Chapter 43: Difficulty That I Shouldn’t Have
A man walked into a room belonging to the leader of an organization he worked for. As soon as he entered the room, he stood right in front of a middle-aged man who then placed a document on the table.
"This is your mission this time, one of our new clients wants you to do well and not make any mistakes," his boss said.
The dark-haired Alpha male picked up the document lying on the table and read it. His forehead wrinkled in confusion at the assignment he had gotten this time.
"Can I ask you first, boss? Why do I have to be an Omega’s bodyguard, but this client is also asking me to kill him?" asked the man who felt confused as to why he was guarding someone he was going to kill later?
The boss stood up from his chair and approached one of his agents.
"I thought the same thing at first, but our client said that the Omega in question sometimes has something that can threaten him. He wants the Omega to die at the right time after he’s done with all his business with it," the organization’s leader explained the task of their new client.
The agent was still confused, especially since he was a professional agent and had been asked to do a light task like this.
He didn’t even know who his client was because only the leader and the data department knew. It was all to protect the identity of the client.
’So he wants that Omega to die after he finishes his business related to that Omega first? That would take a long time,’ he thought at the time.
But his boss assured him that this mission was the right one for him. In the end, he accepted the mission even though he had to do it for a long time.
"I leave this content to you, and don’t let me down. I’m counting on you agent Victor and I’ll be waiting for you back at headquarters."

Axel POV
I’ve been assigned to this mission, everything I thought would be easy. I thought it wouldn’t be difficult to be an Omega’s bodyguard. But it turns out that the Omega I’m guarding is different from most Omegas, this Omega is really annoying and very annoying.
I thought he would actually trouble me in this mission. But as time went on, I understood why he could be so annoying.
But I didn’t realize when I started paying attention to this annoying Omega.
He always gave me so many surprises that I didn’t expect.
But because of this, I found myself doubting myself. I don’t know since when I seemed unable to kill this Omega. He looks at me and trusts me, but someday I will have to kill him.
This kind of thing should have been something I was used to on each of my missions, but somehow this mission was completely different from what I was used to.
And I really hate that this is happening. Am I starting to like an Omega now?
Especially an Omega who is so annoying like him. I wanted to try to deny this, but it felt like I was lying to myself.
It felt so stupid to think that I liked the Omega that I hated all this time. I never liked any Omega because of that woman.
What’s so attractive about an Omega? They are weak and so annoying, they can only take refuge under the Alpha for their lives.
But somehow she is different from those Omegas. And is that what attracted me to him? I don’t know.
The most important thing right now, I must be able to strengthen my purpose for coming here, which is to kill him.
Until that time comes, I will try to keep my distance from him so that nothing in me gets further involved with him.
"It’s time to continue my work," I said and left the room while wearing the black leather jacket I always wore.
I went to that Omega’s room, as usual in the morning to keep an eye on him. Two nights ago, the owner of this mansion fired me because I defended his son.
But I didn’t care, because I was sure he wouldn’t be able to find a new bodyguard like me.
Just as I was about to arrive at the Omega’s room, another Alpha who was his personal butler came up to me when we met at the end of the hall.
"Mr. Axel, good morning! How did you sleep last night?" asked the butler named Mike.
"My sleep was comfortable as usual, I hope nothing strange happens today."
"I hope so too, I don’t want to see Young Master continue to get angry from Master. Even though what he’s been doing lately isn’t as bad as before you came," he said.
I agreed with his words, even I myself was very tired of constantly seeing old Barney scold Daren. There seemed to be no end to it.
When we had just opened the door to his room, we were surprised that it was empty and there was no one on his bed.
"Young Master?" Mike entered the room and searched every corner of the room. He was looking for the Omega who was no longer on his bed.
I helped him search the bathroom and the balcony for the brat. But I couldn’t find him anywhere, and neither could Mike.
Where was he? What kind of trouble did he want to get into this time? It was obvious that his father wasn’t okay with him.
"How is this? If Master finds out Young Master isn’t in his room, he’ll be very angry. And you’ll be the one involved," said Daren’s personal butler.
"We need to make sure Master doesn’t find out about this, we need to protect young master from his anger. And I think I know where he went," I replied.
He nodded and said that he was counting on me for this.
"Please find him and bring him back. Make sure he’s okay, I’ll take care of the rest here," he pleaded with me.
I nodded my head then went to the car garage and took it to the place where the brat should be. I’m sure he’s in that place since he has no one else he knows so far.
"He’s a real trouble-maker. But that’s what makes him so interesting to me."
I drove my car towards a hill that was behind the urban forest. The place where we always sat and looked at the city to calm down.
