Before the chief of the military department could speak, Lei Tiliang raised his hand to stop him and said, "I will give you the power to mobilize the army. If necessary, just destroy the Wu Lin base. No matter what you do, I just want to see Experiment Subject Zero and Zhicheng before next week."

After saying that, he stood up and left without saying anything. The personal assistant realized that they still wanted to talk to Lei Tiliang, so he shook his head at them and left the conference room.

Everyone has a complicated look on their faces when the door closes behind the personal assistant. The chief researcher looked at the chief of the military department and asked, "What are your plans?"

Hearing his question, the chief of the military department stood up and said, "Destroy the Wu Lin base and complete the mission."

Leaving these words behind, he left the conference room with a firm expression. Looking at his straight back, the chief researcher frowned slightly, then stood up and left the conference room. After everyone left, a small metal fly flew out of the ventilation duct on the ceiling of the conference room.

Five kilometers from the secret organization’s headquarters, small metal flies flew toward a damaged building. Meanwhile, a group of children hide in the damaged building, staring at a laptop screen.

They all looked up in the same direction when they heard the soft buzzing sound approaching. Soon, a small metal fly flew in through the broken window. The oldest boy raised his hand and the small metal fly landed on his index finger.

He examined the small metal fly for a moment, looked at the boy typing on his laptop, and asked, "Is this the last one?"

The boy looked away from the screen, nodded to him, and said, "Yes, Elder Brother Qi."

Yong Qi nodded, then opened a small box and put the small metal fly and a dozen other small metal flies into the box. After putting the box into his backpack, Yong Qi looked at the other children and said, "Pack your things. When the night falls, we will leave this city."

The children nodded and hurriedly gathered their gears. While his younger brothers and sisters were busy packing their equipment and erasing traces, Yong Qi took out a communication device. After turning it on, he set the channel and waited patiently. Two minutes later, a man’s voice came from the communication device.

"This is the Wu Lin base. Who am I talking to?" The man asked calmly.

Yong Qi pressed the button on the communicator and said calmly: "This is Penguin One. We will leave the target location in four hours. Requesting an escort team."

As soon as this was said, the man over there said, "Request accepted. The escort team will arrive within three hours. Stay where you are and be careful."

After the man finished speaking, Yong Qi turned off the communication device, then he took out a small ball and clicked it. When the small blue light on the ball flashed repeatedly, Yong Qi put it back on his backpack. Later, he and the other four children took out food from the Qiankun bag given by Zhu Lin and had their late lunch.

More than three hours later, a group of supernatural beings wearing Wu Lin base guard uniforms sneakily approached their location. Inside the building, Yong Qi and the children heard footsteps getting closer and closer.

Yong Qi put his index finger on his lips to signal the other children to stay quiet. When he looked out of the broken window and saw a group of people wearing Wu Lin base’s guard uniforms, he nodded to the other children.

Yong Qi took out a small flashlight and turned it on and off to signal the guards. After noticing the light signal, the captain made a hand sign and the team moved towards the damaged building.

After entering the building, the captain looked at the five children wearing black special forces uniforms and asked, "Are you guys ready?"

Yong Qi and the four children nodded, and the captain said in a low voice: "There are many zombies on our route. We will open the way and protect the rear. The five of you stay in the middle of the formation. No matter what happens later, don’t stop running and keep going. Any questions?"

All five children shook their heads, and then the captain said, "Good. Let’s go."

After checking the situation outside, a guard nodded to the others, and then they left quietly under the cover of night. Seven adults and five children ran all the way until they reached the place where the military vehicle was hidden.

When the two guards went to pick up the military vehicle, the captain looked at the exhausted guards and children, and said, "We will drive for the rest of the journey. Along the way, we will go to several places to collect supplies. In the meantime, get as much sleep as possible."

Hearing this, Yong Qi and the others nodded and waited for the two guards to return. Not long after, two modified military vehicles approached and stopped in front of them. Without saying anything, they divided into two teams and got into the military vehicles.

When the two military vehicles drove back to the Wu Lin base in S city at full speed, the situation in the Wu Lin base was finally under control. After putting out the fire, Zhu Lin rushed to Sector E and joined the battle. With her personally controlling the Defensive Sword Formation, it didn’t take long for the situation on the battlefield to reverse.

Surrounded by more than a dozen bases and after several hours of fierce fighting, they finally managed to defend their base and kick the enemy back to their base. After the battle, Zhu Lin hurried to the hospital. Entering the hospital, she looked at the busy medical staff, nurses, and doctors.
