Chapter 550 - 550 301 Punch (4000) at First Meeting _2
Chapter 550: 301 Punch (4000) at First Meeting _2 Chapter 550: 301 Punch (4000) at First Meeting _2 Then he quickly closed in on the target, like a horrifying hydraulic clamp.
“!!!”
Feinan and Feng Liusi scrambled to dodge, but they were a step too slow and were forcefully enveloped by overwhelming strength.
Crack…crack…crack…
Scales, skin, muscle, and bone all shattered at once.
The figure was broken in half inch by inch, finally falling to the ground, revealing its true grotesque form.
Casio stepped on the head of the creature and forcefully ground it underneath his boot.
He looked down at the dull wisdom rune on his chest.
During his journey over the last fifteen minutes, he had encountered seven or eight monstrosities like this. Initially, the wisdom rune worked, allowing him to see through these inhuman creature’s appearances.
Later on, the wisdom rune lost its effect. The tiny remainder of spirit blood within it was completely drained.
Therefore, Casio could no longer simply judge a creature’s identity. Moreover, these scale monsters did not follow a predictable pattern, but rather changed with each encounter.
Initially, they pretended to be studying a map, then slowed their pace.
Then, they pretended that there was something strange about a path, and split up when the road turned. It continued to move according to the map, coming to a required entrance, where it finally met Casio.
The last time, its act was even more elaborate, complete with a pre-plot, ghost catching. It said that they had previously encountered illusions disguised as Casio, and needed Casio to prove his own identity.
It could be said that each layer built upon the last, with the position of power constantly shifting.
Fortunately, although Casio did not have the keen observational skills of a detective, he was resolutely unyielding when things were confusing. When unsure, he would resort to action with his iron fist.
Anyone who could survive his full-force attack was obviously genuine, and those who couldn’t were clearly the imposters. Moreover, this wasn’t rashness, but a profound understanding of his compatriots’ strengths. Feinan and Feng Liusi were both top class fighters, so how could they not withstand a punch from him? It was laughable.
His seemingly reckless actions were actually bon courage combined with prudence.
Glancing at the two corpses on the ground, Casio returned to his original position, silently watching the scale monster turn to black ash.
This place was the necessary passage to the fourth floor entrance. He rushed here at full speed, believing that he was definitely faster than Feinan and Feng Liusi.
He stood guard here, determining the truth of each newcomer’s identity with simply a punch.
Time quietly passed, with a white flame flickering at the top of the cliff, burning in the vague grey fog, creating a mysterious atmosphere.
Whether or not it was due to being close to the entrance of the fourth floor, the fog here was noticeably thinner.
Five minutes later.
A series of footsteps echoed from the previous tunnel.
The steps were numerous, and steady.
Whoosh. The grey fog was gently moved aside by three shapes. Around the corner, the figures of Casio, Feng Liusi and Feinan appeared. They immediately spotted a silhouette blocking the intersection, with golden hair flitting wildly like firelight.
Among them, Feng Liusi’s face furrowed, and a fierce light flashed in his eyes momentarily. Violently opening his hands, like a powerful wing of a bird of prey, his fingers bent like an iron claw!
Whoosh! Whoosh!
Two vibrant red curves appeared in the air.
Feng Liusi surprisingly chose to attack his two fellows who had walked with him all this way, in one swift and decisive movement.
“Turns out it was two counterfeits, unable to even dodge an attack of this speed, die!” He swiped lightly with his ten fingers.
The “Casio” and “Feinan” who were struggling had their eyes pop wide open, almost jumping out of their sockets. A crack appeared on the surface of their throats and black mist spewed out of it.
Splat, splat…
A total of four instances of the sound of flesh falling to the ground.
Two were from the bodies, and two came from the decapitated heads.
Just as Feng Liusi raised his head, he saw the golden-haired youth there suddenly soaring towards him, ruthlessly scorching two black marks on the ground and attacking with great speed and ferocity.
His body was accompanied by an unstoppable and domineering aura.
As he soared into the air, his right foot swirled around like a spinning top. The tip of his shoe scraped across the wall, sparking an ambiguous glint of flame. This was an all-out blow indeed!
