I Really Am A Villain
Ch. 415 - White God-King

Back then, the people of the Falling Insect Race actually looked down on the Tiger Race.

Even though their bloodlines were quite similar, the Falling Insect Race always considered themselves a superior race.

As for the Tiger Race, they were merely the lowest, most ignorant of the beast races.

When that tiger passed by, it didn’t eat Bai Ze. Instead, it took him to its lair and started feeding him.

Bai Ze grew up day by day among the Tiger Race.

He always considered himself one of the Tiger Race.

Eventually, during a Tiger Race trial, he was recognized by an ancient white tiger and received its legacy.

To obtain that legacy, Bai Ze endured inhuman pain.

He pulled out every single bone in his body and replaced them with the white tiger’s bones.

Even his bloodline, habits, and lifestyle were adjusted to match the white tiger’s standards.

He devoted himself to training in the Tiger Race for hundreds of years, and by that time he had already stepped into the God Meridian Realm.

However, he remained unknown.

What truly made him famous was the final battle of the Falling Insect Race.

The Falling Insect Race was losing in a territorial war against another major race.

Everyone knew that whoever won that war would seize the other’s land.

Eventually, a new nation would be founded and become one of the empires of the Northern Continent.

That war lasted ten whole years, and the Falling Insect Race was nearly out of resources and options.

It was then that Bai Ze learned of his true identity and led the Tiger Race of the Northern Continent into the war.

He fought alone against five God Meridian powerhouses from the opposing side.

He killed four and severely wounded the fifth.

That gave the Falling Insect Race the chance to fight back from the brink of extinction and eventually defeat the major race.

They founded the Celestial Tiger Empire there, which became one of the thirty-six empires of today.

But after that battle, no matter what the Falling Insect Race promised or offered, they could not make Bai Ze stay.

He left the Celestial Tiger Empire without hesitation and chose a life of seclusion.

His legendary battle against the five God Meridian powerhouses began to spread far and wide.

Eventually, such powerful figures came to be known as God-Kings.

And the title “White God-King” became a tribute to his legend.

...

Hearing Xu Zimo’s words, the old man in green didn’t get angry.

He simply said calmly, “What happened back then was just a story exaggerated by people. The founding of the Celestial Tiger Empire didn’t rely only on the God-King. It also came from the sacrifice and efforts of every member of the Falling Insect Race.”

“I don’t care about that. What matters is that I’m leaving today, and neither of you can stop me,” Xu Zimo replied calmly.

The black-haired man next to him glared angrily at Xu Zimo, veins bulging on his forehead.

“Young man, you’re not old, but you’ve got quite the tone,” the green-robed old man shook his head slightly.

He sat calmly beside the mountain wall. At that moment, a vast celestial power surged from his body into the sky.

It shot straight up into the clouds, causing rocks to fall from the cliff.

The entire Deepsky Valley began to shake.

The old man’s gaze was sharp as he looked at Xu Zimo. The sky churned with wind and clouds.

His figure suddenly became tall and imposing, like an insurmountable wall blocking Xu Zimo’s path.

Xu Zimo looked at him. He was in the Arcane Immortal Realm, though he had just recently entered the immortal path.

But once on the Path of Immortality, there was a clear divide between mortals and immortals.

Xu Zimo didn’t bother wasting words. With a wave of his right hand, the massive body of Chaos stepped out from the void.

Chaos had made rapid progress recently.

Of course, much of that was thanks to Xu Zimo’s help.

Every martial artist, once entering the immortal path, must begin to comprehend the essence of the world.

To transcend, one must first understand what exactly they seek to transcend.

This kind of comprehension may be extremely difficult for others.

Because the world’s essence is incredibly mysterious, and at best, one might glimpse just a part of it.

Everyone moves cautiously through the shrouded fog.

But for Xu Zimo, it wasn’t much of an issue, because he directly placed the world essence of the God World in front of Chaos for it to comprehend.

No need to worry about finding the essence, or falling into traps.

It could focus entirely on understanding the world essence.

...

Although Xu Zimo’s current world was not yet complete.

The biggest issue remained the incomplete animal system, Supreme-Yin Nether-Glow and Supreme-Yang Solar-Illumination had not yet fused.

Xu Zimo was still clueless about how to deal with the Solar-Illumination, and that kind of thing could only be left to luck.

Even so, this incomplete world essence still helped Chaos immensely.

In recent cultivation, Chaos had not only stabilized its Arcane Immortal Realm.

It even showed signs of advancing to the Celestial Immortal Realm.

When Chaos’s massive body appeared in the Deepsky Valley, a fierce beastly pressure swept the entire valley like a storm.

As it landed, a loud “boom” rang out.

The ground began to quake, with countless cracks forming underfoot.

Its body had grown to more than twice its previous size, and its eyes were completely blood-red.

Hot white steam spewed from its nose and mouth.

Seeing Chaos appear, the black-haired man’s face changed drastically as he stared at it.

The old man in green frowned slightly.

The overwhelming pressure in the Deepsky Valley was split in two, between Chaos and the old man.

The wind roared all around as half the mountain was split apart.

“A meridian beast that has entered the immortal path,” after a long silence, the old man in green finally spoke calmly.

“You think you can keep me here?” Xu Zimo asked.

The old man didn’t answer. He looked deeply at Chaos.

Finally, he turned to the black-haired man beside him and whispered.

“This meridian beast follows his command. I’ll keep the beast occupied. You focus on killing him.”

“Don’t worry, Master,” the black-haired man nodded firmly.

Then the two of them turned around. The old man in green stepped into the air.

He charged directly at Chaos.

Wearing his green robe, he moved with incredible speed, leaving behind streaks of afterimages in the sky.

He finally stopped above Chaos’s head, meeting its predatory gaze.

He slowly raised his right hand, and powerful immortal energy burst from it.

Behind him, a white tiger with black stripes began to take shape.

That was his true soul.

The black-striped white tiger was about two-thirds the size of Chaos.

Its eyes were sky blue, like two gems.

Its fangs were over a meter long. Even though it was just a projection, when its mouth opened, a bloody stench filled the air.

At this moment, the pure white spiritual energy around the old man surged violently.

All nine of his meridian gates opened, and a powerful wind howled around him.

As he waved his right hand, the black-striped white tiger roared and lunged at Chaos.

Chaos was not to be outdone. A pair of wings spread wide from its back, large enough to cover the sky, as it flew straight toward the white tiger.

Endless beast roars echoed throughout the Deepsky Valley.

At the same time, the black-haired man saw his opportunity and charged at Xu Zimo.
