I Married A Degraded Alpha

Chapter 107: [Bonus Chapter] Fury of Tuss

Frenzied alphas were tough to handle. They didn’t fear pain or death. Some might call them slow thinkers, but their movements were agile and they possessed the instincts and alertness of a wild beast.

The young man standing before Yuri was a perfect example, and he was a real headache.

Time to get tough, Yuri decided.

Gritting her teeth, she swiped a blade towards the man’s eyes. He dodged instinctively, and she seized the opportunity to land a kick in his gut.

With a thunderous crash, the man slammed into the wall and tumbled down.

Not wasting a moment, Yuri rushed forward, delivering a swift chop to the back of his neck, knocking him out cold.

And with that, all the alphas were dealt with.

Yuri didn’t bother with the betas in the lab and swiftly exited.

The smell in here was too intense. If she stayed any longer, she feared something might go wrong.

The gland at the back of her neck was itching and heating up. Her pace quickened, she held her breath, refusing to inhale the thick, mixed pheromones.

Once she reached the exit, Yuri let out a deep breath.

"What’s the situation inside?" her teacher asked hurriedly, sniffing the pheromones clinging to Yuri but keeping his distance.

He held back Tuss too.

"It’s handled. Everyone’s knocked out. You can send someone in to administer sedatives," Yuri said.

She pulled out a deodorizing spray, about to apply it to herself when suddenly, a gust of wind hit her from behind, and arms wrapped around her.

Rip!

Yuri’s windbreaker was torn in two by the figure behind her.

"Stop right there." Tuss’s voice was icy as he flashed in front of Yuri, delivering a crushing blow to the person who dared touch her.

"Whoa." Everyone was stunned, not expecting things to turn out this way. Who is this young man who dares to lay hands on Tuss’s wife? Is he sick of living?

Onlookers backed off, not wanting to get caught in the crossfire.

"Yuri, are you okay?" Kilana rushed up, steadying Yuri.

Yuri leaned on Kilana and said, "The smell inside was too strong. I feel a bit dizzy."

Daleks and Ender rushed over, guarding her front and back, "Let’s find a less crowded place."

The three of them led Yuri away.

Seeing this, the young man fighting Tuss immediately started to chase Yuri again.

This sent Tuss into an even greater rage, and everyone, even from meters away, could sense his murderous intent.

"Tuss, calm down a bit," the teacher sighed, rubbing his forehead.

Tuss ignored him, lunging forward, grabbing the man by the collar, and tossing him away. Before the man could even land properly, Tuss was already in his face.

As Tuss raised his leg, everyone present froze. Why not use his fists? Even the best prosthetic leg is somewhat fragile.

They all could imagine the dreadful scene of Tuss’s artificial leg breaking.

Crack. Something snapped.

Many couldn’t bear to look, their faces showing sympathy. Told you so, prosthetic limbs really are fragile. Better be more careful next time. After all, it’s not a real leg.

Tuss pulled back his leg and stepped back, addressing the young man, now limping and deformed, "Stay away from her."

Sweat rolled down the young man’s forehead, his face pale, but his eyes cleared somewhat. He smirked, a sinister smile playing on his lips, "I’m afraid I can’t do that. I can’t control my instincts."

Tuss’s eyes narrowed, ready to lunge again, but the teacher quickly held him back, "Don’t be rash, his leg is already broken. If you kick him again, you might kill him."

Tuss clenched his fists, taking a deep breath, "If he dares approach Yuri, I won’t show mercy."

"Right, right. I’ll talk to him. Yuri left, she might not be feeling well. Go and check on her," the teacher urged.

Hearing that Yuri was unwell, Tuss immediately redirected his attention. In the blink of an eye, he had vanished from the spot and reappeared several meters away.

After Tuss left, everyone looked stunned. So, the broken leg doesn’t belong to Tuss?

The moment Tuss left, the teacher breathed a sigh of relief. Thank goodness, he had tricked him away.

"Why did you have to provoke Tuss of all people?" the teacher said, pointing at the young man, exasperated.

The young man bit his lip, remaining silent, a stubborn look on his face.

The teacher’s annoyance intensified. He helped the young man sit on a nearby stone bench, waiting for the medical team together.

"What’s your name, and what department are you in? Do you know what happened inside?" the teacher asked while pulling out a tranquilizer, planning to give the student an injection first.

Despite having a broken leg, he was still watching the direction Yuri left in.

"Hoarah is an Omega. He doesn’t need a tranquilizer," someone in the crowd reminded.

The teacher, holding the tranquilizer, paused, "That’s impossible, I smelled his pheromone." And his pheromone was quite strong. The teacher only got a slight whiff, and it already made him uncomfortable.

"But he really is an Omega. He just had a medical examination the day before yesterday," the student insisted.

The teacher frowned, turning to look at the student named Hoarah, asking, "Are you sure you’re not an Alpha?"

"Yes, I am," Hoarah said, his voice raspy. "I suddenly differentiated, lost control, and my pheromones induced the students in the lab into a frenzy, causing a series of chaos and accidents."

As soon as Hoarah’s words came out, countless hateful gazes landed on him.

The students present wished they could kill him with their stares. Just a moment ago, they thought Tuss breaking his leg was too brutal, but now they wished he’d broken both.

Even the teacher’s face darkened as he said,"Hoarah, your differentiation into an alpha is a good thing, but the severe consequences you’ve caused mean you bear the primary responsibility. Do you have any objections to this?"

"No. It’s my fault. I should take responsibility," Hoarah shook his head.

Seeing his repentant attitude, the teacher let out a sigh of relief, then turned to ask him, "How old are you this year?"

Differentiation during college years was not a common occurrence.

"Seventeen," Hoarah replied. After a moment, he added, "I was admitted early."

The surrounding students gasped. They had worked so hard to get into this school, and here was someone who had been admitted early.

The teacher was also surprised. He wanted to continue his questioning, but the medical team had arrived. He had only time to instruct, "When you treat his leg, also test his alpha tier."

As Hoarah was carried away, the other alphas and betas in the lab were also treated.

The students who had been watching the excitement dispersed, walking away while engaging in lively discussion.

"The Alpha went in, the guards went in, but nothing worked. In the end, it was Yuri who took action. It’s a pity we didn’t get to see her glorious rampage inside."

"There’s surveillance. Tomorrow, let’s ask the students at the lab, or ask them for a copy."

"That’s a good idea."

"Aren’t you guys curious why Hoarah was so persistent in pursuing Yuri? By rights, he, as a newly differentiated Alpha, with so many Betas around, why didn’t he go for the betas? What’s the deal with him clinging to Yuri?"

"Who knows? Maybe the Yuri’s is just too charming for anyone to resist."

"Tuss looked so scary when he was angry. There was a moment when I really thought he was going to kill Hoarah."

"I felt the same. When he looked at Hoarah, it was like he was looking at a dead man."