“Good lad! You read my mind! Hahaha…”
Feng Liusi erupted with laughter. Both of his legs suddenly sprang forth, propelling him off the ground like a spring. He showcased his astonishing flexibility and explosive strength, took a few strides, spun around, and swept his leg.
His long leg transformed into a whip-like weapon as he lashed out with it.
Boom! First, there was an explosion-like noise.
“Bang bang bang…” Then, it was like a string of firecrackers. Two blurry figures quickly engaged in combat, as if a pair of elephants was running wild in the tunnel. In between, a faint bird cried could be heard.
Bam!
Two straight fists collided in mid-air.
Feng Liusi and Casio each stepped back a few paces, one loosening his fingers, the other rubbing his wrist. Then they looked at each other and smiled.
As a result,
There were now two figures standing side by side on the path they had to take.
Time flew by, and four or five minutes passed.
The surroundings were silent, with only the substantial fog flowing over the cave wall, making noises similar to pebbles rolling and rubbing each other.
Tap tap tap…
The footsteps of a person in the distant tunnel were getting closer and closer.
Coming around the corner, it was a long-haired figure with a map in his hands. He was handsome and elegant, it was Sheng Feinan.
As soon as he saw Feng Liusi and Casio leaning on the left and right walls of the tunnel like door gods from afar, Sheng Feinan began to walk swiftly towards them with no chance of suspecting anything. Confused, he asked: “Were you… about half an hour ago?”
Whoosh!
The blond figure leaning against the cave wall with his arms crossed suddenly moved. As soon as he made a move, it was strikingly fast, like a shell from a cannon. His muscles tightened and then released, throwing his whole arm out. The air was torn apart in a second, making a whistle-like tearing sound.
It was like a javelin being fiercely thrown at its prey!
“You!”
Sheng Feinan was slightly taken aback, he hadn’t anticipated Casio’s sudden move. He hastily threw a punch in defense.
Upon contact, Casio’s fierce and intense punch, filled with tremendous power, immediately broke through Sheng Feinan’s defensive pose.
After deflection, it landed heavily on his chest without losing any momentum.
Sheng Feinan grunted and was thrown backwards into the air. He did a quick roll and landed on his feet before he stepped back several times.
“Casio, have you lost your mind! Why did you suddenly strike me?”
The emotionally charged tone carried a hint of fury.
The two figures on the other side, however, were calm. Casio, who had just thrown the punch, turned around and said to Feng Liusi leaning against the wall.
“He failed to block it, it must be an illusion disguised as the Scales Monster.”
“Hmm,” Feng Liusi stood up, “Well then, let’s kill it…”
His words were brief, yet revealed a strong killing intent. Like a butcher in a slaughterhouse, there was no emotion in his heart as he swung his knife.
Humming…
Two figures were slowly advancing from the fog, their bodies emitting dangerous red Qi. Their faces were stern, their eyes locked onto Sheng Feinan who was looking terrible not far away.
The boiling killing intent was roaring and surging like layers of sea waves.
“What the hell is a Scales Monster? What illusion?” Sheng Feinan involuntarily stepped back, although not sure what had hit Casio and the other, he had already prepared to run at the first chance. The Spiral Eyed Sword was drawn from behind and activated in an instant, its contour swirling in black and flame-like waves.
“Hmm? A battle-secret treasure?” Feng Liusi raised his eyebrows.
“The Spiral Eyed Sword? Is it really you? That’s impossible, how come you couldn’t block my punch just now!” Casio didn’t believe it, he advanced and engaged in close combat, “Stop playing stupid, you ugly thing…”
Bam! The image of the punch and the sword flashed past.
Two minutes later.
Casio, with a slightly embarrassed expression on his face, placed his hands on the back of Sheng Feinan’s chest.
He was transferring life vibration energy to heal the injuries caused by the punch.
Thinking back on their conversation earlier.
“How could you fail to block my punch that I just threw at you?”
“I used the sword.”
“So you fight back with your sword!”
“Did you give me time to draw the sword?”
“Damn!”
