For instance, why did all the Buddhas of the Spiritual Mountain pass away under the attack of demons, but the Buddha of the Great Majestic Virtue King was unharmed?

It turns out that the Buddha of the Great Majestic Virtue King is the At Ease Tathagata of the world, being the oldest Buddha, he is extremely powerful and has early retired, not living in the Spiritual Mountain.

So, all the Buddhas of the Spiritual Mountain passed away under the attack of demons, but the Buddha of the Great Majestic Virtue King did not, because he was not in the Spiritual Mountain.

If the Buddha of the Great Majestic Virtue King were in the Spiritual Mountain, perhaps the Buddhas would not have fallen.

This time the Buddha of Great Majestic Virtue King manifested, indicating that he felt something was wrong with Buddhism. He came back from retirement and returned to the Buddhist land, saving Buddhism in dangers.

The demons were strong, but they couldn’t match the divine might of King Buddha, and they were easily defeated, allowing the light of Buddha to envelop the Spiritual Mountain again.

Thereafter, seeing that the Buddhist Land had become Demonic Land, the At Ease King Buddha couldn’t bear it, and that’s why Amitabha Buddha had reincarnated.

This is to re-enact the old events, let Amitabha Buddha sit under the At Ease Tathagata, re-certify the Buddha fruit, and rebuild the Western Pure Land.

This scene, is like a reincarnation.

A perfect logic, Jiang Chen doesn’t even need to explain it in detail, everyone can imagine the most reasonable explanation and be deeply convinced.

As long as everyone believes it, it’s good!

Seeing no one questioning him, satisfaction appeared in Jiang Chen’s eyes, and he continued to preach the Buddhist scriptures, adding his personal opinions crazily.

Jiang Chen’s Buddhism, of course, cannot be Mahayana or Hinayana, but the Giant Buddhism he created himself, focusing on compassion, advocating self-reliance better than seeking help, all power belongs to oneself, no need to pray to God or Buddha.

The method of Giant Buddhism is the Great Majestic Heavenly Dragon.

The Great Majestic Heavenly Dragon has supreme strength, supreme wisdom, can save all sufferings, can exterminate all demons, can cure all diseases...

In short, the Great Majestic Heavenly Dragon is omnipotent. If there is something the Great Majestic Heavenly Dragon can’t do, it’s not that the Great Majestic Heavenly Dragon is not capable, but that your cultivation level is not capable.

If one can save all sufferings and exterminate all demons, then everyone can become a Buddha.

No wonder people think so, because the Buddhism Jiang Chen preached was simply what they needed.

This is plainly a pie in the sky, not to mention who knows what happens after death, even if it’s true, what does it have to do with a good life in my next life?

Having a good life in the next life, will the difficulties in this life decrease? No, it won’t, what should be, will be.

People had no choice but to believe it as psychological comfort. But now, Jiang Chen has revised the Buddhist teachings, giving them new hope, the hope of becoming strong.

No one can resist the temptation to become strong.

And Jiang Chen’s Buddhism is the method to make them stronger, so that when they encounter difficulties, they don’t seek help from others, but solve them with their own strength.

Before Jiang Chen, believers had to pay with luxurious cars, gold, and treasure to show their devotion to Buddha, but after Jiang Chen, all these were cancelled and replaced with a sincere heart.

In addition, Jiang Chen passed down the Supreme Divine Power of the Great Majestic Heavenly Dragon as a means for all beings to protect their path and became the foundation of their enlightenment, giving them the capital to protect themselves and the possibility to transcend.

The goal of Jiang Chen’s move is to turn all beings of Xiniuhe Continent into practitioners, so that these people won’t get sick, won’t be hungry, or feel the cold and heat.

Having magical powers to help can alleviate most of the sufferings of the world for all beings.

Compared to the elusive afterlife, the tangible benefits Jiang Chen gave are undoubtedly more tempting.

Buddhism is painting a pie in the sky, but Jiang Chen gave them real benefits, so compared to Buddhism, Jiang Chen is undoubtedly more popular with believers.

Jiang Chen is bribing believers with good benefits, although the method is direct, the effect is excellent, those who didn’t agree with Jiang Chen before, now seem to have accepted him.

It is believed that in the near future, these believers will gradually forget the previous Buddhism, the teachings of the Mahayana and the Hinayana, they will all forget, only remember Jiang Chen’s Giant Buddhism.

Even as time goes by, they will unconsciously feel disgusted with the previous Buddhism and develop a resistance to it.

Then, when the Tathagata Buddha and others return, these believers may denounce them as demons, take up arms, and kill the Tathagata Buddha and others.

No other reason, just because they get good benefits from Jiang Chen, the benefits that the Tathagata Buddha and others won’t give them.

For people who have had a good life, if you let them live a precarious life again, how would they be willing to?

Resistance, it’s natural.

Believers are the foundation of Buddhism, if even the believers begin to waver, then the Tathagata Buddha and others will lose their foundation, even if they recapture the Spiritual Mountain, but it will be a castle in the sky, hard to last.

"Buddhism is based on compassion, anything that is in line with compassion is true Buddhism. If it contradicts compassion, even if it is said by the Buddha himself, it is false Buddhism."

"You all shall remember this!"

With his last words falling, Jiang Chen concluded this sermon.

The beings below, however, were folding their hands together and chanting in unison, "The Buddha is compassionate, we honor the At Ease Tathagata of the world, Amitabha Buddha, Worldly Buddha, Lion’s Roar Buddha, Phoenix Sound Buddha, Dharma Wisdom Buddha... Determined Light Buddha."

"Praise all the Buddhas, all the supreme laws!"
