The Water Guanyin beneath his feet paused for a few seconds, and then its massive body began to tremble violently!

Water Guanyin looked like an octopus. Before the apocalypse, it must have mutated from a colossal squid, or a giant octopus. Both of these creatures had their brains located beneath their bodies; there is no reason it should still be alive.

"Could it be that its brain is a bit further down? Besides, this thing is so huge; its skin must be quite thick."

Tang Ye watched the tentacle of the Water Guanyin wrestle with the corpse dragon and sneered. This tentacle was occupied dealing with the corpse dragon; what other methods could it use to defend against him?

The hilt of the flesh-and-blood blade fused with the palm of his hand. As if the blade had become a part of Tang Ye’s body, he manipulated the blade, allocating more flesh molecules towards it, while simultaneously controlling the blade to extend in length.

The evolution energy within his body wildly surged towards the tip of the blade. The flesh-and-blood blade pierced through layer upon layer of the Water Guanyin’s muscles, penetrating it deeper!

Just as Tang Ye thought he was about to hit the brain of the Water Guanyin, darkness suddenly enveloped him. Sensing danger, he hurriedly looked up to see another tentacle of the Water Guanyin lunging at him from the water, splashing a huge wave as it brutally smashed towards him.

Tang Ye quickly withdrew his blade and leaped sideways to avoid the incoming tentacle. The long tentacle coiled around the Water Guanyin’s head. Frustrated upon realising it had missed Tang Ye, it let out a roar and lashed out at him, who was plummeting down.

The corpse dragon also roared in rage. Its body twisted upward and its dragon mouth bit off a part of the Guanyin’s other tentacle. Then its body wrapped around it, exerting its most lethal technique – the constrictor!

Crack squeak crack squeak~

The Water Guanyin’s tentacle creaked under the constriction of the corpse dragon. The tentacle lacked a bone structure, but it was twisted by the corpse dragon into a spiral!

Tang Ye, who had just evaded the Water Guanyin’s assault, hadn’t got a chance to catch his breath when he saw the tentacle once again appearing overhead, with significant force heading his way.

Tang Ye’s eyes darted to the shore and saw that Bai Xinran had escaped afar and was anxiously watching him on a street. Evidently, she had doubts about his strength against the mighty Water Guanyin.

Facing a Level 6 zombie that was many times larger than himself, Tang Ye’s strength was simply incomparable!

Bai Xinran, who was watching from a distance, couldn’t believe her eyes when the dark point representing Li Henian was turned into a blood fog by the Water Guanyin’s tentacle. Her eyes widened in horror, speechlessly stepping forward with her hand covering her mouth and nose.

"Did Brother Henian... die?"

She mumbled this to herself, feeling like the sky was about to fall!

After Tang Ye’s body was ripped apart, the Water Guanyin thought it was victorious and was about to concentrate on dealing with the corpse dragon. To its surprise, the scattered flesh began to stick back together. The blood fog in the air merged and formed countless flesh particles that fell on the ground in varying sizes, some even splashed into the water.

A severed hand on the ground slowly moved, inching its way towards the flesh-and-blood blade not far away. Then all the flesh began to decompose and reorganize, forming a new Tang Ye, although considerably weaker.

Meanwhile, various other places saw hundreds of Tang Ye’s popping up one after another, all sprinting towards the strongest Tang Ye. Tang Ye collided with Tang Ye, merging into one Tang Ye. In no time, hundreds of Tang Ye’s fused into one, making a slow recovery, eventually returning to Level 6!

After his rebirth, the newly formed Tang Ye looked at his hand, then clenched his fist. He intended to proceed with the battle in his zombie form after his rebirth. But considering a certain someone, he reluctantly switched back to his human form.
