“Human, this has nothing to do with you, stop following us.” The first Mountain Giant to notice the man didn’t show any emotional fluctuation at his words and indifferently warned the Half-Giant.

“You’re going to join a battle, aren’t you? My goal is the same as yours, rest assured, I won’t interfere with you.”

“You are too weak, Human, go back. This is not something you should be involved in.” However, when the man mentioned joining the battle, the giant didn’t react much, after all, he was just a human.

“This is a war that will determine the destiny of our humans, how can I retreat?” The man, firmly resolved, hopped on the whimsical trees, following the seemingly slow but actually fast steps of the giants.

The giants clad in armor converged from all directions of the earth, and during their march, without any command, they arranged themselves into a well-ordered battle formation solely through an unspoken understanding, as if they were one.

The earth trembled beneath the feet of the forming giants; this was a true tremble, not just a descriptive term. The man saw with his own eyes the ground quaking.

In the sky, the Giant Dragons likewise formed an immensely shocking charge formation. With every flap of their wings, they left long-lasting trails of rainbow light, and the scales on their bodies, much harder than most things in the world, sparkled with Elemental Radiance.

Not long after, the man standing on the giant’s shoulder looked around and to his astonishment found that giants had filled up the space around him, regardless of the direction he looked in, all he saw were giants brimming with the will to fight.

The sky had been obscured by the outspread wings of the dragons, and he could not even see the gloomy clouds above.

Just then, the man suddenly saw at the far horizon where sky met earth, a blinding golden light so brilliant it was hard to keep one’s eyes open.

When that golden light appeared, it quickly spread, forming a golden pillar of Light that connected heaven and earth, and from above it, an aura of terrifying pressure pervaded the air.

Immediately, the man watched as, starting from the location of the golden pillar, giants began to topple like wheat in a strong wind, whole swathes bowing to the ground.

Soon it was the turn of the Mountain Giant he stood upon, who, hardly acknowledging the man, also joined the ranks and knelt down, worshipping toward the distant entity whose features remained unseen.

As the giant kneeled, the man was thrown from its shoulder to the ground, but thankfully, he was prepared and managed to land on his feet after spiraling through the air.

While pondering his next actions, he suddenly realized that the giant who had just recognized him, though its head had not moved, had its eyeballs rotated to fixate on him.

“Kneel!” Although the giant didn’t speak, the man read the command in its gaze. He looked all around and, yielding to the impulsive rise within him, he too knelt down.

After kneeling, the man suddenly heard a voice beside his ear, both imposing and profound, and upon hearing this voice, he unconsciously adjusted his posture, making his kneeling appearance even more respectful.

He hadn’t knelt for long when he felt the oppressive aura that demanded his reverent submission vanish, and then he watched the surrounding giants, rank after rank, rise from the ground, including the Mountain Giant behind him.

“What was that just now?” The man turned and asked the Mountain Giant, a hint of bewilderment in his eyes. He had only heard a voice but did not grasp what the voice was specifically saying.

“The Sovereign has descended,” the Mountain Giant looked at the man with a trace of admiration, then bent over, picked him up, and set him upon its shoulder.

“The Sovereign? That must be the so-called Savior,” thought the man, perched on the giant’s shoulder.

He looked toward where the golden light had appeared, but found that the brilliant golden light had vanished. Recalling the oppressive force that followed the appearance of the golden light left him with nothing but awe. To a mortal, it was an existence that left no choice but to worship upon sight.

“The war is about to begin, but you needn’t worry. With the Sovereign’s presence, victory in the war will surely be ours,” said the giant, mistaking the man’s distraction for fear of the approaching battle, and comforted him before moving along with the marching giant legion.

As the two Giant Beasts battled in the sky, a green dragon, shimmering with the light of green elements, joined the fray.

It roared, then expelled a breath of intense corrosiveness, striking the Desolate Beast engaged with the Red Dragon. The side of its body was corroded into a blur of flesh and blood, exposing white bones and emitting a foul stench.

With the addition of the green dragon, the flying Desolate Beast, a nightmare to humans, was quickly torn into shreds by the two dragons in the sky.
