Grandpa Yan nodded at them and reminded, "Okay, drive safely."

"Okay," Chen Yuhan nodded.

Yan Yunci took Chen Yuhan’s arm and said, "Grandpa, we will go first."

Due to the slippery road, Chen Yuhan drove very slowly, which made Yan Yunci a little impatient.

Hearing this, Chen Yuhan checked her from head to toe and then breathed a sigh of relief. He held her hand tightly and said, "Wait here, don’t go out. I will go to see what is going on."

Yan Yunci nodded and said nothing more. Her heart was still beating loudly.

After Chen Yuhan got out of the car, Yan Yunci locked the door and opened the window a little. She looked curiously at the crowd in front of her.

Just as she craned her neck to see what was going on, Chen Yuhan had already walked into the crowd and saw the car accident scene.

He looked at the wrecked car underneath the overturned truck and noticed blood on the ground. When he saw the license plate number, a flash of surprise flashed in his eyes.

Seeing that no one was helping, he pushed the person in front and shouted, "Please get out of the way!"

When everyone heard his shout, they stepped aside and looked at him with various gazes. Today, no one was willing to help others like him. After all, if they are not careful, the victim’s family may blame them and ask for compensation instead.

Although Chen Yuhan was not a person who would help strangers, he could not let that person die without doing anything.

As he opened the jammed car door, he shouted to the people around him, "Call an ambulance, this man is still alive!"

Seeing someone calling the ambulance, he lowered his body and shouted, "President Lin, can you hear me?"

Seeing that the other party didn’t respond, he took off his coat, covered his hands with it, and punched on the cracked window. After several punches, the window finally broke, and he reached out to open the door from inside.

He reached into the car, unbuckled the seat belt, and checked Lin Xiao’s breathing. Feeling the faint breath on his fingers, he quickly pulled him out.

He gritted his teeth and dragged him out of the car as quickly as possible. When they were ten meters away from the car, sparks hit the gasoline and the car caught fire and spread to the truck.

Thick smoke and ash filled the air as fires raged across the car and truck.

Chen Yuhan’s head hit the corner of the sidewalk and fell to the ground unconscious. His body had scratches and cuts from splinters, shards of metal, and glass. Blood seeped from the wound on his forehead.

As for Lin Xiao, he was laying not far from Chen Yuhan. His face and body were covered in blood, and he looked like he was about to die.

In the car, Yan Yunci was shocked by the explosion, and a bad premonition arose in her heart. She quickly got out of the car and ran towards the crowd. When she saw many people injured by the explosion, she looked around, trying to find Chen Yuhan.

"Yuhan, where are you?!" she shouted.

"Yuhan!"

She recognized him at a glance and her heart sank while her limbs turned cold instantly. She rushed over, and shouted in panic, "Yuhan!"

Seeing that he had fainted, she looked at the people around her and said, "Anyone, please help me call an ambulance!"

In her panic, she forgot she still had her phone. It took her a while to remember and she quickly took out her cell phone with trembling hands and dialed a number.
