Chapter 1157 - 1157 1144 Disturbed Gods and Epics

Chapter 1157: Chapter 1144 Disturbed Gods and Epics Chapter 1157: Chapter 1144 Disturbed Gods and Epics “Have you lost your mind?” Aludiba looked at Dimos, the Dragon King, incredulously. Although he didn’t spell it out, given the extent of the discussion, he understood what the greedy Dragon King was planning.

It wasn’t just Aludiba who was astonished; Muria also stared at his grandfather dumbfounded. In contrast, Michaela, who had been silently by the side, appeared utterly calm because she had gotten used to it.

She couldn’t understand why her husband was surprised. Weren’t such fantastical methods of dealing with enemies inherited by your lineage? If you often thought of such crooked tricks, there was no need to feel surprised, right?

“It’s not that I’ve lost my mind; it’s that your thinking is too conservative, lacking the self-awareness befitting an epic. Since we possess the power to drive the world, we should handle matters more flexibly.”

Seeing Aludiba’s surprised expression, Dimos scoffed, feeling that this guy was making too much of a fuss about nothing, simply to call him mad.

“Dimos, do you understand that we are not in our own world community right now? Even if we can push this world forward, how can we bring it back?”

“Stubborn fool, who says we can’t bring it back?” Dimos looked at Aludiba disdainfully, “We would return the same way we came here.”

“Are you sure? This is a world; do you know the immense pressure the Hall of Transcendence would face if we tried to transport this world back through it?”

“No matter how great the pressure, the Hall of Transcendence can transport it back. If the Hall of Transcendence can send several epics simultaneously into different places within the Void, wouldn’t it be able to bring back a world?”

“Epics are different from worlds.” Aludiba looked speechless, thinking that Dimos was simply blinded by greed and talking nonsense.

Transporting epics with their own consciousness capable of maneuvering through the Void and transporting an unconscious world—are those even comparable? During transport, epics can cooperate while a world would only bring passive consumption.

Moreover, when the three races built the Teleportation Hall, their goal was to transport legends who wished to embark on the Path to Epic, or the epics themselves, and never considered transporting a world.

“It makes no difference, don’t overthink it. Don’t forget where the Teleportation Hall is. Even if it can’t withstand the stress, there will naturally be other old timers who will help out. Don’t worry, I have thought it through completely, there is no chance for failure, and it’s highly feasible.”

Dimos expressed a supremely confident attitude, feeling that although his plan was bold, the success rate was still very high.

“I still think you’re too insane, relocating a world harboring an Evil God next to Erathia; the ramifications are impossible to estimate,” Aludiba frowned.

“What impact could there be? It’s just a medium-sized world. Even if the entire thing falls down, there will be people to support it,” Dimos said nonchalantly.

He did not believe a mere medium-sized world, even with an Evil God, could affect Erathia in any significant way; did he truly believe the hundreds of divine beings within the world were merely for show?

“I think my grandfather’s idea is very feasible; we should consider it,”

At that moment, Muria also spoke-up, siding with his grandfather. After the initial shock, he thought for a moment and regarded his grandfather’s idea as brilliant, thus voicing his support.

“Mika, what do you think?” Hearing Muria’s words, Aludiba, expressionless, turned his head to look at his granddaughter, hoping to gain her support.

But, contrary to his expectations, his granddaughter didn’t support him like the Dragon King’s grandson opposite her but instead stood directly against him.

“I think we could give it a try.” Having witnessed the outcomes of Muria’s bold attempts twice before, Michaela was impartial about Dimos’s bold idea at this moment.

“…” Aludiba glanced at his granddaughter, then at Muria who stood expressionless beside him, and then at the slightly smiling Dimos before him, unleashing a sword slash towards the world below in a burst of frustration.

The only suitable place for him to vent was within the surrounding Void, where a crimson sword Qi slashed down upon the barrier of the Evil God’s world.

Boom!

The spot where the sword Qi struck the world barrier trembled, its light flickering uncertainly and even showing a visible slash scar, but in a matter of moments, light filled with dark illumination converged towards the slash from the world barrier, continuously gathering at the impact of the strike.

Simultaneously, beneath the world barrier, a huge behemoth surged upwards, pulling the light of the World Law with a thunderous roar, the sword Qi disintegrated, and after the world barrier trembled and flickered a few times, it stabilized again.

