Su Sigui’s body stiffened, and she stopped. Hundreds of Bright Moon City soldiers around her turned around, looking back. They saw a convoy slowly coming from Liang City. The soldiers on the vehicles all had the Qi Sword logo embroidered on their chests. They were all from the Peace Party!

"Li Henian?"

She turned around fully, facing Tang Ye directly, while the New Human Stronghouse and soldiers around her watched Tang Ye’s side vigilantly, their eyes gleaming with murderous intent.

Tang Ye lifted his head, narrowing his eyes as he looked over Su Sigui and her surrounding associates - who had simultaneously shifted their gaze from him to the other Peace Party soldiers.

Su Sigui sneered, twirling her sword in her hand. Tang Ye also smiled, saying, "Mayor Su, you’ve focused so much attention on me, killing so many of my men... wonderful!"

Tang Ye’s voice had an odd tone, as an aura of bloodlust began to spread. Ah Fu, who was in an armored vehicle behind them, stretched his body, jumped down and walked beside Tang Ye, mirroring his bloodthirsty expression as he stared at Su Sigui and the others.

"President! The president is here! We don’t have to fear this bitch Su Sigui anymore!"

The Peace Party soldiers who had been guarding the entrance of Gujin Base were thrilled to see Tang Ye. The surviving New Humans in Bright Moon City also halted their attack to look toward Tang Ye.

Just as the soldier was done yelling, a flash of light shot towards him. He didn’t even have time to see what it was before a chill ran through his forehead and he fell straight and stiff to the ground!

Su Sigui withdrew her hand, her smiling face now expressionless. She coldly said, "You should indeed be happy. But I don’t like the term you used."

She was referring to the pejorative term, ’bitch’. The other Peace Party soldiers witnessing this grew solemn, holding their breaths as they stared at Su Sigui.

"President Li, since you have seen everything, I’ll be direct. I want this base. If the President wants to fight for it, I’m more than happy to oblige."

Tang Ye burst into laughter, cold and filled with murderous intent.

"Hahaha, fight for it? This is rightfully mine, it belongs to the Peace Party. You actually think I’m easy to mess with?"

Anger flared in Tang Ye’s eyes, his aura spreading outward, and his blood boiling with murderous intent locked onto Su Sigui. However, before he could make a move, Xu Tianyu, standing next to Su Sigui, swung his spear in the air, forming a beautiful arch. He then moved like a flash, charging directly at Tang Ye!

"President Li, allow me to face you!"

He thrust his spear forward, the monstrous aura of a Level 6 New Human surging forward, targeting Tang Ye’s vital organ!

Tang Ye flicked his wrist, a blood-red flesh blade materializing in his hand. Without moving his body, he simply threw it at the approaching Xu Tianyu!

Xu Tianyu’s eyes tightened, his body leaping into the air. Within a few steps, he moved as if he were walking on clouds, weaving between the buildings.

The sound of colliding metal rang out. The flesh blade that Tang Ye had thrown was held steady in his hand, while Xu Tianyu landed on the ground, his spear-holding hand trembling slightly.

Xu Tianyu sighed inwardly, immediately unleashing his aura again and charging at Tang Ye!

Somehow, his spear felt like it had hit metal, giving off a dull sound.
