King of Titans and Dragons
Chapter 520 - 520 516 Titans Lover

Chapter 520: Chapter 516: Titan’s Lover Chapter 520: Chapter 516: Titan’s Lover “Mother!” Upon seeing the Crystal Dragon that had suddenly appeared by her side, the White Dragon Clodia lowered her head slightly to show respect. Although this was not her biological mother, she had cared for her even more than her own birth mother.

Clodia believed that she needed to thank two individuals in her dragon life. The first was Muria, who had adopted her and taught her knowledge without any limitations. He altered her destiny away from being one of the barbaric, ignorant white dragons in the great glaciers, providing her with the best foundation for achieving the success she enjoys today.

The second was Philomena, the Crystal Dragon who had forcefully adopted her as a daughter after she was exiled to the Depluson Subcontinent. If it were not for her protection, Clodia’s flamboyant style would have led her to be killed by the formidable dragon hunters and Frost Giants before she even became a legend.

“Lady Icy Wing!” As Clodia bowed, the white dragons following her also paid their respects to the most powerful presence in the Cold Ice Palace.

“Hmm!” Seeing a hundred dragons paying homage was amusing to Philomena, despite being a White dragon herself. After all, even the weakest White dragons were still dragons.

“Mother, I’ve just awakened from slumber and am gathering them to discuss the next development stage of the Cold Ice Palace,” answered the White Dragon Clodia.

“Are you planning to attack the large Frost Giant tribes in the southeast, or the human countries to the northwest?” the Crystal Dragon Philomena asked with interest. She wouldn’t oppose her daughter’s decisions, regardless of which direction she chooses; she finds the humans and dirty Frost Giants equally distasteful.

“The human countries!” After some hesitation, White Dragon Clodia gave her answer. Despite her itching to wage war against the Frost Giants tribes, they were simply too hard to digest. Even if they managed to suppress the large Frost Giant Tribes, the Cold Ice Palace would undoubtedly undergo heavy losses.

When her power was just starting to form, engaging with smaller Frost Giant tribes became unavoidable. She had to secure a stable place for herself and her followers.

To progress now, she naturally had to set her sights on the human kingdoms. Their weaker defenses and malleability made them a simpler target. The harsh living conditions of the continent made the humans even more ferocious, rugged, wild and reckless. However, as long as she could dominate them and destroy their ruling class, enslaving the lower class would be an easy task, unlike enslaving the Frost Giants.

Apart from mining, there is little else the uncivilized Giants can offer if enslaved, especially when compared to the versatile Cloud Giants. Humans, on the other hand, were far more useful when enslaved. In the human population, she could find all sorts of talents. Even if they resist her due to her identity, she could still educate and cultivate humans over a decade or two, considering their potential to learn.

She had already been doing this for a long time. After she built her Ice Palace on the vast glaciers, she began to consciously recruit, plunder and buy humans to educate and train them. By the number of humans dwelling in the Cold Ice Palace that she can sense through her mental power, she is capable of leading an army with almost ten thousand human soldiers. She believes that, considering the degree to which her White Dragonkin could brainwash the humans, these humans could endure a battle with casualties exceeding thirty percent before succumbing.

“If you attack the human countries, you will be defined as an evil dragon. Your reputation in this subcontinent will be terrible. The followers of the gods of virtue and organizations such as the Harpists and the Order’s Balance will be your enemies and will constantly form punitive troops to attack you until the day you are killed. Do you understand this?”

“The consequences of eliminating a Frost Giant tribe are not much better, as the shadow of a deity can be found behind any Frost Giant tribe led by a Soul Intent Level chief. Without the aid of a Deity’s power, these blue-skinned savages cannot break the shackles of their bloodline and give birth to legends.

The Gods of ice and snow may not care about the medium and small Frost Giant Tribes that she wiped out before. But once she defeats a large Frost Giant Tribe, the God of Ice and Snow, worshipped by that tribe, would definitely see her as a sworn enemy,”

“Among these, you have a better choice, by revealing your other identity as a titan’s lover!” Philomena the Crystal Dragon teased, “This way, whether you choose to attack the Frost Giants or humans, you have nothing to worry about. Moreover, if you visit the Frost Giant tribe using this identity, you might even be able to recruit a group of Frost Giants to serve you.”

“Mother! Do not let your imagination run too wild. There’s nothing going on between Muria and me,” the White Dragon Clodia seriously told her adoptive mother.

“You’re really stupid. You’re hiding such a valuable alternate identity, do you know how much easier it’d make things for you? It could save you at least five hundred years of struggling.” Philomena shook her head, expressing her disappointment.

“I have already told you. I do not have that kind of relationship with the Titan. Strictly speaking, I am just his pampered pet,” stated the White Dragon Clodia indifferently.

“Pet? Stop spouting nonsense and belittle yourself. Do you really think your mother here knows nothing? I’ve asked around about you. When you were young, you were always sleeping with the Titan’s child. Even when it went to the world’s forbidden area, the Titan Tribe’s land, you were taken along and lived together.”

“He took along hundreds of dragons, and there were others besides me living with him.” Clodia helplessly explained, examining the six White dragons below her with cold eyes.

“But you were the most special one; that mixed-blood Titan would honour any requests you had.” Philomena the Crystal Dragon smiled warmly while observing her own daughter, “Don’t you think the Titan has feelings for you? I heard that half of his bloodline is from the dragon race.”

“You’re thinking too much. He has a preferred partner, the most talented Divine Descendant of the Blazing Sky Gods race in the Boundless Heavenly Realm, Michaela,” a resolute Clodia said.

“Oh, the Blazing Sky Glory, Michaela, I heard about her. Indeed, you are lagging far behind her. But that doesn’t prevent you from possibly becoming his lover.”

“It will not happen.” Clodia adamantly rejected it. She did not want to get involved with the Titans and the Sons of Dragons. She had her own ambitions and wanted to break free from their influence and fully establish her independence.