“Unnecessary attack, this world isn’t something we can forcefully break through with brute force now,” Dimos commented coolly, observing the results of the strike.

“Hmph! Let’s begin!” Aludiba didn’t respond to Dimos; he just snorted coldly.

All four people present, including his granddaughter, did not support him, creating a three-to-one disadvantage, so his opposition was futile. Even if he did not participate, they were powerful enough to shake the world.

“Heh heh.” Seeing Aludiba give in, Dimos let out a smug laugh, “Now that you agree, let’s get started. Our combined forces are enough to shake this world and shift it from its original coordinates.”

“You madman, just watch, when the time comes, the Platinum Dragon God Bahamut will definitely discipline you,” Aludiba pondered for a moment before finding something that might suppress the presence of the Dragon King before him.

“You think too much, our dear ancestor wouldn’t scold me, for my relationship with him is quite good,” Dimos said, grinning proudly. To him, the Dragon King was merely a peer of the Dragon God, with the latter just being of a higher generation.

Within the boundless Void, a colossal metal creation like a piece of land floated atop an immense and vast World Barrier, drawing streams of energy from various parts of the Void and occasionally emitting space-time fluctuations that beckoned certain beings to return.

This was the Void marvel jointly built by the three powerful races in the Erathia World: the Titan Tribe, the Blazing Sky God Race, and the Dragon Race, known as the Hall of Transcendence, serving those who aspired to reach or had just embarked on their Path to Epic.

Due to its high-end clientele, this magnificent Void marvel mostly remained in a dormant state.

After all, though the number of legends within the Erathia World was numerous, those who ascended to Legendary Peak were in the minority, and even among those who did ascend, only a small fraction had the courage to become Epics, while many others chose to promote faith, elevate the Divine Throne, and achieve eternal life within the world.

At this moment, this Void marvel began emitting bursts of space-time fluctuations. Initially, when the Hall of Transcendence was activated, only a few mighty beings cast their gaze upon it.

And even then, their gaze was merely a casual glance, for relative to their long lifespans, the frequency of this Void marvel’s activation had become overly frequent. It was interesting at first, but now, not so much.

But gradually, more and more Epics and Divine Beings began focusing on the Hall of Transcendence, as, over time, the magnitude of space-time fluctuations emitted by the Void marvel grew stronger.

Eventually, it even caused the entire Hall of Transcendence to start vibrating. The intensity of the vibrations made one wonder if an unprecedented marvel was about to fall from the Void into the world.

“What’s happening?”

In the Primary Material Plane of Erathia, pairs of golden dragon’s eyes opened, looking towards the Hall of Transcendence, while in the Boundless Heavenly Realm, similarly majestic beings opened their eyes burning with holy Flames.

“Has this big metal lump finally encountered a problem?” In the Seabed Trench, a Dragon King awakened by the space-time fluctuations looked up, his deep blue Dragon’s Eyes reflecting the marvel in the Void, and muttered softly.

“A familiar scent! It’s Aludiba, and Dimos, yes, it’s them, no doubt!”

“I sense the presence of our tribe’s pride from the heavens.”

“It’s that youngster Muria!”

Soon, as the space-time fluctuations became more intense, the scents that spilled out were quickly recognized by certain beings.

Instantly, in the vast space-time fluctuations, an unprecedentedly massive Void Vortex took shape above the Hall of Transcendence, and as soon as it formed, this vortex began absorbing the free energy from the surrounding Void, continuously expanding its scale.

Within this expanding Void Vortex, a massive entity occupying a vast majority of the space became visible to the majestic beings focusing on the Hall of Transcendence.

Thus, every being in Erathia World who witnessed this scene was dumbstruck, and upon seeing a corner of the massive entity protruding from the Void Vortex, they also understood the reason for these unprecedented space-time fluctuations.

“What are these guys up to? Have they gone mad? Why did they bring back a world from another Community?”

Some Epics, after their astonishment, couldn’t help but curse with a mix of laughter and tears.

“Perhaps this world they brought back has something special, otherwise, they wouldn’t go to such great lengths,” another speculated.

“Let’s go take a look, if we don’t help out now, the Hall of Transcendence might just collapse from their antics,” suggested another.

“It’s been a long time since I’ve been active. I didn’t expect to be stirred by these guys. I want to see why they pulled a world from so far away.”

“I smell the scent of an Evil God, interesting, these guys have captured a living Evil God from another World Community, and dragged his Mother World along with him?” pondered another.
