King of Titans and Dragons
Chapter 1252 - 1252 1239 Titan Challenging the Gods

Chapter 1252: Chapter 1239: Titan Challenging the Gods Chapter 1252: Chapter 1239: Titan Challenging the Gods The battle axe, swirling with murderous intent, tore through the brilliant and dazzling sky of the Divine Kingdom, plummeting from the heavens imbued with the immortal blood of dozens of Epics and Divine Beings.

Boom———

A dark meteor streaked across the sky, leaving behind a trail tinged with a ghastly aura in the pristine blue sky, and fell onto the continuous, yet majestically rugged mountains. From the point of impact, a blinding white light erupted, spreading uncontrollably at a mad pace.

Thus, the Pure Land created by the deities was covered in dazzling light, followed shortly after by a thunderstorm-like booming explosion that resounded through the skies.

Above where the Divine Weapon of the Titan had fallen, the peaceful white clouds that had brought a serene atmosphere to the mountain peaks were scattered, and a massive circular gash had appeared, rapidly expanding.

At the same time, a giant mushroom-shaped cloud rose from the ground, intermingled with plenty of substances that had melted into lava. They rose from the ground, dragging black smoke, arced parabolically, and bombarded the surrounding mountains where they had fallen.

This was a terrifying spectacle akin to the end of the world, and when it occurred, the creatures living in this paradise had no preparation whatsoever, thus tens of thousands of creatures were annihilated by this strike.

But more spirits survived this onslaught, only to endure the aftershocks it had triggered. Then, the less powerful spirits vanished in the subsequent turmoil.

The impact between the Divine Weapon flung by the Epic Titan and the land of the Divine Kingdom caused the earth to shake and mountains to shatter, giving rise to endless furious winds, and rain of molten lava fell from the sky, making countless creatures wail in despair.

When shockwaves with radii of tens of thousands of meters spread from the mushroom cloud, where the Divine Weapon had torn the blue sky, a pair of arms intertwined with thunder like dragon snakes appeared, then tore the abrupt crack in the blue sky even wider.

Then a figure with flowing black hair and an ancient face emerged from the rift, looking towards the somewhat shattered Divine Kingdom and also towards a furious presence rushing rapidly from the center of the earth.

“Who dares to attack from the peak of these mountains?”

Two powerful horse-shaped Divine Creatures pulled a blazing war chariot that flew swiftly below the blue sky, scattering the peaceful white clouds, leaving behind highly conspicuous trails of flame in their wake.

The deity standing upon the chariot, holding a spear in one hand and a shield in the other, glared at the being that had shattered the Divine Kingdom Barrier, forcefully breaking to the peak of the mountains with violence.

“So weak, it seems you are not the so-called King of the Gods.” Seeing the destruction he caused in the Divine Kingdom, Akmonde’s mood didn’t change at all, he just glimpsed the god provoked by his strike, disappointment flickering in his eyes.

“An unseen god, and such insolent words, are you an Outer Realm Evil God?”

“Petty god, tell me, where is your king? I want to meet Him.”

Akmonde instantly saw through the essence of this deity riding the chariot, who was not a true god but a power derived from another, more powerful deity, merely a shaped god servant for battle and patrol.

“Evil God, how dare you cause such great destruction to the peak of these mountains, surrender quietly, then wait for the merciful God King to judge you for your crimes.”

The Hunting God, looking down at the shattered mountains and earth below due to Akmonde’s boundary-breaking, stared at the still slowly spreading giant mushroom cloud with eyes manifesting tangible fury.

“Ignorant words.”

Withstanding the thunderbolt striking down from the sky, Akmonde further tore the Divine Kingdom Barrier, forcibly entering the Divine Kingdom with his deliberately restrained Titan Body.

Then, the Lord of the Wilds gestured, and the Divine Weapon that had turned the land into a purgatory instantly vibrated excitedly, rising from the ground into the hand of the Lord of the Wilds.

“Is there anything else you want to say to me?” Akmonde, gazing at the created combatant deity, asked with the last remnants of his patience.

“Outer God, do you still intend to fight me… ”

“The same words again, are there no decent gods here?”

Already impatient, Akmonde swung his battle axe, slashing diagonally downwards, and a dark golden blade flew out, cleaving everything in its path in two, even the blue sky was no exception.

