Definitely. You guys don’t know, that was the happiest day of my life. They are just like the creatures from the legends, naive, understanding nothing, but very enthusiastic about that sort of thing.”

“If it wasn’t for my timely stop, I would have been drained dry.”

“I couldn’t handle them alone, so I called you guys. If anyone doesn’t want to come, you can go back now.”

“No no no, we want to go.”

“That’s right, but if it turns out you’ve lied to us, you know the consequences.”

“Let’s move, I can’t wait.”

The group quickly entered the factory and was immediately astonished to find that the abandoned factory’s interior had turned into a huge pool where dozens of “mermaids” swam joyfully around.

These mermaids looked just as if they had stepped out of a myth, with human upper bodies and fish lower bodies, their only clothing being damp seaweed, which hardly concealed their alluring, tempting torsos and those magical female characteristics.

“Sigh~”

Almost instantaneously, the heavy breathing of the dozen youths quickened.

Especially as these mermaids swam towards them unguardedly, their white skin visible beneath wet seaweed and their innocent, bewildered eyes looking at everyone, the Flame within everyone’s body was utterly ignited.

But just as they couldn’t resist pouncing over, without any forewarning, “Boom” a sound thundered.

The factory roof shattered as a giant Fireball crashed into the pool.

The Red Flames seemed to even burn through water, and all the “mermaids” turned into torches, wailing in agony.

Their voices simultaneously turned into a rough, disgusting man’s voice, and what changed along with them were their beautiful “shells.” Tumbling in the flames were emaciated figures with viscous substances on their skin, fish tails for lower bodies, and upper bodies with heads and torsos that looked like decaying skeletons.

The youths, who were just consumed by lust, all deflated at once, especially when a hot breeze carrying the scent of charring and warmth blew past, causing everyone to turn and vomit, the leading short youth most severely.

“No need to thank me!”

Tang Qi admired the view for a while before tossing the Fuel into the Melter, laughing as he spoke.

At the boundary of the Main City and Ham District in Secret Phoenix City, in front of a building that looked quite ordinary, two burly, fierce-looking security guards were stationed at the entrance. Despite many attractive men and women lingering there, trying to gain entry either through face recognition or outright bribery.

Unfortunately, most of them were rejected.

To get past the security, one must possess a certain “qualification,” or, it seems, be an exceptionally beautiful young person who could be a superstar.

For example, at this moment, a handsome young man holding a retro suitcase approached the entrance.

He hadn’t even spoken when the two guards stepped aside to let him through.

As the young man was about to enter, his step paused as if something had changed.

The two guards exchanged glances, one speaking in a tone that made one’s skin crawl, “Sir, is there anything we can help with? The Jile Club is willing to offer you our finest service, and, um, for free.”

“For free?”

Tang Qi, who was just using the badge in his arms to send a thought back to the school, seemed to hear something unbelievable and looked up in surprise.

But he immediately said, “Very thoughtful, but I’m fine. I just remembered something trivial, and the word ‘club’ feels particularly familiar.”

“May I go in now?”

“Of course, no problem!”

Neither guard caught the profound meaning in Tang Qi’s tone. As if afraid that he might not accept, they quickly responded.

The moment Tang Qi entered, he hadn’t yet felt the noise of this “special nightclub.”

A waiter dressed in black stopped him at the door, pointing to a dim passage leading underground, eagerly saying, “Sir, you meet the criteria for our special service. Please go down here, where you can enjoy all kinds of Jile pleasures.”

“And moreover, it’s all free.”

“Sure!”

Tang Qi laughed again, following the waiter underground.

Upon setting foot inside, he immediately saw an extremely opulent but indeed “Jile” scene.

From the legal to the illegal, from the flesh to the spirit, all kinds of pleasurable means could be found here.

What’s crucial is that there didn’t seem to be an ugly person here; men and women alike had extremely attractive appearances. Probably only in Eagle’s Nest City, this super-city hub of the entertainment industry, could one see so many beautiful bodies.

At this moment, Tang Qi seemed to notice for the first time that the black-clothed waiter who led him down was also a rare handsome man, with blond hair and blue eyes, tall and slender, always wearing an alluring smile.

“Relax, here you can enjoy everything.”

As the waiter spoke with a smile, Tang Qi clearly felt those attractive bodies casting glances that seemed to size up “prey,” coming over.

And quickly, these glances turned into intense desires of possession.

“Whoosh”

Originally thinking of playing along for a bit longer, Tang Qi suddenly lost the mood for it.

He smiled back at the waiter and then said, “Don’t worry, I’ll surely enjoy it—with so many Skin Bag Monsters, I’m about to be spoilt for choice.”

“Boom”

Tang Qi’s words were as a giant stone smashing into a calm sea surface, instantly stirring up waves.

The majority of the good-looking bodies, who were “playing,” pushed away their companions and abruptly stood up, casting murderous, bloodthirsty gazes his way.

Next to Tang Qi, a voice that couldn’t hide its murderous intent sounded.

“Are you a Demon Hunter?”

“No!”

Tang Qi crisply denied it to the waiter, then his expression swiftly turned solemn and cold. His raging desire to kill, like a rising tide, engulfed all the “attractive bodies,” his words reaching the ear of the now frozen monsters, word by word.

“I am your… doomsday!”

“Boom”

Red, scorching, deadly Flames filled the entire underground in an instant.

At the very top of the Outer Institute, in front of the restored Magic Array, Professor Eva was leading the Coleman couple and the young girl, Lily.

The four seemed to be waiting for something.

In a few breaths’ time, in front of the Magic Array.

“Whoosh”

A portal opened without warning.

The person they were waiting for, Tang Qi, holding Gluttony, came through the other end of the portal with a smile on his face.

Behind him was a place littered with grotesque, twisted corpses.

Each one was starkly different from a normal human.

The Colemans seemed to know what those corpses had been and what that charred, unrecognizable underground building represented. Their faces changed simultaneously, a complex mixture of fear, joy, and other emotions mingling together.
