"The number you have dialed is out of range, please try again in a moment."

An operator’s voice was heard as a man tried to contact someone. He was furious when he heard that the person he had planned to kill was still alive.

He was worried that the man would spill everything to the public about what he did.

"Why can’t I call Axel?! Tch, I paid so much for this and Daren is still alive!" he said in annoyance as he slammed his phone down on the bed.

Now he believed that Axel did have a special relationship with Daren, so he manipulated Daren’s death in front of him.

Faking his death, making him think that the Omega had died in front of his eyes.

But it turned out that he was still alive and currently he did not know his whereabouts. Ivan even felt that Daren and Axel must be planning something for him.

"If he were to expose my crime in public, it could ruin everything. Social laws are so cruel, it could even affect Marabella later," he muttered in annoyance.

"He’s no longer the Barney I knew, he’s no longer the Alpha I recognize," she replied with a lowered look in her eyes.

"He’s been consumed by greed and a need to control things. He wasn’t like that before. Because of that, I never felt like I married the same Barney I met before."

Hearing that, they agreed to let Ivan do what he wanted to Barney and then they would talk to him afterward to make him stop doing things like that.

Even if he wouldn’t do it to anyone else, they were sure he would do something to kill Daren. Daren couldn’t keep hiding like this.

"Then what about your plan to hold a press conference to declare you out of the Wyne family?"

"I’m having doubts about this. If I do it and Ivan finds out about it, he might send someone to kill me. That’s what Vic said," Daren replied.

"Yes, it’s a great opportunity to eliminate Daren, which is why he needs to be guarded. But we can’t trust anyone right now," Axel said.

Only the four of them existed and could trust each other. There will be no betrayal between them. If Mike went with Daren to look after him with Axel, who would accompany Viona at the villa?

Viona stood up from her couch, seeing who had come.

"Edgar?"