He detested such negotiations the most; either lead him obediently to meet the King of the Gods or pick up their weapon and fight him. What was the point of wasting time with so much unnecessary talk?

“This is the summit of myriad mountains, not a place where an Outer God like you can act recklessly.”

Seeing Akmonde launch an attack on him, the Hunting God flew into a rage. He thrust his divine spear forward, and surging divine power flowed through his hands. His weapon transformed into radiant light, and the sky erupted with dazzling streaks of light that converged on the weapon in his hand.

Then, the divine spear, capable of piercing almost any material, collided with the axe light. Immediately, a fierce glow erupted, and waves of powerful shockwaves spread out, rendering the sky colorful with the light from this confrontation.

“Merely an Outer God!” The Hunting God was immensely confident in his attack, for his power came from the great King of the Gods, enabling him to launch an even more formidable strike than the aura he revealed.

In the distant past, countless divine beings had suffered defeats at his hands, and he himself had lost count of how many monsters that had opposed the gods had fallen by his hand.

Moreover, at this moment, he was in the Divine Kingdom combating an external foe. Now, he could harness the power of the Divine Kingdom to augment himself. With such power, he was confident he could confront any divine being other than the King of All Gods, and even slay some weaker deities.

But no matter the scenario, imagined scenarios never materialized, just like how the Hunting God envisioned catching this unknown, intruding Outer God by surprise.

However, the reality was, a strong and powerful arm emerged from the intertwining light in the sky and amid the cries of divine creatures pulling the war chariot, grasped them along with the chariot and the deity on it.

“No—”‘ a cry of horror and anger erupted and then abruptly stopped, pale golden divine blood adorned with flames spilled through the gaps between Akmonde’s fingers, cascading as a trail of brilliant golden fire through the air, looking incredibly splendid.

The Titan, who effortlessly shattered a deity’s body, felt nothing, as the opponent was too weak to provide him with any sense of accomplishment.

Yet, this deity did not die, as each divine being possessed immensely potent immortality. The golden streams that fell toward the earth didn’t reach their destination. Instead, they converged mid-air and solidified into the form of an unarmored female deity.

“Do you still want to fight, or make a better choice and take me to your God King?”

Without saying a word, the reconstituted Hunting God turned and flew toward the Ten Thousand Miles God Mountain at the center of the Land of the Gods where not solely the dwelling of the King of All Gods was located, but also many other deities resided.

“That place?” Akmonde released the broken metal shards mingled with divine flesh from his hand, which fell from his palm as he gazed thoughtfully at the distant God Mountain.

Although, based on the divine auras he currently sensed, the most sensible choice would be to retreat temporarily, contact other beings of his kind, but doing so would mean he was not Titan Akmonde.

“One won’t know unless they fight,” Titan’s eyes dazzled with radiant thunder as he unreservedly displayed all his power within the realm of the gods, challenging them.

Thus, the tranquil blue sky was then cloaked by endless dark clouds, with a savage Hurricane Group forming around the Wild Lord as the center, where dragon-snake-like thunder flashed within the hurricane, which had expanded to ten thousand meters.

“You want me to help you invade a world ruled by deities?” Muria looked strangely at the empress before him; even now, he was astonished at the mortals’ insatiable greed.

As soon as they felt capable of opposing divine beings, they immediately concocted plans to invade the divine domain. Such a notion, presumably spread throughout the Void… well, might turn up quite a few, those who’ve never ceased intending to slay a deity with a mortal body.

“No, Your Grace, to put it precisely, we just need your help to handle the deities’ attacks, everything else can be managed by our army,” the empress seriously explained.

“In that case, I refuse,” Muria replied with a smile. He had not even started to exploit them and here they were, dreaming of using him as their pawn.

Besides, having finally entered this grand world, how could he possibly leave to assist an alien civilization in the Void.

“Why do you refuse?”

“I would like to ask, why do you have such foolish ideas? You need to understand, our cooperation is temporary, even with my help, if you momentarily invade the deities’ domain,

the moment I leave, you will lose the power to oppose the deities, and you will lose everything you gained with my help. What’s the point in that?”

“We have our own preparations for that, there’s no need for your concern, Sir. I just want to ask, are you willing to assist us?”

“Mortal, communicate with me openly. You doubt my power, right? Though I have shown great strength, this power isn’t sufficient to combat deities, hence, you’re testing me!”
